目的 研究p73在子宫内膜癌中的蛋白表达情况 ,以探讨其在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的可能作用。方法 采用免疫组化SP法测定 5 8例子宫内膜癌标本 ,2 0例子宫内膜中、重度不典型增生标本和 2 4例正常子宫内膜标本中p73的蛋白表达情况。结果 ①p73在子宫内膜癌中表达阳性率为 5 3.4 5 % ,在子宫内膜中、重度不典型增生中阳性率为 2 5 .0 0 % ,在正常子宫内膜中阳性率为 4 .17% ,各组相比 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。②p73在子宫内膜癌各期的阳性率分别为 :Ⅰ期 31.82 % ,Ⅱ期 5 6 .2 5 % ,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期 75 .0 0 % ,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期与Ⅰ~Ⅱ期相比 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;且p73的阳性率随组织学分级、肌层浸润深度、淋巴转移而升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。③p73“ +”的患者比p73“ -”的患者预后差 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 p73蛋白表达异常在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中可能发挥重要作用 ;p73蛋白过表达与子宫内膜癌患者的预后有关 ,可能作为子宫内膜癌患者判断预后的指标之一。  相似文献

In order to increase the loading of rare earth- and molybdenum-rich high-level waste in the waste forms, zirconolite- and powellite-based multi-phase borosilicate glass-ceramics were synthesized via an in-situ heat treatment method. The effects of the CTZ (CaO, TiO2 and ZrO2) content on the crystallization, microstructure and aqueous durability of the multi-phase borosilicate glass-ceramics were studied. The results indicate that the increase of CTZ content can promote crystallization. The glass-ceramics presented even structures when the CTZ content was ≥ 40 wt%. For the glass-ceramic with 40 wt% CTZ, only zirconolite and powellite crystals were detected and powellite crystals were mainly distributed around zirconolite, whereas for the glass-ceramics with 50 wt% CTZ, perovskite was detected. Furthermore, the leaching rates of Na, Ca, Mo and Nd were in the ×10−3, ×10−4, ×10−3 and ×10−5 g·m−2·d·−1 orders of magnitude on the 28th leaching day, respectively.  相似文献

目的:探讨婴儿痉挛症脑电图(EEG)及临床发作特点,以及对临床诊断的指导价值。方法:对53例婴儿痉挛症患者进行脑电图检测观察。结果:EEG典型高度失律77%,不典型高度失律23%,主要表现为弥漫性高波幅、不同步棘波、多棘尖—慢综合波群不规则混合间断或持续爆发—抑制反复出现,3~6周/秒无规律发放。结论:临床以短暂急剧强烈的多发性肌强直性收缩为其主要临床表现,智能缺损和脑电图高度失律为特征,可以肯定脑电图是诊断婴儿痉挛症唯一可靠的检测依据。  相似文献

为了探讨非侵蚀性葡萄胎(HM)转化为侵蚀性葡萄胎(IHM)的细胞生物学机制,本研究采用免疫组织化学法观察了NGF和TGF-β1在HM和IHM中的分布。结果显示:在HM绒毛中,合体滋养细胞(ST)和新生基质细胞NGF和TGF-β1呈强阳性和阳性;老化基质细胞和细胞滋养细胞(CT)呈阴性;在HM的中间型滋养细胞,NGF呈强阳性着色,TGF-β1阴性;在HM绒毛干中,ST的NGF呈强阳性,NGF和TGF-β1呈弱阳性;CT的NGF呈弱阳性,NGF和TGF-β1为阴性;在HM的绒毛干近滋养层基质细胞,NGF呈弱阳性,NGF和TGF-β1呈阳性;在远滋养层基质细胞,免疫组化染色皆为阴性。在IHM的绒毛ST和CT免疫组化染色皆为阴性,在绒毛新生基质细胞,免疫组化染色呈阳性;在绒毛老化基质细胞,皆为阴性  相似文献

