VACUOLE SIGN AND SMALL NODE SIGN IN EARLY PERIPHERAL LUNG CANCER PATHOLOGIC BASIS AND DIAGNOSTIC VALUE

Radiologic and pathologic mani;estations of 30 peripheral pulmonary masses around l.5-3 cm in dia- meter were compared to the pathologic basis of va- cuole sign and small node sign on tomogram. Stati stics of 100 conventional X-ray tomograms of peri- pheral pulmonary masses about l-3 cm in diameter suggested that the vacuole sign and small node sign, more common in early peripheral lung cancer than in tuberculoma, are valuable for differentiating early peripheral lung cancer from tuberculoma.

基于目前尚无理想的临床常用穴位解剖多媒体教材的现状，应用实体标本来展示层次及断面结构，将穴位解剖与多媒体技术相结合，使图片、声音、视频等多种媒体信息组合在一起。应用本系统能清楚地观察到针刺时所经过的各种组织结构，对于临床针灸医生学习和研究，提高临床治疗及科研都有指导作用。     

中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作64例疗效观察

作者对慢性肺心病急性发作患者64例进行中西结合治疗，在西医对症治疗基础上，以中医为主辨证施治，抓住虚、痰、瘀三个病因病机环节采用蒌贝二陈汤合玉屏风散加味治疗，效果满意。与单纯西医治疗的32例比较有明显差异。     

寒象主热证的辨治规律浅析

寒象是疾病反应于外的单个症状和体征。如恶寒喜暖、口淡不渴、口中气冷、面色淡白、四肢逆冷、鼻塞清涕、痰白清稀、小便清长、大便溏稀、舌淡胖嫩、脉迟、或紧、或微细等，每一个症状都可称为寒象。寒象是疾病表面现象，可反映疾病本质，但也可能出现假象，掩盖疾病本质。寒象是组成和诊断寒证的主要依据。但是，在许多复杂疑难的病证中，或有阴阳严重失调之时，寒象可能以假象出现，掩盖疾病本质．出现寒象主热，或真热假寒的证候。     

Relationship between expression of CD40-CD40 ligand system and serum cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia

Hypercholesterolemia is associated with the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. Enhanced levels of thrombin, fibrinogen and factor Ⅶc directly correlate with cholesterol levels.1 Activated platelets adhere to the intact endothelium and induce inflammatory responses in the endothelium, which substantially contribute to the early phase of atherosclerosis. Emerging lines of evidence support the role of CD40-CD40L interactions in atherosclerosis, thrombosis and inflammation.2 In atherosclerosis, inhibition of the CD40-CD40L interaction in LDL receptors or ApoE-deficient mice prevents the initiation of atherosclerosis and the evolvement of established atherosclerotic lesions to more advanced lesions.     

新生儿异位甲状腺舌囊肿伴感染一例

St.ThomasⅡ液对心肌微循环及内皮细胞的作用

目的 观察Ｓｔ．ＴｈｏｍａｓⅡ液对心肌微循环及内皮细胞（ＥＣ）的作用。方法 制作离体心灌注模型，分缺血停跳组（Ａ）；单次灌注停跳液组（Ｂ）；多次灌注停跳液组（Ｃ）。测定生理指标及毛细血管密度和充盈率；观察心肌及内皮细胞超微结构的改变。结果复跳后三组ｄｐ／ｄｔ均有下降，Ａ组尤明显（Ｐ〈０．０１）；五羟色胺只增加Ｂ、Ｃ组冠状血管流量（Ｐ〈０．０１）；硝酸甘油增加冠状血管流量，Ｂ、Ｃ组多于Ａ组（Ｐ〈０
