Although human orofacial bone-marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells showed differentiation traits distinctly different from those of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from long bone marrow (BMMSCs), mouse MSCs derived from orofacial bone have not been isolated due to technical difficulties, which in turn precludes the use of mouse models to study and cure orofacial diseases. In this study, we developed techniques to isolate and expand mouse orofacial bone/bone-marrow-derived MSCs (OMSCs) from mandibles and verified their MSC characteristics by single-colony formation, multi-lineage differentiation, and in vivo tissue regeneration. Activated T-lymphocytes impaired OMSCs via the Fas/Fas ligand pathway, as occurs in BMMSCs. Furthermore, we found that OMSCs are distinct from BMMSCs with respect to regulating T-lymphocyte survival and proliferation. Analysis of our data suggests that OMSCs are a unique population of MSCs and play an important role in systemic immunity. 目的:观察口腔综合防治措施对正畸儿童龋病的作用。方法:以56名12-16岁的正畸患者为观察对象,观察矫治前、矫治后半年及1年的龋指数、变形链球菌计数、乳酸杆菌计数的改变。实验组采用口腔综合保健措施。结果:实验组的变形链球菌计数、乳酸杆菌计数明显低于对照组,差异有显著性;实验组无新龋发生,对照组龋均比实验组有所上升,但两组之间无统计学上的差异。结论:正畸治疗患者龋病通过口腔综合防治措施是可以治疗和预防的。 相似文献

选择3种不同种植体采用即刻和延期两种方式植入5只狗的下颌前磨牙及第一磨牙区内,呈半负荷状态,分别于术后 2.4.6.8.12.24周取出标本作X线.LM SEM观察,结果显示:3个月时所有种植体均已达到完善骨整合,成骨量和骨小梁排列方向与(牙合)力负荷一致,且在同一机体上,骨整合无显著性差异,不同种值体之间8周时骨整合己无差异. 相似文献

在临床修复中,传统的瓷嵌体等修复体的制作,至少需要二次就诊时间。随着光学扫描方法和计算机辅助制作嵌体技术的应用,省去了目前操作的印模、灌模、蜡型等技术。CEREC系统运用光学印模方法以及CAD-CAM技术,将一预成陶瓷块铣磨成修复体,使牙科医生能在牙体预备后即制作一个色泽自然的陶瓷修复体,并即时粘固于预备牙上,这不仅提高了工作效率,更重要的是提高了修复体的质量。该系统不仅可以制作嵌体和高嵌体,而且还可制作各种贴面。本文的目的是介绍和描述CEREC系统制作修复体的方法步骤,并就临床应用中的有关问题加以探讨。 相似文献

This study used RNA interference (RNAi) to explore the effect of NO and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) on apoptosis and proliferation in the tongue squamous carcinoma cell line Tca8113. Tca8113 cells were transfected with the plasmid pGenesil-1, which expresses iNOS short hairpin RNA (shRNA), or the negative control plasmid pSilencer-HK, and the transfected cells were compared with untransfected cells. The expression of iNOS was detected by histochemistry, and apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of iNOS was significantly lower in the pSilencer-iNOS group than in the pSilencer-HK and empty control groups. The apoptosis rate was significantly higher in the pSilencer-iNOS group than in the pSilencer-HK and empty control groups. Growth monitoring showed that proliferation was also inhibited in cells transfected with pSilencer-iNOS. RNAi gene silencing decreased iNOS gene expression, induced apoptosis, and suppressed proliferation in Tca8113 cells. 相似文献

Dysphagia can result from a variety of causes, including central nervous and peripheral nervous system, myogenic, and structural disorders. A 76-year-old man underwent anterior cervical disketomy and fusion 10 years ago, with progressive dysphagia noted 2 years ago. Endoscopy showed an oropharyngeal tumor, and lateral plain film evaluation of the neck revealed a cervical plate extrusion. Removal of the instrumentation and tumor with primary closure of the pharyngeal perforation was performed, and dysphagia was resolved postoperatively. We report the case of an unusual presentation in the pharynx. We should not neglect this rare diagnosis, because it can progress to a life-threatening outcome. 相似文献

A new internal distraction device, comprising a square-bodied bow, a transport plate, a traction mechanism, and two stabilisers, was developed to allow transportation of bone around an arc. Eight adult goats were studied. A curved mandibulectomy 3cm long was made on the mandibular angle. The distractor was implanted to restore the defect. The bone was distracted at a rate of 1mm per day after a 5-day latent period. Distraction lasted 25 to 32 days. Curvilinear distraction was successful in six of the eight goats. After consolidation periods of four or eight weeks, smooth curved bone masses were restored in the distracted areas. Radiographically, there was considerable bone density in the distraction area and opaque columns streamed in the direction of distraction. Histological examination showed membranous bony regeneration in the restored bone. These results suggest that restoration of curved bone defects using the new internal transport distraction device was feasible in goats. 相似文献
