CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF FOUR CHINESE HEMOPHILIACS WITH HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS INFECTION

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is now considered as the causative agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). A high risk of AIDS has been reported among patients with hemophilia who received lyophilized commercial factor VIII and IX concentrates of American origin. At a prevalent survey from September to December 1985, HIV antibodies were found in all four patients with hemophilia treated with the batch number W87307, 955 I.U. of American commercial factor VIII concentrate supplied by Armour Pharmaceutical Company, USA. One of the sero-positive patients developed AIDS-related complex (ARC) and died of cerebral hemorrhage. The other three sero-positive patients had abnormalities in cell-mediated immunity. Of them two developed left lumbosacral radiculopathy and hemorrhagic herpes zoster and one remained well so far.     

周围神经损伤后勃起功能障碍的治疗进展

外伤、手术可因盆神经丛和 (或 )海绵体神经损伤而造成勃起功能障碍。较理想的治疗方法是使损伤神经自我再生修复 ,完全恢复勃起功能。本文综述近年来勃起神经损伤后再生修复方面的研究进展 ,试图寻找出一种促进损伤的勃起神经再生的最佳方法     

心理行为干预对肺癌一侧全肺切除术患者免疫功能的影响

目的探讨综合性心理行为干预对肺癌一侧全肺切除术患者围手术期免疫功能的影响.方法择期30例肺癌行一侧全肺切除术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予综合性心理行为干预.分别于术前和术后检测相关免疫学指标.结果本组病人术后1天NK细胞活性、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG、IgM水平较术前明显降低,其中对照组降低较实验组明显.实验组术后NK细胞活性、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG、IgM水平术后恢复较对照组快.结论心理行为干预能减轻一侧全肺切除术患者围手术期免疫功能抑制.     

24例输卵管癌临床分析

目的分析输卵管癌的临床特点。方法回顾性分析24例输卵管癌患者的临床表现、病理类型、临床期别、诊断正确率以及临床期别与出现症状时间的关系。结果①输卵管癌患者出现阴道异常出血和(或)排液者为75．0％，腹痛为62．5％，妇科检查发现包块为54．2％，B超发现盆腔包块为100％；术前查CA125均升高。②病理类型以上皮性腺癌为主，细胞分化差。③临床期别Ⅰ-Ⅱ期54．16％，Ⅲ-Ⅳ期45．84％。④术前诊断正确率为20．8％。⑤临床期别越早，症状出现时间越短。结论输卵管癌患者诊断时多有临床表现，而且往往在早期就出现，但术前诊断率低。     

糖尿病健康教育的现状与展望

糖尿病（DM）是一组以高血糖为特征的慢性终身性疾病，患者更多时间是在复杂的社会生活中进行治疗，DM血糖长期控制不良可引起各种慢性并发症。近年来，DM患病率逐年增加，DM教育已受到高度重视，健康教育已成为糖尿病防治的一项重要内容。据有关资料报道，DM患者的寿命与健康的生活方式有密切关系，现代对糖尿病的治疗手段不仅仅局限于药物的治疗，健康教育已经被作为治疗DM的重要手段之一。现将我国DM健康教育的现状综述如下。     

妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤的诊治(附三例报道)

嗜铬细胞瘤是肾上腺髓质来源的一种产生儿茶酚胺引起高血压的少见的肿瘤,妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤更为罕见,大约50,000个足月妊娠中有1例发生嗜铬细胞瘤[1]。妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤病情凶险,严重威胁母儿生命。产前未确诊的产妇及胎儿死亡率分别为58%和55%,而确诊者死亡率分别为18%和50     

医学生应对方式相关因素分析

为探讨医学生的应对方式及其与之有关的影响因素,更好的开展大学生心理卫生工作,改善其心理健康状况提供科学依据,本研究采用简易应对方式问卷,对学生做了测评和分析.     

不同持续时间的周期性压力对构建组织工程软骨的影响

Objective To determine the best duration for exerting the cyclic pressure under which the tissue-engineered cartilage is constructed. Methods Free chondrocytes isolated from rabbit articular cartilage were seeded into polylactic acid-co-glycolic acid(PLGA) scaffolds after expansion in vitro, and ran-domized into 4 groups. In Groups 1 to 3, chondrocytes were cultured under daily cyclic pressure (0 ～ 200 kPa, 0.1Hz) for 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours respectively; Group 4 was a control in which no pressure was exerted. In each group, after 2 weeks of culture, the tissue engineered cartilages were observed in vitro and assessed by his-tological staining of liE. Next, the content of DNA and the secretion of type Ⅱ collagen and GAG in cartilages were detected quantitatively. Results Under the daily cyclic pressure (0 ～200 kPa, 0.1 Hz), the scaf-fold-chondrocytes complex in the group of 8 hours got the largest volume, smooth, lucidus, and elastic surface, the most queuing chondrocytes, and the highest content of type Ⅱ collagen and GAG (P < 0.01). Conclusions Since chondrecytes are baro-senstive, the metabolism of chondrocytes can be affected by the time of cyclic pressure. Under the effect of 0 ～200 kPa, 0.1Hz, the daily cyclic pressure of 8 hours may be optimal for chondrocytes to multiply and synthesize extracellular matrixes such as type Ⅱ collagen and GAG.
