目的 利用Meta分析方法对妇科止血灵片联合米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的疗效和安全性进行评价分析。方法检索并选取1989—2020年国内、外公开发表的关于妇科止血灵片联合米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床随机对照试验文献,筛选符合纳入标准的试验进行研究,采用Revman5.1软件统计并分析相关数据。结果 共有5项研究符合纳入标准。与对照组比较,妇科止血灵片联合米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的神经功能缺损临床疗效比数比(OR)合并值为4.02(95%可信区间为2.09~7.73)。促黄体生成素水平的加权均数差(WMD)合并值为-1.90(95%可信区间为–2.35~-1.46)。卵泡刺激素水平的WMD合并值为-4.52(95%可信区间为-7.19~-1.85)。雌二醇水平的WMD合并值为–87.91(95%可信区间为-88.78~-87.03)。孕酮水平的WMD合并值为-3.97(95%可信区间为-5.71~-2.77)。用药安全风险OR合并值为0.89(95%可信区间为0.46~1.73)。结论 Meta分析结果显示,妇科止血灵片联合米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血安全、有... 相似文献

Owing to their low minimal environmental risk and other ethical considerations, plant-derived sterilants are used to control rodent populations. However, the effects of plant-derived sterilants are not immediate, and their efficacy on rodent control is controversial, which negatively affects sterilant research and application. Here, a meta-analysis of the available literature was conducted to evaluate the effects of two plant-derived sterilants, triptolide and curcumol, on rodent populations. Using a random-effects and a fixed-effects model, we calculated the weighted mean difference (WMD) and relative risk (RR) and their corresponding 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). After the application of plant-derived sterilants, the rodent population density tended to decrease. Three outcome-related measures in rodents, i.e., capture rate (RR = 0.31, 95% CI [0.20, 0.47]), pregnancy rate (RR = 0.49, 95% CI [0.40, 0.61]), and sperm survival rate (WMD = −17.53, 95% CI [−28.96, −6.06]), significantly decreased, as shown by a significant reduction of ovarian, uterine, and testicular organ coefficients. However, the number of effective rodent holes did not change significantly after the interventions, indicating that the studied sterilants did not directly eradicate the rodent populations. Stroke has become one of the secondary worldwide mortal diseases that burdens the family and the society both emotionally and economically. The announcement of China's Ministry of Health in 2008 showed that stroke had been the first cause of death in urban and rural residents.1.2 Traditional therapies such as thrombolysis, anti-platelets, and rehabilitation showed limited effects. Replacement therapy with stem cells promises to be a good solution due to its possible thorough therapy for the damaged brain area, reconstruction of neuronal circuitry, and probable long-term efficacy. Previous studies demonstrated that stem ceils have played crucial roles in various kinds of tissue repair and immune disorders such as cardiovascular diseases, skeletal diseases, arthritis diseases, and lupus erythematodes.37 Evidence from lab experiments and clinical trials implies that adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) would be a feasible and ideal cell therapy source because of their multi-differentiation potentials, easy collection, low invasion to donor patients, rapid in vitro amplification, reliable biosafety, non-immunogenicity, privileged immune modulation, and escaping from ethical issues.8-12: Data on neurological disease treatment found that ADSCs transplantation protected against acute inflammatory injury, delayed neuron degeneration, and improved neurological behaviors.12-15 Previously, the detailed mechanisms by which transplanted ADSCs induce functional recovery for stroke treatment are far from being clearly demonstrated. 目的 分析宁夏汉族男性不育症患者指长波动不对称性(FA)的特点。方法 遵循体质测量法,计算384例宁夏汉族男性(不育组192例,对照组192例)各指指长FA(2FA、3FA、4FA、5FA)及复合FA(CFA)的均值,比较各均值的差异性。结果 (1)不育组和对照组各指长FA均值分布趋势均为5FA < 3FA < 4FA < 2FA。(2)不育组各指长FA均值均高于对照组,2FA及4FA差异显著(P<0.05),且不育组2FA与体重指数(BMI)正相关(P<0.05);不育组2FA分布在|L-R|≥0.04中的人数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2FA可能为男性不育的早期筛查提供重要的参考信息。 相似文献

Tumor bone metastasis is an important cause of tumor recurrence and death. Although bone-targeting nanoparticles decorated with targeting ligands have shown good affinity for bone tissues with the properties of adhesion to the bone matrix, it is not easy to detach from the surface of the bone matrix in the tumor-bone microenvironment, attributed to the robust coordination force between the targeting ligands, such as bisphosphates with bone-deposited calcium. This may hinder the transport of nanoparticles from bone tissue to bone metastatic tumors. In this research, we designed a bone-targeting nanocarrier with detachable bone-targeting character for the therapy of bone metastases. The nanoparticles were constructed by using ZIF-8 and bone-targeting and MMP enzyme sensitive polypeptide-modified hyaluronic acid as a carrier and proteasome inhibitor Bortezomib (BTZ) as cargo. The results show that the constructed D8-M3-HA-ZIF8@BTZ nanoparticles possessed several favorable properties such as good colloidal stability, acid-sensitive drug release, D8 peptide mediated bone targeting and MMP enzyme-responsive desorption. Besides, nanoparticle endocytosis and cytotoxicity were enhanced through HA-mediated targeting to CD44 over-expressing tumor cells. Altogether, this study provides a potential cascade targeting strategy for improving the delivery effects of bone targeted nanoparticles for the delivery of proteasome inhibitors.Tumor bone metastasis is an important cause of tumor recurrence and death. 相似文献

