糖化血红蛋白及糖化血清蛋白与糖尿病肾功能衰竭患者的血糖监测

糖化血红蛋白(Hb)A1c是血糖监测的苇要指标,反映检测前2～3个月的平均血糖水平.慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者存在贫血、酸中毒、氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗、血液透析及促红细胞生成素(EPO)的应用等因素,对HbA1c的测定会造成影响.糖化血清蛋白(GSP)反映检测前2～3周的平均血糖水平,仅受血浆蛋白的影响,几乎不受血红蛋白和EPO治疗等以上因素的影响,且对短时间内的血糖变化更为敏感.将GSP作为糖尿病肾功能衰竭患者血糖监测指标可能比HbA1c更理想.     

新生儿硬肿症脂质过氧化物变化的观察

为探讨脂质过氧化损伤及自由基在新生儿硬肿症发病机理中的作用，将观察对象分为疾病组和对照组，疾病组于入院时，对照组于出生后１周内取静脉血检测血浆脂质过氧化物及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶含量。     

静脉毒瘾者84例HGV感染状况

目的调查庚型肝炎病毒（ＨＧＶ）在静脉毒瘾者中的感染状况。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）检测８４例静脉毒瘾者血浆标本。ＨＧＶＲＮＡ经热变性法提取后逆转录为ｃＤＮＡ，在ＨＧＶ５′非编码区（５′ＮＣＲ）设计两对引物进行巢式扩增，产物为２３８ｂｐ，并经限制性内切酶ＨｐａⅡ鉴定扩增产物来自ＨＧＶ。结果８４例中有１５例为ＨＧＶＲＮＡ阳性，阳性率为１７．９％。ＨＧＶＲＮＡ阳性病例中１１例合并丙型肝炎病毒感染（１１／１５）。结论静脉毒瘾者是ＨＧＶ感染的高危人群；不洁注射是获得ＨＧＶ感染的重要途径。     

Intracranial tumors of the first year of life

The introduction of new diagnostic tools for neuroimaging has resulted in the early recognition of congenital brain tumors. In the present report we describe a personal series of 39 children and an International Multicenter Series of 876 children with brain tumors, in whom the diagnosis was obtained during the first 12 months of life. Most of the tumors were located within the supratentorial compartment. In spite of a relatively high operative mortality, surgery still appears to be the more effective therapy. Radiotherapy in this age group is of a scarce value, due to the vulnerability of the infantile brain. At the present time, chemotherapy still plays a controversial role.     

实验家兔莱姆病血液学研究

本实验复制了莱姆病实验家兔模型，对血液生化23项进行了动态观察。结果表明，血液中谷丙转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、β-羟丁酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶、胆固醇、尿素氮随病情加重而升高。葡萄糖、尿酸、磷随病情加重而减低。

石家庄地区汉族人群DIS80(pMCT118)位点VNTR基因频率分布调查

本文采用ＰＣＲ技术对石家庄地区２１６名无关个体ＤＩＳ８０（ｐＭＣＴ１１８）位点扩增片段长度多态性的等位基因频率进行调查。ＰＣＲ扩增产物采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分型及溴化乙锭染色，共检出７０种基因型，２５个等位基因，其中以１８、２４、３０三个等位基因频率最高。将本文结果与日本人群在ＤＩＳ８０（ｐＭＣＴ１１８）位点多态性结果进行比较，石家庄地区汉族人群ＤＩＳ８０（ｐＭＣＴ１１８）位点基因频率分布符合ＨａｒｄｙＷｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ平衡定律，该位点非父排除率为０．７１，个体识别率为０．９，杂合度为０．８５。     

Role of cellular retinoic acid binding protein (cRABP) in patients with large bowel cancer

The presence of cellular retinoic acid binding protein (cRABP) was analyzed in 13 consecutive patients with large bowel cancer (one right colon and 12 rectum-sigmoid, classified as three Duke B, eight C, and two D). Specimens of neoplastic tissue and of adjacent mucosa were obtained at surgery, and cRABP was determined by an assay based on incubation of partially purified cytosol with labeled retinoic acid and ultracentrifugation in sucrose density gradients. Sixty-one percent of tumors contained detectable levels of cRABP, whereas 58.3% of normal mucosal specimens were positive for cRABP. Among the positive tumors 62.5% contained cRABP also in the corresponding mucosa; in the group of cRABP-negative tumors, 40% showed cRABP in the adjacent mucosa. No correlation could be established with the grading or the stage of the tumors; however, interestingly, 100% (three cases) of gelatinous carcinomas were cRABP positive. Since cRABP seems to be a character of neoplastic cells contrary to normal ones, it would be interesting to investigate the conditions that influence the presence of this protein in normal appearing mucosa adjacent to carcinoma.
