犬钩端螺旋体感染所致成人呼吸窘迫综合征

许多微生物感染可并发成人呼吸窘迫综合征(非心源性肺水肿),但尚未见由钩端螺旋体病引起此征。本文报告1例犬钩端螺旋体(Leptospira canicola)所致感染的患者,其肺部所见和血液动力学检测均符合为此征。患者男性,28岁,因头痛、发热、腹泻、干咳已4天而入院。入院前曾参加野营远足,并接触过犬和羊。就诊时呼吸急促、     

45，XO／46，X，i（Xq）嵌合型Turner综合征1例报告

Turner氏综合征又名先天性卵巢发育不全。1938年Turmer注意到患者至青春期表现为体形矮小、颈蹊、肘外翻，第二性征发育不全，原发性闭经，外阴呈幼稚型等的一组先天异常描述为现在所命名的Turner氏综合征。此后1944年Wilkins等，1954年Polani和Wilkins等分别进行了报告，直到1959年Ford等才从细胞遗传学方面证实此患者染色体核型为45，XO，X性染色质阳性，从而使本病有了一个初步完整的概念。     

风心病患者心律失常频谱心电图分析

风心病(RHD)是我国最常见的心脏病之一,其所发生的诸多心律失常严重地危害着人们的身心健康。近年来,频谱心电图(FCG)主要应用于冠心病的早期诊断。新近,我们在采用FCG探讨对RHD诊断价值的同时,鉴于这项技术还具有对心律失常能作出诊断与鉴别诊断的功能,又对本病心律失常作了研究,试图探索FCG对心律失常的诊断价值。

解毒化瘀汤治疗温病内毒素血症临床研究结果表明,该方有抗炎作用,对内毒素有拮抗作用,能保护组织器官,特别是心、肝、肾等重要器官免受内毒素损害,能调节免疫功能,对血浆内毒素的清除作用非常显著,有直接对抗或抑制内毒素之抗原作用,对内毒素之生物活性有灭活作用,为临床治疗内毒素血症开拓了一条新的有效途径。     

CONTINUOUS AMBULATORY PERITONEAL DIALYSISCLINICAL REPORT OF 62 CASES

Sixty-two patients with cnd stage renal disease wcrc selected for continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) from Sept 1980 to March 1983, CAPD was performed with plastic bags containing 2-liter dialysate solution. Most patients commenced with 4 bag exchanges per day, with good results. The total treatment time was 558 patient- months in 31 months. 42 patients were treated for Jnore than 6 months and 24 for more than 12 months. The longest survival was 24 months. 22 patients died. 30 had CAPD at home for 2-16 months. The mean pcritoneal clearance of urea nitrogen and creatinine was 7.5+2.8 ml/min and 13.4+5.3 mL/min, respectively. Plasma middle molecules were significantly lower after CAPD. Clinical features of heart failure and pericarditis disappeared within 1-4 weeks. The mean protein and FAA losses in the dialysate were respectively 14.4+8.0 and 2.1+0.5 g per day. The most outstanding complication was perito nitis. Gram positive organisms predominated. There was one episode of peritonitis per 8.2 patient. months. Bacterial pcritonitis was early treated with prolonged peritoneal lavage and drainage without the addition of antibiotics. The possible development of ventricular arrhyth. mias due to hypopotassemia resulting from long-term use of potassium-free dialysate and from glucose iii take through the peritoneal route is discussed.     

渗出性中耳炎的免疫调节和超敏性研究

Sixty patients with secretary otitis media (SOM) and 50 control cases were studied for their cellular immunity and hypersensitivity. Most of patients revealed that total T or T cell subpopulations were below those of the control. Eighty percent of patients had high serum IgE level and 81.2% as Positive in intradermal skin tests on inhalant allergy, but only 51.7% of patients had clinical symptoms of allergy. It was found immunologically that SOM occurred more frequently in allergic patients and most of them had abnormality of immunoregulation, and that there was a subclinical allergy for some of the patients. Allergy might play a significant role in the etiology of this disease. Authors suggest that it is necessary for patients with SOM to have some tests and treatment of immunology.