目的 研究重离子对肿瘤细胞DNA的损伤程度,为重离子治癌的临床应用积累必要的基础数据。方法 用80MeV/u氖离子射线诱发SMMC-7721细胞DNA辐射损伤,利用单细胞凝胶电泳(single cell gelelectrophoresis,SCGE)实验方法处理细胞,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 氖离子辐照以剂量依赖的方式引起SMMC-7721细胞DNA迁移长度的增加,且拖尾长度与剂量呈线性正相关;同时,拖尾的细胞数(即损伤的细胞数)在剂量大于2Gy时100%细胞损伤。结论 重离子射线对DNA有强致损效应。 相似文献

目的:分析中西医结合治疗脊柱压缩性骨折的临床疗效,及对患者治疗过程中疼痛评分、骨折愈合效果的影响,为临床脊柱压缩性骨折患者的临床治疗方案的选择提供参考。方法:选取2016年9月至2018年8月广州市番禺区中医院收治的脊柱压缩性骨折患者138例作为研究对象,采取抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组69例。2组患者均行日常生活指导、常规药物治疗及分阶段康复锻炼,观察组在常规治疗的基础上予以分阶段辨证中药汤剂辅助治疗。2组患者均以连续治疗2个月为1个疗程。比较2组患者治疗前、治疗3 d、治疗7 d、治疗1个月时疼痛评分(VAS)变化,治疗前、治疗后椎体前缘高度、矢状面指数、Cobb角变化比较,治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗2个月后骨密度变化,完成治疗后,2组患者骨折愈合临床疗效判断并比较。结果:1) 2组患者治疗前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P 0. 05),治疗3 d、7 d、1个月后2组患者VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P 0. 05)。2) 2组患者椎体在治疗前,椎体前缘高度、矢状面指数和Cobb的椎体角比较,差异无统计学意义(P 0. 05);治疗后2组患者的椎体前缘高度明显增加,且观察组高于对照组(P 0. 05),2组患者矢状面指数、Cobb角均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P 0. 05)。3) 2组患者治疗前骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P 0. 05),治疗后1、2个月骨密度均较治疗前明显提升,且观察组均高于对照组(P 0. 05)。4)完成治疗后观察组治疗有效率(94. 4%)显著高于对照组(75. 3%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P 0. 05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗脊柱压缩性骨折患者,可有效降低患者治疗期间骨关节疼痛,提升骨密度,促进骨折结构恢复,提高临床治疗效果,具有较高的临床价值。 相似文献

Background
Performance status (PS) is closely linked with survival in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). We investigated its impact on treatment strategy for small HCC(s).Methods
A total of 360 and 362 HCC patients within the Milan criteria undergoing surgical resection (SR) and radiofrequency ablation (RFA), respectively, were prospectively enrolled. Patients were classified into PS 0 (n = 558) and PS ≥1 (n = 164) groups. Propensity score analysis was performed, and 168 and 35 matched pairs were selected from patients with PS 0 and ≥1, respectively.Results
The SR group was younger and had a higher male-to-female ratio, higher prevalence of hepatitis B, lower prevalence of hepatitis C, better PS, better liver functional reserve, and larger tumor burden than the RFA group (all p < 0.05). Among patients with PS 0, the SR group was consistently younger, less cirrhotic, and had larger tumor burden (all p < 0.05). The long-term survival was comparable between SR and RFA group in patients with PS 0. After propensity score matching, SR provided significantly better long-term survival than RFA for patients within the Milan criteria classified as PS 0 (p = 0.016); the Cox proportional hazards model showed consistent results. There was no significant difference of overall survival between the SR and RFA group in patients with PS ≥1 before or after propensity score matching (both p > 0.05).Conclusions
For HCC patients within the Milan criteria and classified as PS 0, SR provides a better long-term survival compared with RFA. Performance status may enhance treatment selection and stratify the risk of survival in these patients. 相似文献30.

目 研究goniotriol抗肿瘤作用的构效关系。方法 以α-D-葡庚糖酸-δ-内酯为原料经9步反应,合成了12个isogoniotriol衍生物,他们的结构经IR,^1H-NMR,MS和元素分析证实。经MTT法筛选了衍生物的抗肿瘤活性。结果 10个化合物(8b,8c,8d,8e,8f,9b,9c,9d,9e,9f)为新化合物,该类化合物(8b,8c,8f)体外对多种瘤株(A2780,HCT-8,Bel742,KB)抑制强度高于8(R)-O-内桂酰基-goniotriol,但化合物(8d,8e,9b,9e,9d,9e,9f)抑制作用明显低于8(R)-O-内桂酰基-goniotriol。结论 goniotriol衍生物的8R构型为其活性的关键构型。 相似文献
