深低温停循环逆行脑灌注脑组织自由基变化的实验研究

研究深低温停循环（ＤＨＣＡ）与逆行脑灌注（ＲＣＰ）时脑组织自由基的变化。健康杂种犬１４只，随机等分为ＤＨＣＡ组和ＲＣＰ组，在停循环前（Ａ点）、ＤＨＣＡ／ＲＣＰ３０分（Ｂ点）、ＤＨＣＡ／ＲＣＰ６０分（Ｃ点）ＤＨＣＡ／ＲＣＰ９０分（Ｄ眯）和复温再灌注３０分（Ｅ点）取脑皮层ｌｇ，检测丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）水平。结果见两组在Ａ点ＭＤＡ和ＳＯＤ无差别。在Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｅ点，ＤＨＣＡ组ＭＤＡ     

近节指骨段屈肌腱鞘不同范围损伤对肌腱功能的影响

目的 探索手指屈肌腱在近节指骨段不同范围损伤时对屈指肌腱功能的影响。方法 采用12只成人尸体手指。实验分为:第一阶段屈指肌腱完整,以后四个阶段依次沿近节指骨掌侧小线闭开小央1/4、1/2、3/4及全长。在掌指关节被动屈80°和掌指关节屈80°同时近侧指关节屈100°时,测量指浅屈肌腱(FDS)和指深屈肌腱(FDP)的滑动距离。根据肌腱力臂和滑动距离的关系,得出屈指肌腱在掌指关节处和近侧指间关节及肌腱在近节指骨段的弓弦畸形程度。结果 腱鞘中央1/4切开时,指屈肌腱的滑动距离、力臂均无显著变化;1/2切开后,单纯屈曲掌指关节时的FDS腱和掌指、近节指间关节屈曲时的FDS、HDP腱的滑动距离和力臂较腱鞘完整时显苫增大(P<0.05);切开3/4长度后,FDS、FDP腱滑动距离均有统计学意义变化,FDS、FDP腱力臂平均增加8～9％;全切开腱鞘,FDS、FDP腱滑动距离变化正统计学上有高度显著性(P<0.01),两腱力臂分别增加16％和15％。随腱鞘切开范围增大,FDS、FDP在近节指骨段的弓弦畸形程度也越来越大。结论 从肌腱的生物力学变化可见,近节指骨段腱鞘的小范围损伤如中间1/4以内损伤时,对肌腱功能影响小,可以不予修复;若损伤超过1/2长度,尤其对腱鞘全长损伤,应予以修复以恢复肌腱功能。     

CT造影剂碘海醇注射液的制备及动物实验

本文报道了非离子型Ｘ－ＣＴ造影剂碘海醇注射液的制备及动物实验结果。磺海醇的最大吸收波长λ＿（ｍａｘ）为２４４ｎｍ。讨论了温度、浓度对磺海醇溶液粘度的影响：粘度随温度的升高而下降，呈负线型相关；粘度随浓度（Ｃ）升高而激剧升高，与浓度的四次方呈线性相关：Ｖ＿（３７℃）＝４７２．５８９［Ｃ］￣４＋１．１２１（ｒ＝０．９９７７）Ｖ＿（３０℃）＝６６３．８１３［Ｃ］￣４＋１．１５２（ｒ＝０．９９９６）Ｖ＿（２０℃）＝１０８２．９５３［Ｃ］￣４＋１．４３３（ｒ＝０．９９８２）使用该注射液进行狗的造影实验，获得了清晰的造影图像。     

Hereditary characteristics of enzyme deficiency and dermatoglyphics in congenital color blindness

The hereditary characteristics of enzyme deficiency and dermatoglyphics in congenital color blindness (CCB) were studied. We propose that there is a linkage between the two loci on the X-chromosome determining CCB and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), based on our study of a high incidence of G6PD deficiency in 156 male cases with CCB. The CCB gene is closely linked with that of G6PD deficiency from our pedigree investigations. The rise in the frequency of eight or more whorls, the low value of atd angle and the presenting rate of real palmar patterns of the thenar, hypothenar and I, areas presented the hereditary traits of congenital color blindness.     

紫外分光光度法同时测定增效黄连素胶囊中二组分含量

本文提出以紫外分光光度法测定增效黄连素胶囊含量。样品经乙醇溶解、水稀释后，不经分离提取，直接在３４６ｎｍ波长处测定盐酸黄连素；在３４６ｎｍ和２７１ｎｍ波长处以系数倍率法测定甲氧苄氨嘧啶，测得二组分的平均回收率分别为９９．１％和９９．６％，相对标准偏差为０．６７％和０．８２％（ｎ＝９）．本法简便，快速，适用于增效黄连素胶囊的常规分析．     

白血病患者血清铜、锌的变化

本文报道57例白血病血清铜,锌含量的测定结果。白血病治疗前血清铜升高,铜/锌值增大;治疗后,病情缓解者下降,未缓解者则更高。血清锌在治疗前后无何差异。急性淋巴细胞性白血病骨髓中白血病细胞百分数与血清铜浓度呈正相关。检测血清铜,锌对白血病疗效的预测及判断预后有一定意义。     

A juvenile animal model to study the growth potential of bowel segments in the urinary tract

A juvenile animal model has been developed to study the growth potential of ileum in the urinary tract. Patch ileocystoplasties of known surface area were constructed in dogs of Group 1. Nonrefluxing ileal nipple valves of known length were created to replace one ureter in dogs of Group 2. After the juvenile animals grew and at minimum doubled their weight, they were reoperated and augmentation surface areas were remeasured at various physiologic intravesical pressures. Nipple valve lengths were remeasured after cystograms ruled out reflux. Results show that the bowel augmentation and an identical control segment increased in surface area proportionate to animal growth and that hydrostatic dilation caused further surface area increase. Nipple valves did not grow and in fact shortened, but remained nonrefluxing. The conclusion is that in the pediatric population, consideration should be given to downscaling the size of bladder augmentations or diversions in anticipation of future bowel growth, but that one should not shorten the ileal nipple valves.     

Calculation of cyclic voltammetric responses for the catalytic reduction of substrates via intramolecular electron transfer within a catalyst-substrate complex formed on electrode surfaces

Cyclic voltammetric responses are calculated for the case where the reduction of a substrate proceeds only via intramolecular electron transfer to the substrate molecule when it is bound to reduced catalyst molecules present in a single monolayer on the electrode surface. The dependences of the voltammetric responses on the equilibrium constant for the formation of the catalyst-substrate complex, the rate of its formation and the rate of intramolecular electron transfer are discussed. Procedures are described for estimating the rate constant for the intramolecular electron transfer reaction and for discriminating between mechanistic possibilities.     

远程报警器在细胞培养机上的应用

细胞培养机远程报警器是用于生物制品细胞培养工序中,监测细胞培养机是否正常运行的一种远程报警装置.常规报警装置一般只能实现就地声光报警,缺乏远程电话报警功能.本文介绍的报警装置弥补了常规报警装置的不足,不但能实现细胞培养机停转后的现场声光报警,还实现了远程异地报警.远程报警器使操作人员在任何地方都可获得细胞培养机发生停转故障的信息,不但使操作人员从单一低效的就地监检值班中解脱出来,而且还能及时返回机房排除故障,避免或减少产品损失.此外,报警器还可用于温度监测及超温远程报警,即可同时监测细胞培养机是否停转和恒温孵室是否超温,本文介绍的远程报警器为大规模细胞培养提供了更为有效、更为可靠的监测管理手段.