 In the present study we investigated the expression of the cell cycle inhibitor p27 in endometrial neoplasia using immunohistochemistry with a p27-specific antibody. Expression of p27 in endometrial carcinomas was compared with expression in the normal endometrium throughout the cycle. Normal endometrial cells showed strong nuclear expression of p27. Expression was present throughout the cycle and was stronger during the secretory phase. We found strongly reduced or abolished expression of p27 in endometrial carcinoma (85.3% of cases). The 41 tumours analysed were classified according to p27 staining intensity and percentage of positive cells into the following categories of p27 expression: negative/very low (56.0%); low (29.3%); moderate (14.7%) and high (0.0%). All the p27-positive tumours were well-differentiated endometrioid carcinomas of malignancy grade G1. Comparison with the p53 status showed that all tumours with strong p53 expression had low/negative p27 staining, while those that were positive for p27 had negative/low p53 staining. Reduced or absent p27 levels were also observed by Western blot analysis both in tumour samples and in HEC-1B endometrial adenocarcinoma cells. It thus seems that p27 expression is essential for the control of normal endometrial proliferation, and reduced or absent p27 expression may be an important step in endometrial carcinogenesis. PURPOSE: It is well known that altitude natives differ from sea level natives in aspects of fluid and electrolyte homeostasis. METHODS: To evaluate exercise and environmental influences on the electrolyte and water status in hypoxia adapted subjects, we investigated 11 well-trained marathon runners (33.7 +/- 0.7 yr, 60.5 +/- 1.9 kg), native to an altitude above 2600 m, before and after two marathon races. One competition was held at moderate altitude (AM, 2650 m, 14 degrees C, 55% RH, running time 3 h 6 min +/- 22 min) and another under tropical conditions (HM, 470 m, 28 degrees C, 70% RH, running time 2 h 54 min +/- 30 min). Blood samples were taken 3 d before, immediately after, 1 h after, and 24 h after the races. RESULTS: The loss in body fluid was calculated to be 2.15 L during AM and 5.05 L during HM, respectively. It was compensated mostly by ingested fluids without electrolyte content and by metabolically produced water, which led to hyponatremia during AM (plasma [Na+] from 144.3 +/- 0.7 to 131.7 +/- 2.1 mmol x L(-1)). Severe dehydration without significant changes in plasma [Na+] could be detected after HM. Serum antidiuretic hormone concentrations and serum aldosterone concentrations significantly increased during both races and remained at a high level for at least 1h after both competitions. Serum atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) concentrations were at a high level at rest, increasing during HM, and decreasing during AM. CONCLUSION: Under tropical conditions, we found a severe state of dehydration characterized by an extended ANP-response, which was not prevented by water intake during the race. Under hypoxic conditions, however, we found that hyponatremia had developed. This can be partly explained by pure water intake and metabolically produced water, and also, possibly, by a special hypoxia-induced effect.  相似文献

Proinflammatory cytokines are produced in the brain after various kinds of insult (ischemia, trauma, infection). In this process interleukin (IL)-1beta, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha are most important. These cytokines are key mediators of inflammation. Furthermore, these cytokines can act as neurotransmitters and develop direct effects on the central nervous system (CNS) including fever, sleep and stimulation of the neuroendocrine as well as sympathetic nervous system. Moreover, IL-1beta and TNF-alpha may also be involved in brain repair and regenerating processes. However, most of the data about the role of cytokines in the brain have been obtained from either in vitro studies or bolus injections into the brain parenchyma or cerebroventricular system. On the other hand, it is known that cytokines are released continuously into the brain after a cerebral insult over a period of 24 to 48 h. In order to further complete the knowledge about the interactions between neural and immune cells to overcome the primary insult and initiate repair and regeneration in the CNS, a new animal model of local inflammation reaction was established using chronic intracerebral infusion of rat recombinant cytokines.  相似文献
