An effective treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal radius

One hundred cases of comminuted fracture of the distal radius were treated by a simple uniform method consisting of distraction by an external fixator for 3 weeks followed by functional bracing. During the application of the external fixator, autogenous cancellous bone chips were taken from the iliac crest and packed into the fracture site to realign the juxtaarticular fragments and to fill up the bone gap. Complications have been minimal. The results, after an average follow-up period of 20 months, taking into consideration subjective assessment of pain, objective measurement of wrist motion, and radiologic angles, have been excellent.     

全植入式药泵行肝血管灌注治疗晚期肝癌

对２４例不能切除的晚期肝癌采用完全植入式药泵行肝动脉和门静脉双灌注化疗。结果：部分缓解（ＰＲ）１５例（６２．５％），稳定（Ｓ）８例（３３．３％），进展（Ｐ）１例。平均生存期为９．１７月，半年生存率为６６．７％，１年为２５％。在ＡＦＰ＞４００μｇ／Ｌ的１０例中，５例下降。     

钡离子(Ba~■)诱发心室肌细胞自发电活动的实验

用心肌细胞跨膜电位记录,证实高浓度Ba~■(4mol/L)可诱发豚鼠心室肌自发电活性,这种自发电活性主要来自延迟后除极电位(DAD)及触发活动,且可被维拉帕米(异搏定)阻断,提示DAD的产生与钙离子内流有关。

Methodology of functional studies in nephrologic clinic

Authors have worked out the methodology of functional diagnosis in nephrologic clinic—strategy, tactics and individual programme—on the basis of their own experience. The strategy is based on the natural functions of excretory and incretory renal function and quantitative and qualitative characteristics of indices. The tactics is based on the natural functions of evolution of renal diseases and probable exogenic and endogenic influences. The individual program involves standardization of conditions, complex usage of methods and integration of the results obtained. The interrelation between the methodologic foundations and their components is presented.     

鞋带式可调整缝线在小梁切除术中的应用

目的评价鞋带式可调整缝线在小梁切除术中作用和效果。方法回顾性分析首次接受小梁切除术的青光眼患者156例205眼,其中无可调整缝线(A组)41眼,行褥式可调整缝线(B组)66眼和行鞋带式可调整缝线者(C组)98眼,对照分析各组术后低眼压、浅前房、脉络膜脱离等并发症的发生情况。结果3组病例术后眼压控制理想;术后浅前房、低眼压发生率C组低于A组和B组,差异均具显著性意义(P<0.05);脉络膜脱离发生率C组低于A组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);术后浅前房持续时间C组、B组明显低于A组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论鞋带式可调整缝线在小梁切除术中的效果确切,可增加手术安全性,减少术后早期并发症。     

The use of microimplants in orthodontic anchorage.

PURPOSE: Various types of temporary implants have been introduced to serve as orthodontic anchorage. The hypothesis of this study is that microimplants of 1.2 mm diameter can be used as orthodontic anchors, and that their success is related to their length. The aim of this study is to determine the incidence of anchor retention after orthodontic force application for moving teeth, and to determine the relationship of microimplant length to retention rate. METHODS: Fifty-nine microimplants (diameter: 1.2 mm) were placed in 29 patients as orthodontic anchorages. After 2 weeks of microimplant placement, a force of 100 to 200 g was loaded with an elastometric chain or NiTi coil spring. Risk factors were characterized as to why a microimplant may fail, and Fisher's exact test was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: Nine microimplants were removed and the overall success rate was 84.7%. Exploring the causes for failure, we found significant differences between the length of microimplants and success rate; 6 mm was 72.2% and 8 mm was 90.2%. CONCLUSIONS: The results suggest that microimplants are suited as an alternative orthodontic anchorage. We recommend that 8-mm microimplants are preferable to 6-mm.     

盛夏时节成都市区空气飘尘浓度及分散度测试分析

利用光散射法对盛夏时节成都市区空气中的风尘浓度及分散度进行了测试，并就风尘的粒径分布及分散度的统计模式、气象参数时飘尘浓度的影响，以及飘尘浓度和分散度的日变化进行了分析。结果表明：成都市区空气中飘尘的大多数粒径分布的统计模式为Ｊｕｎｇｅ分布，峰值浓度出现在中午１２：００前后，相对湿度对空气中飘尘浓度影响显著，降雨对风尘有明显的清除作用。测试结果对评价城市环境卫生条件和分析人类活动对环境的干扰情况有参考价值。
