食管支架置入术的临床应用

目的探讨食管支架置入术对良、恶性食管狭窄和食管瘘的治疗方法、疗效和并发症的处理。方法对55例不同原因所致良、恶性食管狭窄和食管瘘患者采用食管金属支架置入术。结果食管狭窄的主要症状吞咽困难、呛咳得到改善，近期疗效达100％。出现的并发症主要为疼痛和大便隐血，发生率分别为100％和92．7％，其余依次为胃食管返流、食管再狭窄、支架脱落，经过治疗后得到缓解或消失。结论金属支架置入术是治疗中晚期食管癌、狭窄的有效方法之一，对食管良性狭窄和瘘效果亦好。并发症可以预防，处理后大部分缓解。

Objectives To study and analyze the cauge,rate and treatment for complications of hypospadi - as repair operations.Methods In the past 3 years,there were 19 patients with complications of hypospedias repair for 117 cases single - stage urethmplasty.The ages were from 1.5 to 24 years old,the mean Was 4.6.The classifica - tions were glans of penis 10,body of penis 5,serious hypospedias 4,includingpenoscrota,scrotal andperineal.The lengths of new urethras were from 1.2 to 4.4 cm,the mean was 2.6 cm.Results The rate of complications was 15.9%for 1～3 years following survey.There were urethral fistulas 11 cases(57.9%),urethral strictures 4(21.1%),diverticulumsl(5.3%),withdrawal of meatus 1(5.3%),chordees 1(5.3%),seriouS abnomal apperance of penis 1 cases(5.3%).The rate of urethral fistulas was the first and urethral stricture the second,they were higher than other complications signiflcantly(P相似文献   

通用引物PCR-SSCP技术分析16Sr RNA基因特征快速鉴定细菌

目的探讨通用引物聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性(PCR-SSCP)技术在细菌检测中的应用.方法选取9种常见的细菌,采用通用引物对细菌的16SrRNA基因进行PCR扩增,产物进行单链构象多态性分析,并以标准菌株为对照.结果一对引物扩增产物SSCP图谱各细菌之间难以区别;两对引物扩增产物SSCP图谱条带数目、相对迁移率及条带之间的间距存在明显,可相互区别;3种细菌的标准菌株和临床菌株的SSCP图谱完全一致.结论采用针对16SrRNA的通用引物PCR-SSCP技术以标准菌株为对照可方便快捷地检测细菌.     

聊天护理在肾内科病房的应用

目的将朋友聊天，拉家常等沟通方式贯穿于患者住院诊治的全过程，探索一种更具人性化的整体护理方法。方法对2005年11月至2006年11月肾内科病房566名肾疾病患者进行调查分析，了解心理障碍类型及其发生率，并进行聊天护理。结果聊天护理总有效率68．1％，治愈257例（49．7％），好转95例（18．4％），未愈165例（31．9％）。结论聊天护理能有效地消除住院患者不良心理情绪，增进抗病能力，阻断心身疾病的恶性循环，促进护理质量的提高，同时，促进护理观念的转变，提高患者满意度。

注射用葡萄糖粉包装应改进

注射用葡萄糖粉是配制大输液的主要原料,可由于包装不严密,贮存时间过长,贮存的环境条件太差,运输途中的破损等原因造成受潮,结块,被霉菌污染,因而不能使用。因此对注射用葡萄糖粉包装要有统一的,严格的质量要求。我院对注射用葡萄糖根据[董为尧,中国医院药学杂志,1990:10(2):89]进行霉菌检查的结果,被霉菌污染的葡萄糖占受潮结块葡萄糖的50%,而未受潮的葡萄糖霉菌检查均合格,表明葡萄糖受潮后极易被霉菌
