Quantitative observation by enzyme cytochemistry of human rectal adenocarcinoma cells killed by LAK cells

Activity of succinic dehydrogenase(SDH)and acid phosphatase(AcPase)of effector-target cells during the process of LAK cells killing HR8348 cells was estimated by enzyme cyto-chemistry technique.SHD positive granules and AePase gray level were assayed with MIAS-300image analyser.The results showed:(1)After cocultivation of effector and target cells for vari-ous times,the activity of AcPase of HR8348 cells was apparently higher than that of the controlgroup,and it increased following prolonged coincubation.SDH activity of target cells increasedmarkedly within 30 and 60 rain cocultivation,but became low after 90 min treatment.(2)Ac-Pase content within LAK cells at 60,90,120,180 and 240 rain cocultivation was significantlyhigher than that of control group(P<0.01).The phenomenon of high AcPase and SDH activitywithin effector-target cells indicates that the function of the two types of cells was in an activestate.At the early stage of effector-target combining,the increase of SDH with HR8348 cellsmay be related to defensive function of the target cells.Higher AcPase activity of target cells in-dicates the activation of lysosomal enzyme which serves as the material basis for autolysis of thecells.     

B超诊断肺部病变和引导针吸活检的价值探讨

本文报告30例胸部疾病B超扫描结果,并在B超引导下对25例进行经皮肺穿针吸活检。23例肺部阴影B超拟肺内实质性肿块经皮肺穿针吸活检者,22例发现恶性细胞,阳性率为95.7％;2例肺部阴影B超拟混合性肿块者,穿刺抽出大量脓液,确诊为包裹性脓胸。所有穿刺均未发生任何并发症。

小儿麻醉诱导中无通气间期SpO2安全阈值的研究

１５２例ＡＳＡ１级行择期整形手术的小儿，根据年龄分成三组，Ｉ组为３个月～１岁的婴儿（ｎ＝３９），Ⅱ级为１～３岁的幼儿（ｎ＝４１），Ⅲ组３～１２岁的小儿（ｎ＝７２）。每组小儿再随机分成Ａ亚组和Ｂ亚组，监则ＳｐＯ２血压，心率和ＰＥＴＣＯ２。预氧时间为２ｍｉｎ。在麻醉诱导后的无通气期，Ａ亚组和Ｂ亚组分别在ＳｐＯ２降至９０％和９５％时给氧，结果证实，小儿ＳｐＯ２降至９５％和９０％所需的无通气时间在三组间均     

青光安颗粒剂对实验性高眼压大鼠视网膜节细胞代谢作用的研究

采用细胞色素氧化酶组织化学法观察青光安颗粒剂对实验性高眼压大鼠视网膜节细胞代谢细胞的影响。结果表明：青光安颗粒剂治疗的高眼压模型眼视网膜ＣＯ活性节细胞和高ＣＯ活性节细胞密度与对照组高眼压模型眼比较，有非常显著性差异。
