目的 观察营养素食预防化疗患者便秘的效果。方法 选择128例化疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各61例,对照组常规正常饮食,观察组于化疗开始当天实施营养素食.连续7~10d,比较两组患者便秘发生率及体重、血红蛋白、白蛋白等指标。结果 对照组便秘发生率显著高于观察组(P〈0.01);两组化疗后营养指标比较,差异无显著性意义(均P〉0.05)。结论 营养素食对化疗患者便秘有较好的预防作用。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Nitrate therapy can induce ischemic preconditioning with a consequent increase in tolerance to ischemia. In the context of acute coronary syndromes (ACS), nitrates may result in a different presentation. with greater protection. OBJECTIVES: To investigate in a population of patients with ACS whether previous chronic use of nitrates results in a different presentation of ACS. METHODS: We studied 287 patients (65 +/- 13 years, 66% male) admitted to our department in the first six months of 2005 with ACS (with and without ST-segment elevation). Of these, 8% were under nitrate therapy at the time of admission. In this group, 27% presented ACS without ST-segment elevation, while in the group without nitrates this value was 58% (p = 0.005). By univariate analysis, the use of nitrates was a predictor of the preferential occurrence of non-ST-segment elevation ACS (OR 0.27, 95% CI 0.10-0.71). After correction for the potential influence of variables (age, gender, previous revascularization and smoking) by multivariate logistic regression, nitrate therapy remained a borderline predictor of clinical presentation as non-ST-segment elevation ACS (OR 0.37, 95% CI 0.13-1.04, p = 0.059). CONCLUSIONS: Previous use of nitrates was associated with a tendency to present as non-ST-segment elevation ACS. This finding may be explained by the hypothesis that nitrates induce pharmacological preconditioning, reducing the transmural extent of myocardial infarction. 相似文献

目的 总结、分析150例电视胸腔镜心血管外科手术的临床结果。方法 应用电视胸腔镜手术技术对动脉导管未闭、房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、三尖辨关闭不全、冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘、心包积液、原发性长Q-T综合征、雷诺病,心包囊肿等进行治疗。结果 动脉导管未闭均成功在胸腔镜下钳闭;房缺、室缺在胸腔镜体外循环下进行补片修补,冠状动脉瘘胸腔镜下修补;心包积液进行心包活检与开窗引流;长Q-T综合征进行胸腔镜下左T2、T3胸交感神经节切除,均无严重并发症,术后患者恢复良好。结论 电视胸腔镜心血管外科手术可取得满意的临床治疗结果。 相似文献

We have examined the effect of prolactin (PRL) on growth-related gene expression, protein kinase C (PKC) activity and diacylglycerol (DAG) mass in rat liver. Hepatic levels of messenger (m)RNA for c-myc, ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) and beta-actin increased in a dose-dependent manner within 1 h after PRL administration. Prolactin also caused a transient elevation of liver DAG levels and particulate-associated PKC activity. The PRL-provoked increases in DAG mass and particulate PKC activity were coincident and maximal at 20 min and began declining toward control levels by 30 min. These results suggest a temporal relationship between PRL-stimulated DAG accumulation and PKC activation. Furthermore, the subsequent rapid induction of growth-related gene expression provides new information on the role of PRL as a hepatic mitogen. 相似文献

利用人T淋巴母细胞(Jurkat)细胞系作为研究对象。企图探探索细胞外基质成份及肌醇磷脂细胞信息传递系统与细胞移动的关系。研究结果表明:当细胞被伏波醇酯(PMA)处理过后,其粘连性与移动件对纤维连结蛋白(FN)底物的反应在已是高水平的基础上有更进一步提高的作用。与FN刊相反的是,未经PMA处理处的Jurkat细胞对层粘连蛋白(Lm)底物却无明显的粘连性及移动性增加的反应,尽管在PMA处理过4小时内亦无任何的增强。但是,当PMA作用于细胞24一48小时后则明显池增加其Lm底物的粘连性及移动性反应,表明了其明显的协同作用。分别用抗FN、抗Lm及蛋白激酶C抑制剂Staurosprine(SP)时均起到特异性的抑制作用。可见,协同作用的产生是通过蛋白激酶C激活后的-段时间内,使细胞表面Lm受体密度增加而对底物Lm反应增强所致。 相似文献

Caffeine, a non-selective adenosine receptor antagonist, has been suggested as a potential drug to counteract age-related cognitive decline since critical changes in adenosinergic neurotransmission occur with aging. In the present study, olfactory discrimination and short-term social memory of 3, 6, 12 and 18 month-old rats were assessed with the olfactory discrimination and social recognition tasks, respectively. The actions of caffeine (3.0, 10.0 and 30.0 mg/kg, i.p.), the A1 receptor antagonist DPCPX (1.0 and 3.0 mg/kg, i.p.) and the A2A receptor antagonist ZM241385 (0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg, i.p.) in relation to age-related effects on olfactory functions were also studied. The 12 and 18 month-old rats exhibited significantly impaired performance in both models, demonstrating deficits in their odor discrimination and in their ability to recognize a juvenile rat after a short period of time. Acute treatment with caffeine or ZM241385, but not with DPCPX, reversed these age-related olfactory deficits. The present results suggest the participation of adenosine receptors in the control of olfactory functions and confirm the potential of caffeine for the treatment of aged-related cognitive decline. 相似文献

The infection of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-deficient mice with low doses of the virulent Mycobacterium avium strain 25291 led to the appearance of necrotic granulomas at 93 days of infection, i.e., sooner than necrotic granulomas appeared in C57BL/6 animals. Additionally, TNF-deficient mice exhibited higher mycobacterial loads in the infected organs, had extremely exacerbated gamma interferon responses as evaluated in the sera of infected animals, and showed reduced survival.
