The metallic Fe(ii) ion and nonmetallic S codoped g-C3N4 photocatalyst was synthesized through the polymerization of melamine, ferrous chloride and trithiocyanuric acid (TCA) at elevated temperature. The performance of Fe(ii)–S codoped g-C3N4 compounds in RhB photocatalytic degradation was found to increase 5 times. This significant enhancement in catalytic activity is probably related to the enhanced visible light adsorption and the mobility of photoinduced electron/hole pairs, attributable to bandgap narrowing and also lowering in the surface electrostatic potential compared to that of the pure g-C3N4 nanosheets. XRD and XPS results indicate that the Fe species binds with N-atoms to form Fe–N bonds in the state of Fe(ii) ions. Fe(ii) doping increases the specific surface area, and enhances the photoinduced electron/hole pairs illustrated by PL, EIS spectra and transient photocurrent response measurements. The theoretical results show that divalent Fe(ii) ions coordinating in the pore centre among three triazine units form discrete dopant bands and S dopants substituting the N in triazine skeletons excite much stronger delocalized HOMO and LUMO states, facilitating the migration of photogenerated charge carriers, thus enhancing the visible-light driven photocatalytic performance.

The photoinduced electrons jump more easily to the conduction band of g-C3N4 for the Fe impurity band locates above the valence band acting a bridge for electron transfer.  相似文献

Purpose

To evaluate the diagnostic performance of the combination of tumor markers [alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9)] and imaging features in differentiating combined hepatocellular–cholangiocarcinoma (CHC) from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CC).

Methods

Forty consecutive patients with pathologically proven CHC were retrospectively evaluated with contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). Additionally, 40 HCC and 40 CC patients who were randomly selected from the same period served as a control group. Images were classified as HCC-like or CC-like pattern according to CEUS guidelines recommended by World and European Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (WFUMB-EFSUMB). The diagnostic criteria of CHC were defined as follows: (1) both AFP and CA19-9 are simultaneously elevated (AFP > 20 ng/ml and CA19-9 > 100 units/ml); or (2) elevated AFP with a CC-like pattern on CEUS and without elevated CA19-9 level; or (3) elevated CA19-9 with an HCC-like pattern on CEUS and without elevated AFP level. The diagnostic tests were performed with calculation of the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC).

Results

For the 40 CHC patients, the rates of elevated AFP and CA19-9 serology were 55.0 and 30.0%, respectively. Twenty-three (57.5%) patients exhibited an HCC-like pattern, and 15 (37.5%) showed a CC-like pattern. After applying the above diagnostic criteria of CHC in the 120 patients, the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, accuracy, and AUC were 32.5, 93.8, 72.2, 73.5, 73.3, and 0.631%, respectively. When the actual prevalence rate (0.4–14.3%) was taken into account, the PPV and NPV were modified from 2.1 to 46.7% and 89.3 to 99.7%, respectively.

Conclusion

The combination of enhancement patterns on CEUS and serum tumor markers (AFP and CA19-9) may be a potentially specific diagnostic method to differentiate CHC from HCC and CC.

With the development of coronary angiography for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, its clinical significance in detecting coronary artery anomalies and evaluating the seriousness is attracting more attention. In the study we aimed to assess the prevalence of anomalous origin of coronary arteries in a Chinese population who underwent coronary angiography for coronary artery disease, and explore any patterns in the common variants and typical anomalies, especially the potentially serious ones. Patients who underwent coronary angiography from January 2013 to December 2016 in Fuwai Hospital were included. Baseline characteristics and angiographic data were collected, the incidence of anomalous origin of coronary arteries was calculated, and the typical patterns were analyzed. Comparisons between the present results and those of existing reports were also conducted. A total of 110,158 patients were included in the study, among which 0.76% (835 cases) had anomalous origin of coronary arteries. Among the anomalies, the incidences of anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA), the left coronary artery (LCA), both the RCA and LCA, single coronary artery (SCA) and dextrocardia were 76.76% (641 cases), 14.61% (122 cases), 1.80% (15 cases), 4.67% (39 cases) and 2.16% (18 cases), respectively. Moreover, 47.54% (397 cases) of the anomalies were shown to be potentially serious, and an RCA arising from the left sinus of Valsalva (LSV) was the most common subtype (39.28%, 328 cases). Although anomalous origin of coronary arteries is not quite common, more clinical attention should be paid to this condition due to the potential risk of serious sequelae.  相似文献

