目的 探讨P选择素和细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)在肾缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。方法 建立缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,观察缺血再灌注后肾组织P选择素和ICAM-1的表达,并用P选择单克隆抗体进行了治疗。结果 发现缺血再灌注后肾小管人泡变性玫片状坏死,血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(SCr)水平升高;但再灌注前5min经P选择互单抗处理的动物肾组织与正常相近,肾小管上皮细胞未见变性及坏死,血BUN和SCr水 相似文献

目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间"三线防控"模式在广州医科大学附属第三医院妇产科门诊的实践成效。 方法自新冠肺炎疫情以来,我院妇产科门诊自主制定了"三线防控"模式并常态化实施,采用回顾性研究方法分析2021年3月至8月广州市荔湾区疫情前后我院妇产科普通门诊、急诊及发热门诊的患者就诊情况,重点分析5~6月普通门诊中发现健康码异常或流行病学史的漏诊率、普通门诊的实际就诊率及候诊时间、患者满意度、发热门诊会诊率、妇科门诊手术情况、产科患者收住院情况等,同比2020年及2019年5~6月我院妇产科患者就诊情况变化。 结果在2021年广州市荔湾区疫情期间的5~6月,我院妇产科门诊累计预检分诊33 782例,其中黄码患者73例,健康码正常但流行病学史疑似患者108例,最终确诊新冠肺炎患者0例。2021年5月患者就诊同比2020年上升了6.09%,但较疫情前的2019年下降11.6%;6月患者就诊同比2019年及2020年分别明显下降了40.73%及41.51%。2021年5月21日至7月2日妇产科普通门诊患者的实际就诊率平均为90.8%,呈逐渐增长的趋势。2021年5~6月妇产科门诊手术总数为2501例,总收住院人数为1286例,收住院患者中持有72 h有效新冠核酸阴性结果的占比100%,隔离病房的收治情况为0;患者的就诊满意度平均高达8.76分。 结论"三线防控"管理模式,建立有效的普通门诊应急反应体系,保障了不同状况、不同需求的患者得到及时诊治,为广大患者安全就医提供了坚实的保障,并获得较高的满意度。 相似文献

The epithelium in kidneys and urinary bladders contain CK18 as in liver cells. The modulation of cytokeratin 18 during tumor transformation in hepatoma had been previously recognized through a series of biochemical and immunological approaches. A 14 KD hepatoma related molecules was found in the previous studies. We would like to utilize the hepatoma transformation model to study the changes in CK18 in transitional cell carcinoma, using immunoblotting and western blotting techniques. The result is that transitional cell carcinoma retain their CK18 molecule. Furthermore, CK18 related molecules similar to those seen in hepatoma also present in transitional cell carcinoma. The conclusions are transitional cell carcinoma contains CK18 related proteins similar to those seen in hepatoma tissues. 目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的临床与X线误诊原因;方法依据临床与X线资料分析;结果均有不同程度的呼吸道症状,有14例痰中带血丝。肿块直径小于4cm11例,密度高而均匀,边缘光整,误诊为肺良性肿瘤。肿块直径大于4cm13例,密度不太均,边缘有分叶或有毛刺,误诊为肺癌;结论临床上多无急慢性感染症状,本病与其他占位性病变极相似,缺少特征,对本病缺乏认识是导致误诊的主要原因。肿块邻近胸膜,边缘出现尖角征,动态变化缓慢这3点对提高正确诊断率有独特的价值。 相似文献

The potential modulation of opioid receptor signaling by kainic acid (KA) has been investigated in neuroblastoma x glioma NG 108-15 hybrid cells and neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells. Acute incubation of KA significantly attenuated delta opioid receptor (DOR) signaling induced by the DOR agonist [D-Pen2, D-Pen5]-enkephalin (DPDPE), as measured by activation of G proteins and inhibition of cAMP accumulation. The attenuation by KA was time- and dose-dependent and could be blocked by antagonists of kainate/AMPA receptors, suggesting possible mediation through kainate/AMPA receptors. KA attenuation of DPDPE-stimulated G protein activation was reversed by inhibitors of protein kinase C or by removal of both extracellular Ca2+ and intracellular Ca2+. In contrast, NMDA attenuation of DPDPE-stimulated G protein activation was independent of intracellular Ca2+, indicating that different mechanism(s) may underlie the modulation effect of KA and NMDA. This notion was further supported by the results that KA did not alter nociceptin/orphanin FQ-stimulated G protein activation in NG 108-15 cells but NMDA did. In addition, pretreatment of NG 108-15 cells with antagonists of kainate/AMPA receptors blocked the acute desensitization of DOR signaling. These data provide evidence that KA may be involved in the modulation of opioid receptor signal transduction. 相似文献

This investigation effort is focused on increasing organophosphate (OP) degradation by phosphotriesterase to antagonize OP intoxication. For these studies, sterically stabilized liposomes encapsulating recombinant phosphotriesterase were employed. This enzyme was obtained from Flavobacterium sp. and was expressed in Escherichia coli. It has a broad substrate specificity, which includes parathion, paraoxon, soman, sarin, diisopropylfluorophosphate, and other organophosphorous compounds. Paraoxon is rapidly hydrolyzed by phosphotriesterase to the less toxic 4-nitrophenol and diethylphosphate. This enzyme was isolated and purified over 1600-fold and subsequently encapsulated within sterically stabilized liposomes (SL). The properties of this encapsulated phosphotriesterase were investigated. When these liposomes containing phosphotriesterase were incubated with paraoxon, it readily degraded the paraoxon. Hydrolysis of paraoxon did not occur when these sterically stabilized liposomes contained no phosphotriesterase. These sterically stabilized liposomes (SL) containing phosphotriesterases (SL)* were employed as a carrier model to antagonize the toxic effects of paraoxon by hydrolyzing it to the less toxic 4-nitrophenol and diethylphosphate. This enzyme-SL complex (SL)* was administered intravenously to mice either alone or in combination with pralidoxime (2-PAM) and/or atropine intraperitoneally. These results indicate that this carrier model system provides a striking enhanced protective effects against the lethal effects of paraoxon.
