Sicorten霜和软膏治疗神经性皮炎

Haiometason是一种新的人工合成皮质类固醇激素,具有明显的抗炎、抗表皮增生、抗渗出和止痒等作用,适用于未感染的湿疹和其它皮质类固醇有效的急性、亚急性和慢性皮肤病,近来我们用瑞士Ciba-Geigy药厂提供的Sicorten霜和软膏—含0.05%haiometason治疗40例神经性皮炎,取得满意的疗效,现报告如下.     

麻风病对婚姻、家庭的影响

本文就麻风对婚姻、家庭的影响,在江苏省宝应县对112名麻风病人做了与健康人1:1配对的对照研究。麻风病人未能婚配的危险性明显增加,结婚年龄推迟;治愈后仅有少数婚配,且多以治愈患者为配偶;离婚的危险性明显增加,再婚率很低;13名现症病人结婚后家庭中未见发生续发病例;麻风病人婚后在子女数量上,与对照组无明显差异;病人家庭平均人口明显减少,家庭结构的“残破型”、“小家庭型”及“独身型”比例明显增加;独身患者治愈后,大多不能重返家庭及社会。作者分析了麻风病本身、防治措施、社会偏见及立法等对患者婚姻家庭的影响,强调所制订的麻风防治策略和措施,应有助于人们正确对待麻风病、消除社会偏见,有助于患者重返家庭及社会。我国有关麻风病人的婚姻立法亦应适应科学的发展,消除历史偏见。在《婚姻法》(1980)中,仍把麻风列为“禁止结婚”的对象是欠妥的,建议予以修改;在处理麻风病人离婚纠纷上,应与其他因生理缺陷或严重疾病而引起者同等对待,从而,调整好麻风患者的婚姻家庭关系。

麻风单克隆抗体的研究:Ⅰ、抗麻风菌特异酚糖脂抗原表位的单克隆抗体的产生

用SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞与用麻风菌(ML)加酚糖脂(PGL-1)的混合抗原免疫的BALB/C小鼠脾细胞融合,以PGL-1(后改为ND-O-BSA)及耻垢分支杆菌(Ms)为抗原做间接酶联免疫吸附计验(ELISA),发现了4株阳性(?)隆(H_2、D_(10)、C_4和G_3)。其中H_2为含抗酚糖脂抗原表位的McAb,与Ms有弱交叉,D_(10)、C_4和G_3均含抗Ms的McAb,而不与PGL-1交叉。在多瓶传代中筛取的不与Ms交叉的H_2杂交瘤细胞克隆称为H_2·。对H_2·的特性检测表明其为以IgG为主的IgG与IgM混合型McAb,初步鉴定表明除与H_(37)Rv和Mx有微弱的交叉反应外不与受试的其它分枝菌产生交叉反应。经66代培养表明是一株能持续分泌抗PGL-1抗原表位抗体的杂交瘤细胞株。关于H_2·、D_(10)、C_4和G_3的进一步研究结果将另文发表。     

中国麻风学界悼念一位朋友——Louis Boudreaux(1915～1986)

我珍藏的照片中有一张是Louis Boudreaux的,是在1985年中国麻风学家代表团访问Carville韩森氏病中心时拍摄的。我们代表团要求专门访问《明星》(Star)杂志编辑部,会见主编Louis Boudreaux。他在办公室接待了我们,坐在一个轮椅上,很活跃又很敏捷。他亲切地接待我们,一一握手过后,要求我们告诉他中国对麻风的防治做得如何,这是1983     

INTEGRATION OF TRADITIONAL AND MODERN METHODS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF AFB CULTURES ISOLATED FROM CLINICAL SPECIMENS OF PATIENTS WITH SKIN DISEASES

This article reports the identification of 57 AFB cultures isolated from clinical specimens by using traditional methods(TM,including biochemical and cultural methods) and modern ELISA with monoclonal antibody(McAb-ELISA) and nested primer gene amplification assay(NPGAA.)The representive AFB culture M.A1,A7,A19,A21 AND A22) isolated from human lepromas were identified as new species by TM and it was shown that they were not identical to M.leprae by McAb-ELISA and NPGAA.Among another set of samples(M.S17,S1,S2,S2R,S7,S29),M.S17 waas identical to M.scrofulaceum as assessed by TM only,while the others were found to be simlar to M.tuberculsis and different from M.leprae using TM and McAb-ELISA,and identical to M.tuberculosis with NPGAA.The authors conclude that TM and MM are very useful for identifying mycobacteria,while MM was much more sensitive and specific than TM.The selection and use of these methods depends on practical need.     

国产氟嗪酸在裸鼠体内的抗麻风菌活性

在裸鼠双后足垫皮下各接种1×10~4条麻风菌,92天后各组分别给予0.05％的国产和进口氟嗪酸(OFLO)及0.01％的RFP饲料,喂88天。结果0.05％的国产OFLO在停药早期有明显的抑菌活性与0.01％的RFP相似,也与进口OFLO的抗菌效价相似。用0.1％的国产OFLO组,在整个实验中足垫内始终未检出麻风菌,表明该浓度的药物有强大的杀菌活性。     

SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE CONTROL IN CHINA （1949-1994） （1949——1994）

This paper summarizes the historical experiences in venereal disease control in China during the 1950s.Venereal diseases had been all but eliminated in the whole country till 1964. However, along with the im-plementation of open-door policy and economic reform in the 1980s, the social environmerlt was changed toa great extent in this country. Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) were re-lntroduced in the Chinesemainlatld and new loci of infeetinn emablished themselves in some cities. During the receslt 8 yeaxs the na-tional STD cose reposing and sentinel surveillance systems have been set up. The sults off surveillanceshow that the annual incidence of STD has been on the increase. The existing factors asso:iated with theincreasing incidence of STD mainly are population movement, increasing affluence in a part of population,the availability of multiple sexual partners (including the prostitution)and asymptomatic STD increased.Firally, the strategies for STD control are discussed in detail.
