目的:探讨人卵子周围卵丘颗粒细胞的凋亡状态与相应卵子发育潜能的关系。方法:收集卵泡浆内单精子注射(ICSI)患者每个卵子周围的卵丘颗粒细胞,流式细胞仪检测卵丘颗粒细胞的凋亡率,研究其凋亡率与卵子的成熟度、受精率及相应胚胎质量的关系。结果:MⅡ期卵子周围卵丘颗粒细胞的凋亡率明显低于GV期、MⅠ期及退变死亡的卵子周围卵丘颗粒细胞的凋亡率(P<0.05);MⅡ期受精卵子的卵丘颗粒细胞凋亡率显著低于未受精的卵子(P<0.01);发育成优质胚胎的MⅡ期卵子周围卵丘颗粒细胞的凋亡率低于发育成评分较低胚胎的卵子的卵丘颗粒细胞(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢刺激周期获取的卵子的成熟状态和发育潜能与相应卵丘颗粒细胞的凋亡程度相关。 相似文献

In this paper, highly flame retardant C60/PMMA composites were prepared using an in situ polymerization method by introducing fullerene (C60) into polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) to improve its combustion characteristics. The apparent morphologies of PMMA and C60/PMMA microspheres were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The thermal stability and flame retardancy were characterized using a synchronous thermal analyzer, a cone calorimeter and an oxygen index tester. The results show that the maximum initial decomposition temperature of C60/PMMA-2 (prepared using C60 with a concentration of 2 mg mL−1) is 234.89 °C, which is about 59.89 °C higher than that of PMMA, and the thermal stability is the best. The limiting oxygen index of the C60/PMMA-2 composite is 21.8, which is 28.2% higher than that of pure PMMA. In addition, the peak heat release rate (PHRR) of C60/PMMA is reduced by 630.4 kW m−2 when compared with pure PMMA, which means that the flame retardant property is improved. AIM: To investigate the difference in kappa angle between sitting and supine positions during laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).
METHODS: A retrospective study was performed on 395 eyes from 215 patients with myopia that received LASIK. Low, moderate, and high myopia groups were assigned according to diopters. The horizontal and vertical components of kappa angle in sitting position were measured before the operation, and in supine position during the operation. The data from the two positions were compared and the relationship between kappa angle and diopters were analyzed.
RESULTS: Two hundred and twenty-three eyes (56.5%) in sitting position and 343 eyes (86.8%) in supine position had positive kappa angles. There were no significant differences in horizontal and vertical components of kappa angle in the sitting position or horizontal components of kappa angle in the supine position between the three groups (P>0.05). A significant difference in the vertical components of kappa angle in the supine position was seen in the three groups (P<0.01). Differences in both horizontal and vertical components of kappa angles were significant between the sitting and supine positions. Positive correlations in both horizontal and vertical components of kappa angles (P<0.05) were found and vertical components of kappa angle in sitting and supine positions were negatively correlated with the degree of myopia (sitting position: r=-0.109; supine position: r=-0.172; P<0.05).
CONCLUSION: There is a correlation in horizontal and vertical components of kappa angle in sitting and supine positions. Positive correlations in both horizontal and vertical components of kappa angle in sitting and supine positions till the end of the results. This result still needs further observation. Clinicians should take into account different postures when excimer laser surgery needs to be performed. 相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the effects of glycemic control on refraction in diabetic patients.
METHODS: Twenty newly diagnosed diabetic patients were included in this study. The random blood glucose, HbA1c levels, fasting C-peptide and postprandial 2h C-peptide were measured before treatment. The patients with random blood glucose higher than 12.0mmol/L and HbA1c level higher than 10.0% were selected. Refraction, intraocular pressure, radius of the anterior corneal curvature, depth of the anterior chamber, lens thickness, vitreous length, and axial length were measured on admission and at the end of week 1, 2, 3 and 4 during glycemic control.
RESULTS: A transient hyperopic change occurred in all the patients receiving glycemic control. The maximum hyperopic change was 1.60D (range 0.50±3.20D). Recovery of the previous refraction occurred between two and four weeks after insulin treatment. There was a positive correlation between the maximum hyperopic changes and the HbA1c levels on admission (r=0.84, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the maximum hyperopic changes and the daily rate of blood glucose reduction over the first 7 days of the treatment (r=0.53, P<0.05). During transient hyperopia, no significant changes were observed in the intraocular pre- ssure, radius of the anterior corneal curvature, depth of the anterior chamber, lens thickness, vitreous length and axial length.
CONCLUSION: Transient hyperopic changes occur after glycemic control in diabetic patients with severe hyperglycemia. The degrees of transient hyperopia are highly dependent on HbA1c levels before treatment and the rate of reduction of the blood glucose level. 相似文献

目的:探讨支架术后急性冠状动脉综合征患者生命质量变化及影响因素。方法收集接受支架术急性冠状动脉综合征患者100例,应用SF-36生命质量调查表于手术前、手术后6个月对患者生命质量进行调查记录,并分析患者生命质量变化及影响因素。结果患者手术后6个月体力、心理健康、社会活动、躯体疼痛、身体功能、躯体角色、精力及身体健康评分高于手术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。支架术后6个月患者改善程度Logistic回归分析:女性患者、2型糖尿病、曾行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗、ST-T段抬高型心肌梗死是影响患者改善程度的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论急性冠状动脉综合征患者支架术后6个月生命质量明显改善,女性患者、既往PCI对于患者改善具有正向影响作用,而2型糖尿病、ST-T段抬高型心肌梗死则对患者改善具有负向影响。 相似文献
