Simultaneous Determination of Six Compounds in Rat Plasma by Ultra‑Performance Liquid Chromatography with Tandem Mass Spectrometry: Application in the Pharmacokinetic Study of Qing Gan‑Shu Yu‑Fang

A rapid and high selective ultra?performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with tandem mass spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of six compounds including albiflorin, paeoniflorin, picroside I, picroside II, saikosaponin A, and saikosaponin D in rat plasma was developed and validated using butyl p-hydroxybenzoate as an internal standard. One-step direct protein precipitation with acetonitrile was used to extract the compounds from the rat plasma samples. Chromatographic separation was achieved using an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 µm) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min, using gradient mode containing 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile were used as the Mobile phase A and B. Electrospray ionization in negative ion mode and multiple reaction monitoring were used to identify and quantify active components. Calibration curves showed good linearity (R2 > 0.9908) over a wide concentration range for all compounds. The intra- and interday precision (relative standard deviation) ranged 2.4%–7.0% and 2.6%–8.0%, respectively. The accuracy (relative error) was from ?13.0% to 13.2% at all quality control levels. The recovery ranged from 81.1% to 92.5%. The validated method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic study in rats after oral administration of Qing Gan?Shu Yu?Fang. The results show that one can draw a conclusion that these six active ingredients can be quickly absorbed and play a pharmacodynamic role rapidly in vivo.

2017年许昌市居民慢性病防治素养水平现状分析

目的了解许昌市居民慢性病防治素养水平现状,为制定慢性病健康促进与健康教育措施提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样和随机抽样结合进行抽样,对许昌市城乡非集体居住的15～69岁常住人口进行居民健康素养问卷调查。结果 2017年共调查全市15～69岁常住人口3 704人,收回有效问卷3 687份,有效率为99.54%。加权后,2017年许昌市居民慢性病防治素养水平为11.05%。单因素分析显示,城乡分布、不同年龄、文化程度、职业的居民慢性病防治素养水平差异有统计学意义。城市居民为16.95%,高于农村居民的9.25%。工人和农民最低,分别为6.92%和6.39%。15～24岁组最高,为15.39%;65～69岁组最低,为3.01%。大专/本科及以上组最高,为32.75%;小学及以下组最低,为4.44%。居民慢性病防治素养水平呈现出随着年龄增加而降低、随学历升高而升高的分布特点。结论许昌市居民慢性病防治素养处于较低水平,应倡导多部门、多专业、多学科协作,大力普及慢性病防治相关知识和技能,提高居民慢性病防治素养水平,同时积极探索针对中老年人和低文化程度人群的慢性病防治健康教育形式。

Dr.Spampinato gave an insightful comment on "Mesenchymal stem cell secretome to control inflammation in allergic conjunctivitis" (1).Dr.Spampinato proposed that it is key to get the complete knowledge of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) secretome composition in order to better understand MSC secretome and to achieve the best therapeutic effect of MSC secretome for clinic setting.This comment is highly significant and important.     

血必净注射液对呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响

目的:观察血必净注射液对呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的影响,探索较单用抗菌药物更有效的治疗方法。方法:选择2006-2013年我院老年病科VAP 51例。治疗组26例在应用抗菌药物基础上给予血必净注射液静脉滴注。对照组25例单用抗菌药物治疗。结果:治疗组的VAP总有效率65.38%,对照组为44.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组抗菌药物平均使用时间8天,对照组抗菌药物平均使用时间10天,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗期间未发现治疗组有明显副作用,包括皮肤过敏、出血等。结论:抗菌药物联合血必净注射液治疗VAP疗效肯定,有效缩短了抗菌药物的使用时间,减少了抗菌药物用量,值得临床推广。     

呼吸科护理风险识别评价与处理研究

通过对现有护理措施和模式下存在的风险进行识别、评价和采取相应处理措施或者改进方式，降低护理风险程度和提高护理质量。医护人员经过自我业务的反省、参加相应护理培训计划，是自身护理能力和处理问题的能力逐渐提高。     

Professor Jiping ZHAO's experiences in the differentiation and treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with acupuncture

Professor Jiping ZHAO has unique thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.She pays the great attention to clinical differentiation in treatment with acupuncture, especially meridian differentiation. She believes that the differentiation of lesion is core and the early judgment is critical for the better therapeutic effects on intractable facial paralysis. The local acupoints are selected in the guide of the theory of meridian sinew and stimulated on the base of three-needling theory. The distal acupoints are decided in light of the syndrome differentiation, of which, Hégǔ(合谷 LI 4), Zúsānlǐ(足三里ST 36) and Taichōng(太冲 LR 3) are the basic acupoints. Additionally, Professor ZHAO lays the emphasis on the 5 th branch of facial nerve(cervical branch) in diagnosis and treatment.
