9例脂肪肉瘤的超微结构分析

用光镜、电镜及免疫组织化学方法观察９例脂肪肉瘤，提示组成脂肪肉瘤的细胞在超微结构上与发育中的脂肪组织细胞十分相似，包括原始间叶细胞，纤维母细胞，早、中、晚三期指母细胞及成熟的脂肪细胞，但也有差别。不同类型的脂肪肉瘤主要由不同分化程期的脂母细胞组成。此外，在电镜观察下发现有由原始间叶细胞及纤母细胞向脂母细胞的过渡形态，说明脂母细胞可能起源于这两种细胞。我们还讨论了瘤细胞内脂质形成及脂肪肉瘤与其他肿瘤     

肺癌间质成分的超微结构研究

We studied the fine features of stromal elements in 33 cases of human lung carcinoma by electron microscopy. Cancer cells showed the damages to the basement membrane and matrix. On the other hand, stromal elements showed changes responding to the invasion of cancer cells. Lymphocytes and macrophages showed the activity of killing cancer cells. Most cell directly contacts the myofibroblast and fibroblast. Matured myofibroblast, early myofibroblast, active fibroblast and resting fibroblast were present near the nest of carcinoma. We discussed the roles and significance of stromal reactions.

肿瘤患者继发真菌感染的研究进展

癌症患者并发真菌感染，原因包括患者本身的因素及治疗相关的因素。念珠菌属是主要的致病真菌。治疗策略主要包括预防性治疗、先期治疗、经验性治疗和直接治疗。目前抗真菌药物主要是通过破坏真菌细胞壁、细胞膜或者影响核酸合成起作用，而真菌耐药的机制可能与基因有关。白细胞减少、真菌血症等是伴发真菌感染肿瘤患者的死亡危险因素。     

肺癌实质的起微结构研究

Thirty three cases of human lung carcinoma were studied by both light microscopy and electron microscopy. The diagnoses of 24 cases initially made by light microscopy were changed, extended, or supplemented by electron microscopic observation. Nineteen cases showed heterogeneity. Bidirectional or tripartite differentiation was frequently found in the same case, even in the same cell. The diagnosis and heterogeneity of lung carcinoma were discussed.     

915MHz热疗治癌用低泄漏外照射辐射器

本文根据椭圆环微带谐振器的频域分析理论,对915MHz辐射器进行设计。对研制作的辐射器进行了阻抗匹配性能及近场分布的实验研究,并与近场分布的理论计算进行比较。另外,在临床应用功率下,对泄漏能量进行了测量。结果是满意的。