目的:探讨宫颈妊娠的诊断和治疗。方法:回顾性分析宜昌市第二人民医院收治的12例宫颈妊娠患者的临床资料。结果:12例患者中3例行B超检查,9例行彩色多普勒超声检查,10例患者行血清β-h CG检查。1例初诊被误诊为难免流产。10例患者中单纯手术治疗1例,9例行药物+手术治疗,2例行介入+手术治疗。除1例切除子宫外,其余11例治疗均成功保留子宫。结论:超声检查和血清β-h CG是宫颈妊娠的主要诊断方法,药物+手术以及介入+手术是治疗宫颈妊娠的有效方法,可保留患者生育功能。  相似文献

目的:探讨镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的疗效。方法100例多发性肋骨骨折患者均采用镍钛记忆合金环抱器行手术治疗。结果患者均无感染,骨折不愈合及内固定松动、滑脱等并发症发生;术后5个月~12个月取出内固定,骨折部位无炎症反应,心肺功能恢复较好。结论镍钛记忆合金环抱器呈现出良好的组织相容性,手术操作简便、创伤小、并发症少,是一种较为理想的治疗多发性肋骨骨折的方法。  相似文献

目的:观察先天性白内障小鼠发育过程中视网膜Acin1基因( apoptotic chromatin condensation inducer 1,凋亡染色体凝聚诱导1)表达的变化及差异,探讨先天性白内障小鼠与正常小鼠视网膜细胞凋亡的差异及晶状体与视网膜发育的联系。
  方法:选取先天性白内障小鼠和正常C57 BL/6小鼠各15只,其中雌性各10只,雄性各5只,两种小鼠各随机按1雄2雌合笼正常饲养,雌鼠受孕后单独饲养,待其分娩后将对应幼鼠分为先天性白内障组和正常对照组,各组于1,5,9,14,17,21,26,60d 分别处理5只幼鼠,取左眼球4%中性甲醛固定行免疫组化检测ACIN1蛋白( ACINUS )表达,右眼取视网膜行PCR检测Acin1 mRNA表达。
  结果:Acin1在两组幼鼠视网膜各日龄均有持续表达;随着视网膜各层细胞的分化,ACIN1蛋白从神经节细胞层、内核层至外核层逐渐表达,以神经节细胞和内核层为主,神经母细胞层未见阳性表达,正常对照组P1~P14 d ACIN1阳性细胞逐渐增多, P17 d开始减少, P21 d之后各层阳性细胞明显减少;先天性白内障组整体变化趋势同正常对照组类似, P1~P14 d 阳性细胞数低于正常对照组, P17~P21 d阳性细胞数持平且高于正常对照组;同日龄两组比较,除P17, P26, P60 d外,其余差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05);先天性白内障组内不同日龄总体比较差异有统计学意义(F先白=295.07,P<0.01),两两比较除P1与P5d, P17与P21 d外其余各日龄间均有统计学意义( P<0.05);正常组内不同日龄总体比较差异有统计学意义(F正常=214.21,P<0.01),除P1与P5d外其余各日龄间两两比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);先天性白内障组P17d表达量低于正常组 P14 d 差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。两组Acin1 mRNA变化趋势与蛋白相似,两组同日龄比较,除P17,P21,P60d外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组内不同日龄总体比较差异均有统计学意义(F先白=522.29,P<0.01;F正常=472.05,P<0.01);两两比较先天性白内障组除P21与P26 d外其余各日龄间均有统计学差异(P<0.05),正常组各日龄间两两比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。
  结论:小鼠视网膜发育过程中存在Acin1时间和空间的差异性表达,先天性白内障晶状体发育障碍可能会影响视网膜细胞Acin1的表达及视网膜细胞的凋亡及发育。  相似文献
