四种口服头孢菌素的体外抗菌活性的比较研究

本文报道口服Cefixime对900株需氧菌和厌氧菌的体外抗菌作用,并与其它口服的头孢克罗、头孢羟氨苄和头孢氨苄进行了比较。Cefixime对链球菌具较强作用,但对葡萄球菌的作用较差;对肠球菌无效。对肠杆菌科细菌的抗菌活性四者之中以Cefixime最强。Cefixime对头孢氨苄耐药株仍具高度活性,其MIC均值可降低60～1200倍以上。绿脓杆菌、硝酸盐阴性杆菌、鲁氏不动杆菌和产碱杆菌对Cefixime和其它3种头孢菌素的敏感性均较差。四者对厌氧菌的作用除厌氧球菌外其抗菌活性都很弱。Cefixime对β-内酰胺酶稳定,口服吸收良好,抗菌作用强,是一个值得进行临床研究的口服头孢菌素。     

心肺复苏期间复苏药物联合应用的临床研究

目的:研究心肺复苏期间血管升压素与肾上腺素联合应用的复苏效果.方法:将符合入选标准的63例心脏停搏患者随机分为3组:大剂量肾上腺素组21例(A组),大剂量血管升压素组22例(B组),血管升压素+肾上腺素组20例(C组).分别观察3组自主循环恢复率、自主循环恢复时间、存活率.结果:A组、B组、C组自主循环恢复率分别为19.5%、36.4%、45.0%,C组高于A组、B组;C组存活率为30%,高于A组的4.8%、B组的13.6%;C组自主循环恢复时间短于A组、B组.结论:心肺复苏期间,联合应用血管升压素和肾上腺素比单独应用肾上腺素或血管升压素能显著提高自主循环恢复率和存活率,缩短自主循环恢复时间.

Comparison of Family clinic Community Health Service Model with State—owned Community Health Service Model

Based on a survey of community health service organization in several cities,community health service model based on the family clinic was compared with state-owned community health service model,and status quo,advantages and problems of family community health service organization were analyzed.Furthermore,policies for the management of community health service organization based on the family clinic were put forward.     

A novel DRB1*09 allelic sequence in the Jing ethnic minority of China.

A new DRB1 allele, DRB1*0902, has been identified in an individual of the Jing ethnic minority. Its sequence was confirmed by sequencing of PCR products and clones. This allele differed by three nucleotides from DRB1*09012 at positions 157, 161 and 166, and resulted in amino acid motif substitution from VAES to DAEY.     

持续压力超负荷对兔左心室细胞凋亡的影响

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of chronic pressure overload on the apoptosis of the left ventricle myocytes in rabbits. METHODS: Rabbit models of chronic pressure overload-induced heart failure were prepared in which dynamic changes of apoptotic myocytes in the left ventricle were observed by way of terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling (TUNEL) assay. RESULTS: Only a few apoptotic cells was observed in the sham-operated group, while in the experimental group, the apoptotic left ventricle myocytes significantly increased after operation, presenting a peak level between day 3 and day 7. Seven days after the operation, the apoptotic myocytes began to decrease and till day 14, the apoptotic cell number had been smaller than that measured on day 1. When signs of heart failure set in, the apoptotic myocytes were again increased (P<0.001). CONCLUSION: During chronic pressure overload, myocyte apoptosis in the left ventricle is elevated at the early stages and undulates subsequently, with the peak occurring before hypertrophy is obvious.     

ARRIF-Ⅲ型的研制、生物力学测试及临床初步应用

目的　研制一种新型腰椎滑脱复位内固定器 ,在此内固定器固定后 ,能方便地平行置入两枚BAK ;同时测试RF Ⅱ型及ARRIF Ⅲ型的生物力学特点。方法　使用对照法 ,10具健康成年人腰2 ～骶2 椎体标本 ,制成腰椎滑脱模型 ,用生物力学测试机测试RF Ⅱ型及ARRIF Ⅲ型固定后的脊柱标本复合物的应力遮挡及应力 应变。结果　 30 0 0N轴向载荷下及 2 0Nm前屈与侧弯力矩下RF Ⅱ型和ARRIF Ⅲ型的应力遮挡及应力 应变均有显著差异 ,但其绝对值较小。ARRIF Ⅲ型的临床初步应用取得了满意的效果。结论　两种内固定器的固定效果均较好 ,但RF Ⅱ型在固定后的即刻 ,有较显著的微动 ;ARRIF Ⅲ型在复位固定后可较方便地同时置入两枚BAK。ARRIF Ⅲ型可用于Ⅰ°～Ⅲ°的椎体滑脱症的复位与固定     

手术室留置尿管的护理体会

目的：减少病人手术前在病房留置尿管所引起的不适感和疼痛。方法：为148例病人选择麻醉后留置尿管导尿。结果：提高了病人的满意度，本组病人均能一次性导尿成功，且无痛苦及不适感。结论：为需留里尿管的手术病人选择合适的导尿时机能提高导尿的成功率，且达到无痛苦的目的。     

脱水穿心莲内酯珀琥酸半酯单钾盐家兔体内药代动力学实验研究

采用紫外分光光度法测定脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯单钾盐血药浓度,并对腹腔单剂量注射给药后家兔体内药代动力学进行了研究。用计算机对血药时间数据进行了曲线拟合。结果表明:该药腹腔注射给药在家兔体内的转运符合二室开模型动力学方程。
