炎宁冲剂的抗炎与解热作用研究

目的：研究炎宁冲剂的抗炎与解热作用。方法：采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖炎性肿胀。二甲苯致小鼠耳毛细血管通透性增高,以及大鼠皮下羧甲基纤维素囊中白细胞出游等急性炎症模型研究炎宁冲剂的抗炎作用。采用啤酒酵母液引起家兔发热的方法研究炎宁冲剂的解热作用。结果：炎宁冲剂对以上实验动物均具有明显的抗炎和解热作用。结论：炎宁冲剂对急性炎症具有明显的抗炎作用。对啤酒酵母液引起家兔发热具有明显解热作用。     

Minimally invasive and maximally safe approach to cardiac surgery

Background Minimally invasive approaches in cardiac surgery have been introduced in an attempt to limit post operative pain, allow prompt recovery, and reduce the cosmetic impact of the scar. We describe a surgical technique of limited skin incision with complete median sternotomy. Patients & Methods A comparative study was performed using two groups of 35 patients each in which a minimally invasive incision (Group I) was compared to a routine incision (Group II). Surgical procedures included atrial septal defect closure, mitral, aortic and tricuspid valve surgery. Results Incision length ranged from 6.9cm to 7.5cm (mean 7.1±0.2cm) in Group I and from 16.5cm to 21cm (mean 19.4 ±1.2cm) in Group II (Group I vs Group II, p<0.01). The operating time, cardiopulmonary bypass time, aortic cross clamp time were not significantly different in both the groups. Similarly, post-operative drainage was also not significantly different. The mean hospital stay of patients in Group I was 5.7±1.0 days operative mortality or morbidity. Conclusion This technique provides full, safe and easy access to all cardiac structures with acceptable cosmetic results. No special instruments are required.     

替加环素和其他广谱抗菌药物对产丝氨酸碳青霉烯酶和金属β内酰胺酶的肠杆菌科细菌的抗菌活性:SENTRY监测网络的报告

肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药性可以由过量产生AmpC酶且同时外膜孔道蛋白大量缺失和（或）外排泵过量表达,或产生能水解碳青霉烯类的β内酰胺酶引起。这些碳青霉烯酶可以分为金属β内酰胺酶（MSL）和丝氨酸碳青霉烯酶两类。替加环素是一类半合成的甘氨酰环素类抗菌药物,对其他类抗生素耐药的细菌通常对替加环素无交叉耐药。     

Minimally invasive technology in the management of breast disease

Minimally invasive surgery is gaining popularity around the world because it achieves the same or even superior results when compared to standard surgery but with less morbidity. Minimally invasive breast surgery is a broad concept encompassing new developments in the field of breast surgery that work on this minimally invasive principle. In this regard, breast-conserving surgery and sentinel lymph node biopsy are good illustrations of this concept. There are three major areas of progress in the minimally invasive management of breast disease. First, percutaneous excisional devices are now available that can replace the surgical excision of breast mass lesions. Second, various ablative treatments are capable of destroying breast cancers in situ instead of surgical excision. Third, mammary ductoscopy provides a new approach to the investigation of mammary duct pathology. Clinical experience and potential applications of these new technologies are reviewed.
