灼口综合征(burning mouth syndrome,BMS)病因尚不明确,尚无有效的治疗方法,临床患者日渐增多。BMS是以舌部为主要发病部位,以烧灼样疼痛为典型表现的一组综合征。常不伴有明显的临床损害体征;无特征性的组织病理变化。由于持续的疼痛困扰以及不理想的用药效果,患者就医时往往有较高的期望值,就医后容易有较大的失望感,存在医患纠纷的隐患。作者对BMS的流行病学现状、临床表现、病因、分型、诊断标准及治疗等方面进行综述,以期对BMS的临床诊疗提供指导。 相似文献

Chronic periodontitis is one of the most common infectious inflammatory diseases worldwide. Current therapeutic options for the disease are only partially and temporarily successful due to periodontal re‐emergence of pathogens such as Porphyromonas gingivalis, a keystone bacterium in the oral microbial communities, which elicits a dysbiosis between the microbiota and the host. Previously, we reported a peptide inhibitor of P. gingivalis (SAPP) that specifically targets P. gingivalis and reduces its virulence potential in vitro. Here, we show that SAPP can modulate the ability of P. gingivalis to suppress the host innate immune system. Using a cytokine array analysis, we found that the levels of several cytokines including IL‐6, IL‐8, and MCP‐1 in the culture media of human oral keratinocytes (HOKs) were significantly diminished in the presence of P. gingivalis. Whereas the levels of these cytokines were restored, at least partially, in the culture media of HOKs by SAPP treatment. Furthermore, we also observed in an ex vivo assay that SAPP efficiently inhibited biofilm primed formation by mixed‐species oral bacteria, and significantly dampened the abnormally innate immune responses induced by these bacteria. We also demonstrated, using a mouse model, that SAPP could prevent alveolar bone loss induced by P. gingivalis. Our results suggest that SAPP specifically targets P. gingivalis and its associated bacterial communities and could be envisioned as an emerging therapy for periodontitis. 相似文献

目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者唇腺组织中IL-7的表达及其与临床血清学参数间的关联。
方法收集2015年1月至2017年12月汕头市中心医院pSS患者135例,以及同期唇外伤正常对照个体12例。免疫组织化学法检测两组个体唇腺组织中IL-7的表达,分别评估腺上皮细胞与浸润淋巴细胞IL-7的表达情况。Pearson相关分析唇腺组织IL-7的表达与抗核抗体(ANA)、C3、C4、C反应蛋白(CRP)、IgG等血清学指标间的关联性。
结果IL-7在唇腺组织内淋巴细胞、腺泡导管及上皮细胞均可表达。浸润的淋巴细胞IL-7表达阳性率在pSS患者(88.14%,119/135)显著高于正常对照个体(8.3%,1/12),差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 46.82,P<0.001)。pSS患者唇腺组织中腺泡与导管上皮细胞与浸润淋巴细胞IL-7的表达相关(r = 0.27,P = 0.0012),未发现有浸润淋巴细胞IL-7表达与血清指标间的相关性。
结论pSS患者唇腺组织中腺体上皮细胞、淋巴细胞IL-7异常高表达,且两者表达情况紧密相关,提示IL-7的表达可能参与了pSS腺体与淋巴细胞的相互作用,可作为pSS唇腺干预一个新的治疗靶点。 相似文献

