胃肠粘膜外翻缝合加浆肌层缝合的研究

胃肠、胆肠及肠肠吻合,采用粘膜外翻缝合外加浆肌层缝合256例,与同期采用Albert-Lambert缝合318例对比。结果:外翻缝合育操作简单、顺手、省时、线头残留少等优点。     

Baclofen intoxication: report of four cases and review of the literature.

Four cases of baclofen intoxication are reported, with a review of 33 cases from the literature. Analysis of these 37 cases suggests that there are two types of baclofen intoxication syndrome. Patients with acute intoxication present with four major clinical manifestations: encephalopathy (disturbance of consciousness and/or seizure), respiratory depression, muscular hypotonia, and generalized hyporeflexia. Patients with chronic intoxication present with hallucinosis, impaired memory, catatonia, or acute mania. The acute intoxication syndrome has a faster onset, shorter duration, more severe clinical manifestations, and higher incidence of seizures than the chronic intoxication syndrome. Baclofen intoxication, although it may cause grave encephalopathic manifestations and electroencephalographic findings, has a benign outcome if actively managed.     

红细胞沉降率IV──红细胞沉降速度测量的原理和方法

本文从理论上提出了红细胞沉降速度的准确概念，阐明了红细胞沉降过程所包含的物理和生理信息，提出了一种新型测量红细胞沉降速度及其它特征参数的方法，并给出了其主体、硬件和软件设计要点。     

Spurious hyperchloremia and decreased anion gap in a patient with dextromethorphan bromide.

Although cold syrup containing dextromethorpan bromide is widely administered, the bromism due to cold syrup has not been reported. We report a patient who had negative anion gap with hyperchloremia and conscious loss because of daily intake of cold complex syrup (containing dextromethorphan bromide 0.4 mg/ml, acetaminophen 8.33 mg/ml) for headache for 4-5 years. The bromide content in cold complex syrup resulted in serum levels of bromide that interfered with the automated analyzers for chloride content. When conscious change is due to bromism, hemodialysis instead of forced hydration and diuresis should be performed immediately. Therefore, patients with a markedly negative anion gap with hyperchloremia should be considered as having halide intoxication.     

从二尖瓣瓣环三维形态的研究探讨合理的瓣环成形术

观察１５个固定心脏标本、１２个非固定心脏标本二尖瓣瓣环三维形态，运用动态三维超声心动图重建了１１名健康成年人的二尖瓣瓣环。发现二尖瓣瓣环为非平面的“马鞍”形，在心动周期中二尖瓣瓣环始终保持着程度不同的“马鞍”形。结果认为用硬质人工二尖瓣瓣环作瓣环成形术后的某些并发症，可能与改变了二尖瓣瓣环的天然三维形态有关。     

Gd(一)台湾-客家型部分基因克隆化分离和鉴定

从两例萄糖一6一磷酸脱氢酶变异型——台湾客家型[Gd(-)Taiwan-Hakka]患者基因组DNA中,回收经EcORⅠ完全酶解的3～5 kb片段,与载体λgt10插入重组,用SMR10单菌种系统制备包装提取物,对重组的λgt10进行体外包装,构建成两个基因组基因文库。用~(32)P中标记的G6 PDcDNA成功地从文库中初选出12个阳性克隆,挑选其中4个阳性克隆再次杂交予以证实,提取其中2个克隆DNA,经限制酸酶切电泳及斑点杂交鉴定,分离到该变异型基因的插入片段,并将其克隆到M13 mP19噬菌体,完成Gd(-)Taiwan-Hakka型部价基因克隆化分离与鉴定,为DNA序列分析寻找突变部位打下基础。     

被动吸烟与肺癌的病例—对照研究

我们针对确定被动吸烟与肺癌关系设计了以医院人群为基础的病例对照研究.应用Mantel Haenssel方法及条件Logistic回归方法进行了单因素及多因素分析.结果表明:在研究对象家中有人吸烟、有1人吸烟、有2人吸烟,均发现与肺癌有显著意义的关联,OR值和95%CI分别为2.30,1.042～4.073、2.28,1.206～4.117、2.52,1.20～5.288;研究对象家中有1人在其出生前吸烟、其OR值为1.82,95%CI1.088～3.055,父亲吸烟及父亲在研究对象出生前吸烟其OR值与95%CI分别为2.13,1.179～3.858、2.28,1.275～4.061,同时我们还发现与吸烟的配偶生活20年以上者患肺癌的危险增加,OR值和95%CI为2.17,1.203～3.914;做饭年限超过25年,厨房与卧室相通者与肺癌间存在显著意义的关联.OR和95%CI分别为2.06,1.042～4.073、2.78,1.137～6.791.本研究未发现有统计学上显著意义的交互作用.有关母亲吸烟,服用维生素C,维生A,肺癌家族史及经济水平等因素均未发现在统计学上有显著意义的关联.     

聚芳醚砜薄膜的气体透过行为

研究了一系列聚芳醚砜的Ｈ２、ＣＯ２、Ｏ２、Ｎ２和ＣＨ４气体透过性能，讨论了其气体透过的温度依赖性。与双酚Ａ聚砜（ＰＳＦ）相比，几种新型聚芳醚砜的气体透过系数和气体选择系数同时有所提高。通过聚合物的分子链段活动性和自由体积数据系列变化，讨论了气体透过速率与分子结构的关系。     

北京市房山区绝经前后妇女骨代谢情况报告

测定北京房山区１４４例绝经前后妇女桡骨骨密度值及４３例绝经妇女血清钙、雌激素、降钙素、甲状旁腺素值。结果表明：随着年龄和绝经年限的增加，骨密度值显著下降。血清钙各年龄组变化不大。雌激素、降钙素绝经后逐渐降低，甲状旁腺素明显增加，多因素回归分析提示，年龄、绝经年限、孕次、人工流产次数、服用营养补品、经济水平、雌激素、甲状旁腺素是影响骨密度的主要因素。     

Effects of Nephritis No.3 Recipe on Nitric Oxide,Nitric Oxide Synthase Secreted by Cultured Mesangial Cells in Rats and the Gene Expression of Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase

Objective:To explore the effect of the Nephritis No.3(N-3)recipe on nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)secreted by cultured mesangial cells(MC)and its gene expression of the in-ducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS).Methods:The drug(nephritis No.3)-containing serum was preparedwith serum pharmacological technique,and then was applied to react on mesangial cells cultured In fetalcalf serum(FCS)and cells cultured in FCS plus lipopolysaccharide.To observe the secretion of NO andNOS and the gene expression of iNOS by means of RT-PCR.Results:Under the two kinds of culture con-ditions,the content of NO and NOS in the groups with drug-containing serum were higher than thosewithout drug-containing serum(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the expression of iNOS mRNA was up-regula-ted too.Conclusion:The N-3 could significantly promote the secretion of NO and NOS and the mRNA ex-pression of iNOS in rats.
