舌肌和翼内肌微血管几何学构筑的研究

本文应用微血管腐蚀铸型扫描电镜,观察了2例3岁幼儿的舌肌和翼内肌的微血管构型。在扫描电镜下,舌肌内的毛细血管网构型分三类:1.花蕊样毛细血管袢;2.云朵样毛细血管网;3.多角形套状毛细血管网。毛细血管铸型的直径为5.3±1.5μm,描述了动脉铸型表面上的内皮细胞核压痕和前毛细血管括约肌压痕的形态特征。讨论了血管袢的结构形态及其机能意义,为理解骨骼肌的微循环的过程提供了形态学基础。     

Hepatic artery injection of I-131-labeled lipiodol. Part I. Biodistribution study results in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and liver metastases

Biodistribution of iodine-131-labeled Lipiodol Ultra-Fluide (I-131 LUF) injected into the hepatic artery was studied scintigraphically in 47 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (n = 23), hepatic metastases (n = 14), or normal livers (n = 10). The investigation was extremely well tolerated. I-131 LUF concentrated mainly in the liver (L) and the lungs (l), with L/L + l activity ratios greater than 75% for all three groups of patients. I-131 LUF distribution was homogeneous in normal livers and heterogeneous in cirrhotic livers. I-131 LUF concentrated in the tumor with a tumorous (T) to nontumorous (NT) activity ratio (T/NT) of 4.3 +/- 3.6 for hepatocellular carcinoma and 2.4 +/- 0.7 for hepatic metastases. The effective half-life of I-131 LUF is more than 4.5 days for the three groups. It was eliminated mainly through the urine. Clearance from tumor is slower than from normal liver, as shown by the increase in T/NT at day 18. Biodistribution did not change in patients who had a second injection, which indicates that there is no saturation phenomenon. The results of this study suggest that LUF may be considered as a potential carrier vehicle for therapeutic agents.     

人牙周韧带生物力学的体外研究

作者在研究人牙周韧带的形态结构特点的基础上，应用生物软组织微机图像视频测量系统测试了其拉压力学性质．探讨了牙周韧带形态结构与力学性质的关系，分析了牙周韧带力学性质的非线性和应力应变关系的区域特性及其临床意义。     

APPLICATION OF ACUPOINT-INJECTION THERAPY TO PAIN SYNDROME: CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 250 CASES

In this paper,250 cases of headache,shoulder pain,lumbago and leg pain weretreated with 20％Angelicae Sinensis mixed with Vitamine B_(12) point-injection therapy.The total effective rate was 95.2％and in which the cure rate was 53.6％.Authors have found a close correlation between the effectiveness and the duration of disease.     

庆余肾气丸,复方丹参片中农药多残留分析

采用气相色谱法测定庆余肾气丸、复方丹参片中六六六，ＤＤＴ残留含量，以六六六，ＤＤＴ各异构体和代谢物衡量，方法的检测极限可达１．８×１０－４～８．０×１０－３μｇ／ｇ；方法回收率总均值分别在９１．４３％±１．７％，和９０．８８％±２．８４％；检测变异系数为０．２７％～９．９３％。样品测定结果显示，庆余肾气丸、复方丹参片中有机氯农药残留量皆低于世界各国的限量标准。     

糖尿病中促动脉粥样硬化因素的探讨

我们对64例糖尿病患者和20名正常人的糖代谢、脂代谢、血小板和血管内皮细胞前列腺素代谢的水平进行了临床观察。发现糖尿病患者载脂蛋白B、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总脂固醇、甘油三酯和血栓素B_2的浓度均有不同程度的升高,而载脂蛋白A_1、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和6-酮前列腺素F_(1α)的浓度则下降。同时糖代谢异常与脂代谢紊乱、糖代谢异常与前列腺素代谢物水平、以及脂代谢紊乱与前列腺素代谢物水平之间均无明显关系。推想糖尿病中促动脉粥样硬化的各种高危因素可能从不同的角度作用于血管壁,促进动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。     

Transitional mucosa at anastomosis. A cause of local tumor recurrence in patients with rectal cancer after anterior resection.

Transitional mucosa adjacent to colorectal cancers is essentially characterized by an excess of sialomucins at the expense of the normally predominant sulphomucins in epithelial cells lining the intestinal crypts which presents the early stage of oncogenic transformation of colorectal epithelium. The presence or absence of sialomucins at the resection margins was studied histochemically using the high iron diamine-alcian blue(HID-AB) stain in 64 rectal cancer patients in Dukes' B stage who underwent curative anterior resection. The correlation was revealed between the presence of sialomucins at the resection margins and subsequent development of local tumour recurrence. Fourteen of 27 patients (51.9%) with sialomucins predominant pattern at either resection margin developed local recurrence compared with 4 of 37 patients (10.8%) with sulphomucins predominant pattern (P less than 0.001). It is suggested that determination of the transitional mucosa around anastomosis in patients treated for the rectal carcinoma by anterior resection appears to identify those with a higher risk of local recurrence.     

乳癌根治术后并发臂丛神经损伤

乳癌根治术是治疗乳腺癌的主要手段,但并发臂丛神经损伤的报道却很少,总结从1989年10月～1991年2月华山医院诊治的9例,3例门诊治疗,6例住院治疗。其中5例行神经松解后,皮瓣或肌皮瓣转移覆盖神经瘢痕区。随访到8例,疼痛改善3例,感觉和运动改善2例,疗效不理想,认为寻找预防措施是减少乳癌根治术后臂丛损伤的根本办法。     

促甲状腺素释放激素拮抗β－内啡肽对心血管的抑制作用

本研究用兔侧脑室给药观察了促甲状腺素释放激素（ＴＲＨ）对β－内啡肽心血管抑制作用的影响。结果表示，β－内啡肽（１０μｇ，ｉｃｖ）能显著抑制兔心血管功能，表现为血压下降，心机收缩力指标如左室收缩压（ＬＶＳＰ），心室内压最大上升和下降速率（±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ），心肌纤维收缩速度（Ｖｃｅ４０，Ｖｐｍ）和心肌收缩向量环面积（Ｌｐ）明显降低。β－内啡肽的这一作用可被ＴＲＨ（５０μｇ，ｉｃｖ）取消，阿片受体拮抗剂纳洛酮（ＮＡＬ，５０μｇ，ｉｃｖ）也可拮抗β－内啡肽的心血管抑制作用，表明，ＴＲＨ与内源性阿片肽系统有密切关系，结合以前的实验结果提示ＴＲＨ拮抗β－内啡肽的心血管抑制作用有可能是作用在阿片受体上的。     

上皮样肉瘤的病理学研究

Thirteen cases of epithelioid sarcoma were studied by light microscopy (LM), electron microscopy and immunohistochemical technique. LM revealed a nodular pattern of the tumor cells, which consisted of various degrees of a typical epithelioid cells and plump spindle-shaped cells. Irregular necrosis was seen in the centre of some nodules. Ultrastructurally the tumor cells exhibited abundant intermediate filaments, desmosome-like cell junctions and small intercellular spaces surrounded by microvilli. Immunohistochemically, there was positivity for vimentin and keratin. The author discussed diagnosis, differential diagnosis and histogenesis of epithelioid sarcoma.
