小鼠、家兔自然感染肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病毒的调查(简讯)

1983年4月～8月,山西医学院发生了一起由实验室大鼠作为传染源的HFRS爆发流行。为了解HFRS病毒在小鼠、家兔中的感染状况,我们用间接荧光免疫方法(IFAT)检查了42只小鼠各种脏器中的病毒抗原和血清抗体及18只家兔的HFRS血清抗体。结果,在42只小鼠血标本中,41只HFRS血清抗体阴性,1只未查。其中有15只小鼠查了心、肝、脾、肺、肾,27只查了肺,均未查到HFRS病毒抗原。在采集的18只家兔血标本中,其中日本大耳白4只、青紫蓝3只,黑优种3只,品种不详有8只,在品种不详

HIGH-IODIDE ENDEMIC GOTTER

Epidemiologic survey reveals that endemic goiter is prevalent among the inhabitants of 6 villages (Group A) situated near the sea coast in Huanghua Count.y, Hebei Province. Thes.e viI- lagers all drink deep-well water with high iodine content. Average goiter incidence is 7.3%, and physio- logicalfy enlarged thyroid glands 28.36%. Only 5.99% of the patients have goiter larger than Grade I, none have Grade m. Only 5.36%。 of the goiter is nodular type. No endemic cre- tinism is found. Urine iodine is very high; thyroid 24 hr 131I uptake js very low; serum T4,T3 and TSH are all within normal range. Two other villages (Group B) in the vicinity are similarly examined, the inhabitants are also fishers, but they drink old fashioned shallow well water, the iodine content of which is normal. The urine iodine excretion is lower than that of Group A but is still distinctly higher than in Tianjin residents. They have a l.52% goiter in- cidence and 8.73% incidence of physiologically enlarged thyroid.     

太原市健康人群血清IgG,IgA,IgM水平测定

Experimental Study of Effect of Corticosterone on Primary Cultured Hippocampal Neurons and Their Ca^2＋／CaMK Ⅱ Expression

Summary: To explore the effect of different concentrations of corticosterone (CORT) on primary cultured hippocampal neurons and their Ca^2 /CaMK Ⅱ expression and possible mechanism, the changes of hippocampal neurons were observed in terms of morphology, activity of cells, cell death.concentrations of cytosolic free calcium, and the expression of CaMK Ⅱ by using MTT assay, flow cytometry, fluorescent labeling of Fura-2/AM and Western hlotting after 10^-7. 10^-8 and 10^-5 mol/L of CORT was added to culture medium. The evident effect of 10^-6 and 10^-5 mol/L of CORT on the morphology of hippocampal neuron was found. Compared with control neurons, the activity of the cells was markedly decreased and [Ca^2 ], increased in the neurons treated with 10^-6 and 10^-7mol/L of CORT. but no change was observed in the neuron treated with 10^-7 mol/L of CORT.The death was either by way of apoptosisor necrosis in the cells treated with 10^-4 and 10^-5mol/L of CORT respectively. The correlation analysis showed that a reverse correlation existed between [Ca^2 ];and the expression of CaMKⅡ. Either apoptosis or necrosis occurs in the hippocampal neurons treated with CORT. The increased hippocampal [Ca^2 ], is both the result of CORT impairing the hippocampal neurons and the cause of the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons and the decreased CaMKⅡ expression.     

盐酸曲美他嗪片的人体生物等效性研究

目的 研究盐酸曲美他嗪片的人体相对生物利用度和生物等效性.方法 健康志愿者20名,随机双交叉单剂量国产盐酸曲美他嗪片(受试制剂)和进口盐酸曲美他嗪片(参比制剂),剂量分别为40 mg,剂间间隔为1周.分别于服药后24h内多点抽取静脉血;用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中曲美他嗪的浓度.用DAS药动学程序计算相对生物利用度并评价两种制剂生物等效性.AUC0-24,AUC0-inf和pmax经方差分析和双单侧t检验,tmax进行秩和检验.结果 单剂量口服盐酸曲美他嗪片受试和参比制剂后,血浆的曲美他嗪的pmax分别为(122.78&#177;11.60)和(115.12&#177;10.98) μg&#183;L-1;tmax分别为(2.08&#177;0.34)和(2.13&#177;0.39)h;AUC0-24分别为(962.56&#177;122.03)和(914.53&#177;86.16)μg&#183;h&#183;L-1;AUC0-inf分别为(1 004.71&#177;125.94)和(966.40&#177;99.53)μg&#183;h&#183;L-1.AUC0-24的90%可信区间为100.4%～109.5%,AUC0-inf的90%可信区间为99.1%～108.4%,pmax的90%可信区间为102.6%～110.8%.结论 两制剂的人体相对生物利用度为(105.41&#177;11.22)%,两者具有生物等效性.     

情绪调节量表的信度和效度研究

目的考察情绪调节量表的信度和效度。方法采用新近编制的情绪调节量表对5个样本共1163名大学生被试进行了测试。结果情绪调节量表具有良好的信度指标,重新评价和表达抑制维度的重测信度系数分别是0.85和0.87;5个样本和总样本两个维度的α系数和G系数均达到了0.76以上。验证性因素分析的结果显示两因子相关为自由估计的标准测量模型与实际数据的拟合程度良好（2为364.21,2/DF为4.79,NFI为0.96,NNFI为0.96,IFI为0.97,CFI为0.97,RMSEA为0.057）,两因子相关为0的独立模型与标准测量模型之间无显著差异。效标效度的研究显示5个样本和总样本两个维度的效标指数均达到了0.70以上。实证效度的研究发现男性被试在表达抑制维度上的得分要显著高于女性被试。结论情绪调节量表具有良好的心理测量学品质,值得进一步推广和应用。     

Genistein对人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE抑制增殖和促进凋亡的研究

鼻咽癌是头颈肿瘤中具有鲜明流行病学、组织病理学、临床和治疗学特征的一种肿瘤。研究表明癌细胞的增殖活性是影响鼻咽癌生长进展的主导因素，肿瘤细胞的增殖活性与肿瘤的生物学行为与预后密切相关。Genistein（4，5，7-三羟基异黄酮，又名金雀异黄素）是一种广谱的蛋白酪氨酸激酶（protein tyrosine kinase，PTK）抑制剂。[第一段]     

腹腔镜粘连性肠梗阻松解术（附21例报告）

目的总结5年来应用腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻的经验，探讨腹腔镜在粘连性肠梗阻中的应用价值。方法回顾分析2002年5月至2007年5月应用腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻病人21例的临床资料及随访结果。结果18例成功利用腹腔镜完成肠粘连松解术，2例改腹腔镜辅助下小切口肠粘连松解术，1例中转开腹。结论利用腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻，入腹腔途径创伤小，能全面的探查腹腔内脏，较快地发现粘连部位及范围。术后胃肠功能恢复快，减少了再粘连的发生率及严重程度，为预防粘连带来了希望。     

关于东芝（TBA）-40FR全自动生化分析仪质量控制的探究

目的:分析解决TBA-40FR全自动生化分析仪质控中存在的问题。方法:总结TBA-40FR全自动生化分析仪工作经验。结果:总结出质控的若干问题及对策。结论:使用TBA-40FR全自动生化分析仪的各个环节对检验质量都很重要。
