目的:了解高校女教师情绪智力与教学效能感之间的关系,为高校女教师教学效能感及能力的提高提供科学依据。方法 :采用情绪智力量表(EIS)和教学效能感量表(UTES),对整群随机抽取的成都中医药大学88名在职女教师进行问卷调查。结果 :高校女教师教龄组各年龄段在情绪智力的差异有统计学意义。情绪智力总分与教学效能感总分、个人教学效能感和专业教学效能感有显著正相关,其中个人教学效能感与情绪感知、他人情绪管理有显著正相关;专业教学效能感与情绪感知、他人情绪管理和情绪表达有显著正相关。他人情绪管理这个维度进入教学效能感的回归方程,情绪智力主要通过理解他人情绪这个维度对教师教学效能感进行影响。结论 :情绪感知及他人情绪管理是高校女教师教学效能感的重要预测指标。 相似文献

目的 探讨重症急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者中与重症发生相关的危险因素 ,寻找发生重症的早期预警指标。方法 对北京市SARS临床诊断病例数据库中转院资料完整 ,且在 2周内发生重症的 35 5例和始终未发生重症的 84 1例SARS患者进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 高龄、有基础病的患者发生重症的危险性明显增加。重症患者发生重症前表现出以下特点 :体温下降缓慢、脉搏加快、淋巴细胞计数持续 <0 9× 10 9/L、中性粒细胞高于 7 1× 10 9/L(80 % )、X线胸片异常进展较快等。采用Cox多元逐步回归发现 ,具有统计学显著性的早期预警重症发生的独立因素包括 :年龄偏大、有基础疾病、住院 2d后体温仍不能降至正常、住院 3d后中性粒细胞比值持续在 80 %以上、住院 4d后淋巴细胞计数仍持续 <0 9× 10 9/L和病程中出现脉搏持续加快达到 10 0次 /min。结论 根据SARS患者的年龄和基础病情况 ,结合临床对体温、脉搏、淋巴细胞绝对值以及中性粒细胞绝对值 (百分比 )的密切观察能够对重症SARS的发生进行早期预警。 相似文献

为研究苦瓜蛋白对凋亡的关键酶半胱天冬酶 3及凋亡的调节作用 ,用已经建立起来的方法从苦瓜果肉中提取苦瓜蛋白。将BALB/C小鼠分为 4组 :病毒对照组、正常对照组、药物对照组和药物治疗组 ,分别在第 0天、第 3天、第 7天和第 14天各处死 5只小鼠 ,第 2 1天全部处死动物 ,心肌组织半胱天冬酶 3活性测定按照CAL BIOCHEM公司的试剂说明书进行 ,并稍加改正 ,凋亡鉴定按照Oncogene公司的TdT DNA裂解片断末端原位标记试剂说明书进行。结果发现 ,①病毒对照组第 7天开始出现半胱天冬酶 3活性 (0 .6 3± 0 .2 1pmol/min ,n =5 ) ,第 14天的活性 (10 .9± 1.5pmol/min ,n =5 )显著高于第 7天 ,第 2 1天的活性 (12 .6± 1.3pmol/min ,n =5 )又高于第 14天。②药物治疗组 ,只有一个第 2 1天的标本有半胱天冬酶 3活性 (0 .4 1pmol/min) ,其它两组均未检测到此酶的活性。③DNA裂解片断末端原位标记法发现 ,病毒对照组在第 7天心肌中有少数细胞凋亡 ,第 14天、第 2 1天凋亡细胞明显增多 ,在非病变区域可发现单个凋亡的心肌细胞。治疗组未发现凋亡细胞 ,其它两组也未发现凋亡细胞。结果提示 ,CVB3病毒性心肌炎中发现有明显的凋亡现象 ,凋亡和半胱天冬酶 3发现于第 7天 ,且随着时间增加而逐渐加重(增强 ) ;苦瓜蛋白可显 相似文献

