四川省1989—1993年肿瘤死亡监测动态分析

本文系对四川省１９８９－１９９３年肿瘤死亡监测的动态分析，五年恶性肿瘤死亡率为８２．６６／１０万，世界标化率８４．４９／１０万；男性世界标化死亡率为１１０．９５／１０万，女性世界化死亡率为５７．９６／１０万，男性高于女性，城市恶性肿瘤死亡率高于农村恶性肿瘤死亡率，前三位恶性肿瘤消化道肿瘤，依次为食管癌、胃癌、肝癌，但城乡，性别分布各有特点，对防治对策进行了初步探讨。

STUDIES ON IMMUNOPATHOGENESIS IN EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER ROLE OF CLASSICAL COMPLEMENT PATHWAY ACTIVATION IN PATHOGENESIS*

Sequential observations of activation of the first component of complement (CI), quantitative assays of hemolytic complement activity (CHso), serum immunoglobulins (IgM, IgG, and IgA), E- rosette, lymphocyte transformation and serum proteins as well as laboratory tests relevant to clinical therapy were carried out in 38 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). Data obtained showed that there was no significant difference (r》0:05) in serum Cl concentration between patients and controls, but the difference in Cl activation between them was statistically significant (p<0.001), i.e., the mean value of pa- tient Clr:Cls ratio was 5仉7+23.9To of normal. As compared with the control, in all 38 patients, . the levels of IgM and y-globulin were elevated (p<0.001 and 0.05) and lymphocyte blastogenesis was depressed (p<0.01) and in severe and mori- bund types CH:)o was markedly reduced (p<0.001). It is found that Cl activation closely cor- related with the severity and course of the disease. Res.ults presented here strongly suggest that both activation of the classical complement pathway and formtaion of immune complexes play an important role in the pathogenesis of the major clinical manifestations of EHF such as hypotension, hypovolemic shock, hemorrhage, renal damage and secondary bacterial infections. It is postulated that activation of the alternative complement pathway also occurs in EHF.
