髓内钉结合固定治疗胫骨移行部骨折

胫骨移行部的骨折．指的是胫骨干至胫骨平台或踝穴处，骨干及髓腔逐渐增大，骨皮质移行为秘质骨处的骨折．由于该处的生理解剖特点，目前尚无十分理想的方法．笔者采用改良梅花钉结合矩形钉内固定对20例胫骨移行部骨折进行治疗，取得较好的临床效果。现报告如下。     

控制感染和内毒素血症提高重症肝炎治愈率

在诸多防治肝炎专家的努力下，重症肝炎发病机制的研究进展比较快，而临床治疗方面的研究却进展缓慢，经过国家七五、八五重症肝炎攻关组的研究和筛选，在原有治疗的基础上，肯定了促肝细胞生长素和前列腺素E1的疗效。但是，重症肝炎的病死率仍居高不下，虽然近几年有人工肝和肝移植的开展，但疗效并不十分理想，花费较大，故重症肝炎目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段来提高治愈率。
