Bifenthrin (BF) is an important synthetic pyrethroid. Previous studies have demonstrated that cis‐BF exhibits toxic effects on development, the neurological, reproductive and endocrine system. In this study, we evaluated the immunotoxicity caused by cis‐BF in adolescent male C57BL/6 mice. Mice were exposed orally to 0, 5, 10, and 20 mg/kg/d for 3 weeks. The results showed that body weight, spleen weight, and splenic cellularity decreased in mice exposed to 20 mg/kg/d cis‐BF. Additionally, we found that the mRNA levels of the pro‐inflammatory factors IL‐1β, IL‐6, CXCL‐1, and TNF‐α, in peritoneal macrophages, the spleen, and the thymus were inhibited in the cis‐BF‐treated groups. Moreover, MTT assays demonstrated that cis‐BF inhibited splenocyte proliferation stimulated by LPS or Con A, as well as the secretion of IFN‐γ on Con A stimulation. Collectively, the results of this study suggest that exposure to cis‐BF has the potential to induce immunotoxicity in adolescent male C57BL/6 mice. 相似文献
Diverticular disease affects upwards of 50% of the population over the age of 60 years in Western countries and is becoming more common as the population ages. Studies from the 1970s and 1980s related its occurrence to the use of low-fiber diets and to the prolonged colonic transit time and increased intraluminal pressure associated with low-volume stools. Pulsion diverticula (pseudodiverticula) emerge through the thickened circular layer of the muscularis propria of the left colon at points of penetration of the vasa recta that supply the submucosa and mucosa. Complications of diverticular disease such as hemorrhage, diverticulitis, peridiverticular abscess, fistula, and perforation are well recognized. More recently, attention has been drawn to the polypoid prolapsing mucosal folds that may develop as the affected segment of bowel (usually the sigmoid) becomes shorter and to changes in the mucosa surrounding the diverticula and in the bowel wall that may result in confusion with ulcerative colitis or Crohn disease (sigmoid colitis-associated diverticulosis [SCAD]). Distinguishing SCAD from these entities is extremely important, and pathologists should be aware of the possibility of overdiagnosing chronic inflammatory bowel disease in biopsies or resection specimens of sigmoid colon with diverticular disease. 相似文献
Comb‐like polyethylene glycol (PEG)‐based copolymer electrolytes with given crosslinking density are synthesized using PEG as the main chain segments (denoted as MC‐PEG), methoxy polyethylene glycol (MPEG) as side chain segments (denoted as SC‐PEG), and hexamethylene‐1,6‐diisocyanate homopolymer (HDI trimer) as bridging and/or crosslinking agent. In this study, the effects of molecular weight of MC‐PEG and SC‐PEG on Li ion conductivities of the copolymer have been examined. If MC‐PEG and/or SC‐PEG do not crystallize, the ion conductivities of graft copolymer electrolyte increase with either decreasing MC‐PEG or increasing SC‐PEG segment length. The highest ion conductivity of the copolymer electrolyte at room temperature reaches up to 7.7 × 10?4 S cm?1 when the molecular weight of MC‐PEG is 400 g mol?1 and SC‐PEG is 1000 g mol?1 (denoted as GC400‐1000). However, when the MC‐PEG and/or SC‐PEG segments begin to crystallize (i.e., GC400‐2000), where the flexibility of the related PEG molecular chains is largely reduced, the ion conductivity drops by almost two orders comparing to that of GC400‐1000 copolymer electrolyte. Meanwhile, crosslinked GC400‐1000 electrolyte has good thermal and electrochemical stability as well as high mechanical properties, making it suitable for commercial applications in Li ion secondary batteries.
This study is showing the advantage of mobile agents to conquer heterogeneous system environments and contribute to a virtual integrated sharing system. Mobile agents will collect medical information from each medical institution as a method to achieve the medical purpose of data sharing. Besides, this research also provides an access control and key management mechanism by adopting Public key cryptography and Lagrange interpolation. The safety analysis of the system is based on a network attacker’s perspective. The achievement of this study tries to improve the medical quality, prevent wasting medical resources and make medical resources access to appropriate configuration. 相似文献
