The method cited in this article gives the possibility to estimate (prognosticate) the temperature of air in the working zone at the mobile objects of the ground radio electronic complexes. This method is based on formulas which take into account the lineal dependency of the air temperature inside the manned sectors from the outside temperature, sunlight intensity, type of a mobile complex, ventilation regime, and the grade of heat diffusion made by radio electronic equipment. The proposed formulas could be used for estimation (prognostication) of temperature conditions of the mobile objects at the stages of their development or during operating periods.  相似文献

A case of traumatic thrombosis of the left subclavian and left vertebral arteries is reported which presented with signs of basilar artery insufficiency and right homonymous hemianopsia 3 weeks after the injury. The diagnosis, which was clinically unsuspected, was made by angiography. Surgical removal of the thrombus was successful.  相似文献

The authors describe their experience in surgical treatment of fresh injuries of the interior lateral ligament in 25 patients, in 15 of whom autoplasty of the injured ligament was performed by making use of the tendon of musculus semitendinosus which was shifted without being cut off into the projection of the ligament location and sewn to the joint capsule by interrupted sutures.  相似文献

Triple-balloon dilation (TBD) of a variety of luminal structures has been successfully, though infrequently, used. A mathematical model is presented for the selection of balloon sizes, and equations and tables are derived that allow the user to estimate more accurately the size of balloons needed for TBD of structures with large lumina. With TBD, an approximately circular lumen can be formed. Also, TBD allows smaller, higher-pressure balloons to be used instead of single, low-pressure, large balloons. Summary The steady state of exercise is only relatively steady; considerable fluctuation in the rate of oxygen consumption occurs from minute to minute. The standard deviations expressed in per cent of mean O2 consumption are smallest with a moderate work load which requires a certain effort and concentration of the subject; they are greater at either extreme of work load. The instability of the steady state of exercise appears to be a normal phenomenon.This investigation was supported by research grant GM-08013 (Principal Investigator: Dr.Verne T.Inman) from the National Institutes of Health, U.
