湿热环境下密闭性功能敷料护理伤口对β—内啡肽的影响

OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of plasma beta-endorphin (beta-EP) in pigs with traumatic injury after occlusive wound dressing supplemented with antiphlogistic and analgesic agents in hot and humid environments (HHE). METHODS: Traumatic models were established in 10 pigs, 5 of which received antiphlogistic- and analgesic-supplemented occlusive dressings of the wounds (experiment group, EG), while the rest pigs were assigned to control group (CG) to receive routine wound management. The pigs in both groups were then exposed to artificial HHE and at different time points during the exposure, the plasma beta-EP level, respiratory frequency and heart rates were measured respectively. RESULTS: The plasma beta-EP concentration of EG was significantly lower than that of CG (P <0.01) after the injury, but in both groups, the levels before the injury were similar to those measured at hour 8 during HHE exposure and at hour 24 following the injury. The variation range of the respiratory frequency and heart rates during HHE exposure were significantly smaller in EG than CG (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: This supplemented occlusive wound dressing can help restrain the peak of plasma beta-EP level and the variation range of respiratory frequency and heart rates of pigs exposed to HHE.     

Changing health status and health expectancies among older adults in China: Gender differences from 1992 to 2002

Numerous studies document improvements in health status and health expectancies among older adults over time. However, most evidence is from developed nations and gender differences in health trends are often inconsistent. It remains unknown whether changes in health in developing countries resemble Western trends or whether patterns of health improvement are unique to the country's epidemiologic transition and gender norms. Using two nationally representative samples of non-institutionalized adults in China aged 65 years and older, this study investigates gender differences in the improvements in disability, chronic disease prevalence, and self-rated health from 1992 to 2002. Results from multivariate logistic regression models show that all three indicators of health improved over the 10-year period, with the largest improvement in self-rated health. With the exception of disability, the health of women improved more than men. Using Sullivan's decomposition methods, we also show that active life expectancy, disease-free life expectancy, and healthy life expectancy increased over this decade and were patterned differently according to gender. Overall, the findings demonstrate that China experienced broad health improvements during its early stages of the epidemiologic transition and that these changes were not uniform by gender. We discuss the public health implications of the findings in the context of China's rapidly aging population.     

鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术临床应用观察

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术的优点.方法鼻内镜下行鼻中隔成形术50例,其中高位和后段偏曲6例.结果50例均一次完成手术,偏曲的鼻中隔均获得彻底矫正.手术时间30～72 min,平均48 min,偏进的鼻中隔获得彻底矫正,随访6～9个月,平均7.1月,治愈45例(90%),好转5例(10%).无鼻中隔血肿、脓肿、穿孔、鼻腔粘连、鼻梁塌陷等并发症发生.结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术,手术时间短,术中出血少,疼痛轻,术后并发症少,可同期行鼻窦手术,完全可以取代传统的鼻中隔黏膜下切除术.     

青皮对大鼠脑梗死灶周边区葡萄糖利用率的影响

目的观察青皮升压治疗对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型皮质下梗死灶周边葡萄糖利用率(LCGU)的影响。方法将16只大鼠随机分为对照组、青皮升压组,采用大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)再灌注模型,在缺血2h用青皮升高血压20%~30%,缺血24h后处死大鼠,采用定量放射自显影技术测定2组缺血侧大脑半球皮质下梗死灶周边区及对侧大脑半球同源区的LCGU。结果对照组、青皮升压组皮质下梗死灶周边的LCGU分别为(250±39.3)μmol·100g-1·min-1,(182.7±23.03)μmol·100g-1·min-1,明显高于对侧大脑半球同源区(170.4±22.5)μmol·100g-1·min-1,(134.1±29.9)μmol·100g-1·min-1(P<0.05);青皮组皮质下梗死灶周边的LCGU明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在皮质下梗死灶周边存在葡萄糖利用率增高区,青皮可改善皮质下脑梗死灶周边无氧糖酵解。     

增生性玻璃体视网膜病变基质金属蛋白酶的定量研究

目的:研究增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)玻璃体中基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)的表达,探讨MMPs在PVR病理过程中的作用。方法:PVR患者采用标准三切口巩膜扁平部玻璃体切割术(pars plana vitrectomy,PPV),取未稀释的玻璃体21只眼,PPV术后复发的玻璃体腔液20只眼,意外死亡的正常人玻璃体10只眼,采用明胶酶谱分析法定量分析MMP-2和MMP-9活性水平。结果:PVR玻璃体有MMP-2活性水平增高,与正常玻璃体比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。21眼PVR玻璃体中13只眼有MMP-9活性水平增高,平均(171.52±13.17)扫描单位。20眼PPV术后PVR复发的玻璃体腔液19只眼有MMP-9活性水平增高,平均(156.01±37.21)扫描单位。正常人玻璃体无MMP-9的表达。结论:PVR玻璃体有MMP-2和MMP-9活性水平增高,MMP-9活性水平增高可能与术后PVR复发有关。眼科学报2003;19:130-132。     

日本血吸虫成虫31/32KD抗原的纯化及其免疫化学特性

本文采用超凝胶柱层析法分离纯化日本血吸虫成虫31/32KD抗原。分离的抗原经银染色及免疫印迹法分析证明已达免疫纯及生化纯级。该抗原PAS染色呈阴性,经过碘酸钠处理后不失去活性,在琼脂糖凝胶电泳中趋向阳极。鉴于血吸虫成虫31/32KD组分是一种主要血清学抗原,它的分离纯化为改进和标化血吸虫病的诊断提供了条件。     

对－取代苯甲酰氨基苯甲酸（甲酯）的合成及其分化诱导HL－60细胞活性试验

作者合成了１６个对－苯甲酰氨基苯甲酸（甲酯），并进行了分化诱导人髓系白血病细胞（ＨＬ－６０细胞）的活性试验，其中有４个化合物活性较强，在浓度为１０￣（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时可使２５％～５０％以上的早幼粒细胞分化为较成熟细胞；有两个化合物在浓度为５×１０￣（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时可使细胞分化率提高到７０％，但较维Ａ酸分化率（９７％）为低。
