目的分析组织学前列腺炎对经尿道前列腺剜除术(PKEP)的影响程度和临床意义。方法通过经尿道前列腺剜除术对231例前列腺增生(BPH)患者行手术治疗。所有患者根据手术标本病理检查结果进行分组:138例BPH伴组织学前列腺炎患者(炎症组)和93例单纯BPH患者(对照组),分析两组患者的增生腺体剥离时间,出血量,并发症发生情况以及术后排尿情况。结果两组患者的年龄差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),两组患者前列腺体积差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。PSA、IPSS评分以及尿流率差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。炎症组与对照组剥离时间分别为:(55±20)min和(37±11)min,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。炎症组5例发生前列腺包膜穿孔,对照组无穿孔发生,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组术中出血量分别为:(310±90)ml和(105±55)ml,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。炎症组8例需术中输血,对照组无输血,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。炎症组与对照组术后发生暂时性尿失禁分别为63例和19例,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组患者术后3个月尿流率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论组织学前列腺炎是导致PKEP手术时间延长,增加术中出血量以及术后并发症发生的重要因素。 相似文献

肾缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠SDF-1、ICAM-1表达与肾小管坏死评分的相关性研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的探讨肾缺血-再灌注损伤(IRI)大鼠基质细胞衍生因子(SDF)-1、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)与肾小管坏死评分的相关性。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分成手术组、假手术组两组,每组各30只。根据手术后检测时间不同,每组再分为6个不同时段的亚组(1、6、12、24、48、72 h组),每个亚组有5只大鼠。手术组建立大鼠肾IRI模型,假手术组大鼠仅予游离双侧肾动脉后缝合切口。检测各个时间点肾功能、肾小管坏死评分及肾脏组织SDF-1、ICAM-1表达变化。对手术组大鼠肾组织SDF-1、ICAM-1表达与肾功能和肾小管坏死评分进行Pearson直线相关分析。结果手术组术后血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)较术前及相应时间段假手术亚组明显升高(均为P0.05),且于术后12 h显著升高,高峰期在术后48 h。手术组肾小管坏死评分随时间的延长逐渐增高(均为P0.05);肾小管坏死评分最高在手术48 h组(P0.05)。与手术1 h组比较,手术6 h组大鼠肾组织SDF-1、ICAM-1表达开始明显增多(均为P0.05);手术后48 h达高峰,于手术后72 h开始下降。手术组的肾组织SDF-1、ICAM-1表达与术后各时间段BUN、Scr、肾小管坏死评分呈正相关(r=0.614、0.662、0.751;0.640、0.703、0.785;均为P0.05)。结论当大鼠肾组织发生IRI时,SDF-1、ICAM-1表达上调,BUN、Scr升高,肾小管坏死评分升高,而且SDF-1、ICAM-1的表达与BUN、Scr、肾小管坏死评分呈正相关,提示SDF-1、ICAM-1表达增高程度可以作为反映肾IRI后严重程度的指标。 相似文献

Chronic stress causes a variety of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety and depression, but its mechanism is not well understood. Tripartite motif‐containing protein 32 (TRIM32) was strongly associated with autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder based on a study of copy number variation, and deletion of TRIM32 increased neural proliferation and reduced apoptosis. Here, we propose that TRIM32 is involved in chronic stress‐induced affective behaviors. Using a chronic unpredictable mild stress mouse depression model, we studied expression of TRIM32 in brain tissue samples and observed behavioral changes in Trim32 knockout mice. The results showed that TRIM32 protein but not its mRNA was significantly reduced in hippocampus in a time‐dependent manner within 8 weeks of chronic stress. These stress‐induced affective behaviors and reduction of TRIM32 protein expression were significantly reversed by antidepressant fluoxetine treatment. In addition, Trim32 knockout mice showed reduced anxiety and depressive behaviors and hyperactivities compared with Trim32 wild‐type mice under normal and mild stress conditions. We conclude that TRIM32 plays important roles in regulation of hyperactivities and positively regulates the development of anxiety and depression disorders induced by chronic stress. 相似文献

Depression interferes with the human ability to make decisions. Multiple criteria have been adopted for the diagnosis of depression in humans, but no clear indicators are available in animal models to reflect the depressive mood, involving higher cognitive functions. The act of foraging is a species-specific behaviour which is believed to involve the decision-making and higher cognitive functions. We previously established a method to detect the foraging behaviour of rodents, in which our results demonstrated that NMDA and dopamine receptors were involved. Conversely, increased NMDA receptors and reduced dopamine have been reported in depression model rodents. However, we hypothesise that foraging activities may also be impaired in depression. To test the theory, we successfully established a mouse model of depression using the chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) paradigm. Most interestingly, the food foraging activity of mice after CUMS was significantly reduced. In addition, the treatment of anti-depressant fluoxetine reversed most depressive symptoms and reduced glial fibrillary associated protein (GFAP) expression in the hippocampus, but was less effective in the reduction of foraging activities. However, clozapine reversed all symptoms of CUMS-exposed mice including reduction of GFAP expression in the hippocampus and impaired foraging activity. Our findings of GFAP expression as a marker to validate the CUMS protocol provide further validation of our hypothesis, that the reduced food foraging is probably a new behavioural finding of depression in which the serotoninergic system could not be singly involved. Our study suggests that NMDA receptors, serotoninergic and dopaminergic systems are differentially involved in these food foraging behaviours. Our data suggest that the foraging test in rodents can be a useful tool to assess the ability of decision-making in depression. 相似文献

目的翻译患者床边交班感知量表(PVNC-BR),并初步评价其信度与效度。方法严格遵循翻译-回译-专家咨询步骤对量表进行跨文化调试,并通过对138例患者进行调查,检测中文版PVNC-BR的信效度。结果探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,17个条目,累积贡献率为61.043%,各因子的负荷数为0.413~0.861;Cronbach’sα系数为0.821,各因子的Cronbach’sα系数为0.696~0.854;重测信度为0.879,各因子的重测信度为0.771~0.922。结论中文版PVNC—BR量表具有较好的信度、效度,符合心理学测量要求,可用于测评实施床边交班患者的感知评价。 相似文献
