胸部类癌

本文报道了３１例胸部类癌，其中胸腺类癌１４例，支气管类癌１７例，伴有异位ＡＣＴＨ综合征者１７例。１２例患者发生转移（３９％），２４例行原发肿瘤全部或部分切除，术后放疗或化疗或两者均有者１７例，４例仅行探查并取活检，２８例经手术及病理证实。     

Ultrasound Biomicroscopic Dark Room Provocative Test

Purpose : To compare the clinical application value of Ultrasound biomicrsocpic dark room provocative test with the traditional dark room test in screening primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG).Methods: 22 eyes with PACG in prodromal stage and 30 eyes with deep anterior chamber and wide angle of 15 normal persons were observed in this trail. All 52 eyes were performed traditional dark room provocative test and ultrasound biomicorosopic darkroom test respectively. With different positive diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity of the two methods were compared using chi-squared analysis.Results : After staying in the dark room for 2 hours, In case group, IOP in 10 of 22 eyes rose more than 1. 07kPa(1kPa = 7.5mmHg), in 12 eyes less than 1.07kPa or had no changes; appositional angle closure were found by Goldmann gonioscopy in 8 eyes : 3 eyes in two quadrants, 5 eyes in more than two quadrants; the appositional angle closure was found by UBM in 15 eyes; 3 eyes in one quadrants, 5 eyes in two quadrants, 7 eyes     

双胎输血综合征29对临床分析

目的：探讨新生儿双胎输血综合征的临床表现及其合并症等问题。方法：对过去10年间收治的29对双胎输血综合征患儿资料进行回顾性分析。结果：双胎输血综合征患儿有一般双胎儿的临床共性，且双胎输血综合征患儿中受血儿出现病理临床表现及合并症较供血儿多且严重。结论：双胎输血综合征对受血儿危害更大，故临床上一旦确诊为双胎输血综合征，应对受血儿进行严密监护，若出现临床表现，并发生红细胞增多症，应积极采取治疗措施，以减少严重并发症及后遗症的发生。     

谷氨酸诱导体外培养的鸡胚脊髓神经细胞释放NO

用鸡胚脊髓神经细胞的原代培养,测定细胞中亚硝酸盐的含量,研究了谷氨酸(Glu)对原代培养神经细胞中NO的影响。结果表明,谷氨酸作用于原代培养的鸡胚脊髓神经细胞,在诱导神经细胞释放乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的同时,还可诱导细胞释放一氧化氮(NO)。如先用NO合成酶抑制剂L-NOARG作用细胞,再加入Glu,则发现L-NOARG能降低Glu导致的培养液中LDH活性升高。提示NO可能参与介导Glu的神经毒性作用。     

Reizhusten, Belastungsdyspnoe und zystische Lungenveränderungen bei einem 28jährigen Patienten

Zusammenfassung Eine neu aufgetretene Dyspnoesymptomatik und eine symmetrische, apikal betonte retikulonodul?re Zeichnungsvermehrung im R?ntgen-Thorax bei jungen rauchenden Erwachsenen müssen an das seltene Krankheitsbild der pulmonalen Histiocytosis X denken lassen. Klinischer Befund, laborchemische- und Lungenfunktionsuntersuchungen zeigen unspezifische Befunde. Neue radiologische Verfahren wie die hochaufl?sende Computertomographie (HRCT) leisten bei gezielter Indikationsstellung eine entscheidende differentialdiagnostische Hilfestellung. Dieser Fall verdeutlicht die M?glichkeit einer Diagnosesicherung durch transbronchiale Biopsien unter Verzicht auf offene Lungenbiopsien. Eine ambulante Diagnostik war m?glich, das h?here Risiko eines operativen Eingriffes konnte vermieden werden. Die Indikation zur Therapie ist nicht gesichert und wird daher durch den Grad der subjektiven bzw. funktionellen Einschr?nkung sowie den Verlauf bestimmt.     

人卵巢癌中肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23-H1编码蛋白的表达

目的：探讨人卵巢癌标本中，肿瘤转移抑制基因ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１编码蛋白ＮＤＰＫ－Ａ表达的临床意义及其与预后的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学抗生蛋白链菌素－过氧化酶结合（Ｓ－Ｐ）法，检测５８例人卵巢癌标本中ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１蛋白水平。结果：ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１蛋白的表达与患者手术时是否有淋巴结及大网膜转移相关（Ｐ〈０．０５），但原发灶与转移灶间的阳性表达率相差不显著；与患者术后生存时间密切相关（Ｐ〈０．０１），术后生     

应用质粒分析探讨医院内细菌感染的流行病学特点

为探讨医院内细菌感染的流行病学特点，作者借助临床分离的６４株肺为克雷伯菌，４５株阴沟肠杆菌和６３株醋酸钙不动杆菌，进行质粒图谱分３种细菌分别有５８株，３５株和４１株含有质粒，且分别构成４６个，２１个和２３个质粒图谱型。结果表明：质粒分析为查明医院内细菌感染源和感染途径提供了较为直接，准确的客观依据，同时也看到了质粒分析的局限性。     

B超诊断先天性无睑裂囊性眼临床分析(附2例报告)

报告 2例先天性无险裂囊性眼的B超图像,例 1左眼球前后径 28.2 mm,横径 31.3 mm,未见角膜、前房、虹膜及晶体回声,整个眼球均为暗区;例2右眼球均为暗区,前后径16.6 mm,未见角膜、前房、虹膜及晶体回声,眼球前外方另见13.8 mm×9.1 mm 的暗区。并对其发病机理与B超图像的关系进行讨论。     

Electro-oculogram of Retinal Vein Occlusion

Twenty five cases, including 26 eyes with retinal vein occlusion (RVO) were examined by means of the electro-oculogram. The results showed that 23 of the 26 eyes suffering from RVO exhibited abnormalities of the electro-oculogram (EOG). The potential difference and Arden ratio in the RVO eyes were lower than those in the normal eyes (P<0.01). The more the visual acuity of ill eyes was decreased, the higher the abnormal rate of EOG in ill eyes was. 14 eyes had the visual acuity less than 0.1, whose EOGs were abnortmal. Six eyes had the visual acuity from 0. 2 to 0. 4, in which the EOGs of 5 eyes were abnormal. Six eyes had the visual acuity more than 0. 5, a-mong which the EOGs of 4 eyes were abnormal. Based on the above observations, it may be considered that the circulatory disturbance resulting from RVO damages not only the internal layer but also the external layer of the retina. We suggest that EOG is a useful method for distingquishing lesions caused by RVO and may reflect the functional condition

本文研究了上海市少年儿童住院医疗保险的费用水平、特点和影响因素。研究结果表明:手术与否、患者年龄、就诊地点、家长医疗保健制度和医院等级的差异造成次均费用的差异;次均费用构成比较合理,药品费比例低于全市水平。病种费用居前三位的是白血病、肺炎和先天性心脏病;特殊病种占总医疗服务人次的4.90％,而医疗费用占总费用的32.57％。