AIM: To analyze the clinical presentation of venous diethylene glycol (DEG) poisoning in patients with preexisting severe liver disease and factors that correlate with DEG poisoning. METHODS: Retrospective chart review was performed to analyze the epidemiology, clinical presentation, hepatorenal functions, hemodynamics and pathological characteristics of 64 patients with severe liver disease who received intravenous armillarisin-A, the solvent of which was DEG. Comparative analyses of correlating factors and causes for poisoning were based on the presence or absence of poisoning. RESULTS: Of the 64 patients who received armillarisin-A, 15 were found to have DEG poisoning. Twelve poisoned patients died. After a mean of 5 d, the poisoned patients displayed acute renal failure. Metabolic acidosis occurred in 13 cases. BUN, Cr, and CO2 values were significantly elevated and exacerbation of digestive tract symptoms and/or symptom was noted in 11 cases. Neurological system impairment was observed in 10 cases after 2 wk. Compared to the 49 non-poisoned patients, the poisoned patients exhibited significantly lower RBC and Hb values and higher WBC count. Renal biopsy from the poisoned patients revealed acute tubular necrosis and interstitial nephritis. Significant differences in preexisting severe hepatitis, ascites, renal disease, and diuretic therapy were found between groups. Prior to diethylene glycol injections, the mean values for neutral granular cells, BUN, Cr, calcium and phosphorous ions differed significantly between groups. CONCLUSION: Venous diethylene glycol poisoning is characterized by oliguric acute renal failure, metabolic acidosis, digestive symptoms, nervous system impairment, and a high probability of anemia and WBC proliferation. Mortality is high. Correlative factors include preexisting severe liver disease, renal disease, and infection. 相似文献

Metallothioneins (MTs) are a group of metal binding proteins thought to play a role in the detoxification of heavy metals. Here we showed by microarray and validation analyses that MT1h, a member of MT, is down‐regulated in many human malignancies. Low expression of MT1h was associated with poor clinical outcomes in both prostate and liver cancer. We found that the promoter region of MT1h was hypermethylated in cancer and that demethylation of the MT1h promoter reversed the suppression of MT1h expression. Forced expression of MT1h induced cell growth arrest, suppressed colony formation, retarded migration, and reduced invasion. SCID mice with tumour xenografts with inducible MT1h expression had lower tumour volumes as well as fewer metastases and deaths than uninduced controls. MT1h was found to interact with euchromatin histone methyltransferase 1 (EHMT1) and enhanced its methyltransferase activity on histone 3. Knocking down of EHMT1 or a mutation in MT1h that abrogates its interaction with EHMT1 abrogated MT1h tumour suppressor activity. This demonstrates tumour suppressor activity in a heavy metal binding protein that is dependent on activation of histone methylation. Heteroatom doping in carbon dots (CDs) was found to be an efficient way to regulate the structure of electronic energy levels and enhance the fluorescence characteristics of CDs. Nevertheless, most reported fabrication processes of heteroatom-doped CDs are rigorous and complex. Herein, a facile and novel strategy was developed to rapidly prepare nitrogen and phosphorus co-doped CDs (N,P-CDs) using acetic acid as the carbon source, and arginine, 1,2-ethylenediamine (EDA) and diphosphorus pentoxide as the dopants, respectively. The optical, morphological and structural characterizations of the synthesized N,P-CDs were investigated via UV and photoluminescence spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, TEM, and FT-IR spectroscopy. The N,P-CDs display outstanding fluorescence stability under high ionic strength (1.6 M KCl), and long time UV irradiation, indicating that they can be used as favorable candidates for fluorescent probes. The fluorescence of N,P-CDs was selectively quenched by chloramphenicol (CAP) with a short response time. The linear range of the response to CAP was from 0.8 to 70 μM with a limit of detection of 0.36 μM (S/N = 3). Notably, the fabricated N,P-CDs were employed for the highly selective and sensitive detection of CAP in milk samples, indicating their potential applications in biologically related areas.The spontaneous synthesis of nitrogen and phosphorus co-doped carbon dots was reported, and they were used as a probe for chloramphenicol. 相似文献
