Effect of isoelectric point on biodistribution and inflammation imaging with indium-111-labelled IgG

Electrostatic effects play an important role in protein interactions and may alter the biodistribution of antibodies. To study the effect of molecular charge on the biodistribution and infection imaging properties of human polyclonal immunoglobulin G (IgG), its iso electric point was varied by changing the level of diethylene triamine penta-acetic acid (DTPA) substitution: 0.8, 0.9, 3.7, 5.1 and 5.9 DTPA/IgG. Biodistributions of the different IgG preparations were determined at 10 min, 1, 6, 24, and 48 h post injection in normal rats, and infection imaging properties were determined in rats withEscherichia coli thigh infections. The biodistribution was significantly affected by pl. The immunoglobulin preparations with 0.9 and 3.7 DTPA/IgG showed faster clearance from the circulation and generally lower accumulation in most organs. The images had a target-to-background ratio of approximately 1.3–2.3:1. These results suggest that even though targeting is not affected by the level of DTPA substitutions, preparations with 0.9 and 3.7 DTPA/IgG may be superior imaging agents because of reduced accumulation by background organs.     

Propene polymerization with δ-TiCl3/AlCl(C2H5)2 and δ-TiCl3/Al(C2H5)3 catalyst systems, 1. Effect of external donors

The effect of ethyl benzoate (EB), diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), dibutyl ether (DBE) and triethoxy(phenyl)silane (EPS) as third components on the propene polymerization with the catalyst systems δ-TiCl₃/AlCl(C₂H₅)₂ and δ-TiCl₃/Al(C₂H₅)₃ was investigated. The influence of external donors on the isotacticity, catalyst activity and average molecular weight (M _v) was tested. If external donors are employed, M _v decreases, the insoluble fraction in boiling isooctane increases and the catalyst activity is strongly influenced by the mole ratio external donor/TiCl₃. The results indicate that all external donors employed have the same qualitative effect on catalytic active centers.     

京剧器乐的听力损伤（附55例调查报告）

本文对从事京剧打击乐的55人（110耳）进行了听力调查及动态观察。利用图表进行对比分析，发现110耳中高频听力损伤89耳，占81％；语频听力损伤32耳，占29.1%；其中伴有高频耳鸣78耳，占70．9％。动态观察30人（60耳），均为永久性听阈阈移。高频听力损伤最早出现的频率是4kHz，并见典型“V”谷，符合噪声性聋的诊断。     

大鼠延髓腹外侧区在可乐定心血管效应中的作用

目的：探讨大鼠延髓腹外侧区（VLM）在介导可乐定心血管效应中的作用。方法：氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉SD大鼠，应用微量注射和细胞外记录等方法观察尾端延髓腹外侧区（CVLM）和头端延髓腹外侧区（RVLM）内局部给予可乐定导致的心血管活动变化。结果：单侧CVLM微量注射可乐定（5nmol/100nl,n=10)不仅能明显升主动脉血压（AP）和增加心率（HR）（P＜0．01），而且能增加同侧RVLM压力敏感性神经元（n=80)的放电频率（P＜0．01），而单侧RVLM微量注射可乐定（5nmol/100nl,n=9)，明显降低AP和HR（P＜0．01）。结论：RVLM和CVLM在介导可乐定的心血管效应中具有不同的作用。     

中药抑抗灵治疗抗精子抗体介导的免疫性不育的实验研究Ⅰ

目的 :观察中药抑抗灵对抗精子抗体 (AsAb)介导的免疫性不育的疗效。　方法 :在建立AsAb介导的免疫性不育动物模型的基础上 ,将新西兰兔随机分为 4组 ,即抑抗灵治疗组 ,强的松治疗组 ,未治疗组及阴性对照组。抑抗灵治疗组再随机分为 3组 ,即低剂量组 ,中剂量组和高剂量组。疗程均为 4 5d ,分别在治疗的第 15、30、4 5d检测原血清AsAb呈阳性的雄、雌兔血清AsAb ,计算转阴率 ;检测顺从采精雄兔的精子密度 ,活力 ,活动率及精浆AsAb。　结果 :在抑抗灵治疗的第 15、30、4 5d ,雄、雌兔血清AsAb转阴率低剂量组分别为 30 %、6 0 %、10 0 %和4 4 .4 %、77.8%、10 0 % ;中剂量组分别为 30 %、5 5 .6 %、87.5 %和 4 0 %、6 0 %、10 0 % ;高剂量组分别为 33.3%、6 6 .7%、10 0 %和 4 0 %、6 6 .7%、10 0 %。强的松治疗组雄、雌兔血清AsAb转阴率 15、30、4 5d为 30 %、6 0 %、10 0 %和 30 %、70 %、10 0 %。未经治疗的雄、雌兔AsAb的自然转阴率 15、30、4 5d分别为 0、10 %、2 0 %。经统计 ,未治疗组与抑抗灵 3个剂量组 4 5d比较 ,未治疗组与强的松治疗组 4 5d比较 ,同一剂量抑抗灵治疗 4 5d与 15d血清AsAb转阴率比较差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。治疗完成后检测顺从采精雄兔精浆AsAb ,经抑抗灵低、中、高剂量治     

儿童牙病治疗中医护配合的技巧

儿童牙病要经过诊查-麻醉-牙科处理，要用精密或锐利的器械伸入患儿口腔，所以治疗的前提必须是患儿自觉张口合作。在治疗护理过程中，除了掌握儿童的各年龄阶段的性格特征外，医生、护士的语言交流和操作还需一定的技巧，配合应默契。现对我院250例3岁～12岁患儿治疗及护理配合体会报告如下。     

电子鼻咽喉镜下声带息肉切除术疗效分析(附128例报告)

目的探讨电子鼻咽喉镜下声带息肉切除术的临床疗效。方法应用Dr．Speech4．0嗓音分析软件，对128例在电子鼻咽喉镜下切除声带息肉患者的嗓音声学参数进行分析比较。结果128例声带息肉患者术后7～15天Jitter、Shimmer、NNE、HNR、SNR恢复正常，与术前相比，差异有非常显著性意义(P＜O．01)；而FD与术前相比，差异无显著,Sk(P＞O．05)。结论电子鼻咽喉镜下声带息肉切除术具有操作简单、安全、费用低、疗效好的优点。