目的应用3dMD?面部三维成像系统研究拔牙矫治对青少年骨性Ⅰ类错
畸形面部软组织三维特征的影响,为正畸矫治提供参考。
方法选取2016—2019年期间于中山大学附属口腔医院正畸科就诊的青少年骨性Ⅰ类患者50例,其中拔牙组25例,非拔牙组25例为对照组,应用3dMD?收集正畸治疗前后的面部三维图像数据,通过3dMD? vultus软件测量线距、角度、体积变化,应用SPSS 20.0统计分析软件对各项测量指标的比较采用独立样本t检验。
结果正畸治疗后,在线距方面,拔牙组、非拔牙组前下面高变化量分别为(0.28 ± 2.28)、(1.85 ± 2.18)mm,差异有统计学意义(t = -2.238,P = 0.031);拔牙组下颌高、颏高、唇宽变化量分别为(-0.52 ± 2.31)、(-1.14 ± 2.64)、(-1.33 ± 3.62)mm,非拔牙组则分别为(1.64 ± 2.42)、(0.93 ± 2.51)、(1.40 ± 2.16)mm,差异有统计学意义(t下颌高 = -2.878,P下颌高 = 0.007;t颏高 = -2.506,P颏高 = 0.017;t唇宽 = -2.942,P唇宽 = 0.006)。在角度方面,拔牙组、非拔牙组鼻唇角变化量分别为4.91° ± 3.12°、1.50° ± 4.26°,差异有统计学意义(t = 2.692,P = 0.011);拔牙组、非拔牙组颏唇角变化量分别为-0.24° ± 6.83°、4.82° ± 6.50°,差异有统计学意义(t = -2.373,P = 0.023);拔牙组、非拔牙组唇角变化量分别为-16.80° ± 12.65°、-1.04° ± 11.24°,差异有统计学意义(t = -4.171,P<0.001)。在体积方面,拔牙组、非拔牙组唇部变化量分别为(-0.66 ± 1.24)、(0.46 ± 1.43)cm3,差异有统计学意义(t = -2.584,P = 0.014);拔牙组、非拔牙组颏部变化量分别为(-0.16 ± 0.94)、(0.65 ± 0.91)cm3,差异有统计学意义(t = -2.766,P = 0.009)。
结论(1)拔牙与非拔牙矫治对患者面下1/3水平向无明显影响,但对面下1/3的垂直向影响有差异,非拔牙较拔牙矫治更易导致面部高度的增加;(2)开唇露齿的青少年患者经拔牙矫治可有效改善颏、唇部形态;(3)对于面部消瘦、颧部凸出的患者,应慎重拔牙矫治。 相似文献

The introduction of surfactants during the fabrication of hydrodesulfurization catalysts could not only tune the microstructure but also promote the dispersion of active components. In this work, CoMo bulk catalysts with the hierarchical structure of three-dimensionally ordered macro–mesopores were successfully fabricated by using a colloidal crystal template with the addition of PEG 400 and/or F127 surfactants. The obtained samples were characterized by various techniques, and the possible mechanism of the structure formation was also discussed. The characterization and evaluation results reveal that the addition of surfactants can promote the formation of the mesopores (3–4 nm) inside the macroporous walls of these bulk catalysts, which is essential for the increase of catalyst surface area, and the active sites for reaction. The CoMo–PF-1 catalyst displayed superior catalytic performance for thiophene hydrodesulfurization with the thiophene conversion of 99.4% under 1 MPa at 360 °C, which is much higher than that (77.8%) at 0.1 MPa. This result is even comparable to our previous report with the thiophene conversion of 99.2% over the 3DOM CoMo catalyst under 3 MPa.The addition of surfactants can promote the formation of mesopores and improve the dispersion of MoS2 slabs. 相似文献

Recently, metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have been extensively investigated as fluorescence chemsensors due to their tunable porosity, framework structure and photoluminescence properties. In this paper, a well-known Zr(iv)-based MOF, UiO-66-NH2 was demonstrated to have capability for detection of l-lysine (Lys) and l-arginine (Arg) selectively from common essential amino acids in aqueous media via a fluorescence turn-on mechanism. Further investigation reveals its high sensitivity and strong anti-interference properties. Moreover, the possible mechanism for sensing Lys and Arg was explored by FT-IR and 1H-NMR, and the results indicate that the enhancement of the fluorescence could be ascribed to the adsorption of Lys/Arg and the hydrogen bonding interactions between Lys/Arg and the amino group of UiO-66-NH2. The difference of the sensing capacity and sensitivity between UiO-66 and UiO-66-NH2 revealed that the amino group plays an essential role in the sensing performance. This work presents a unique example of the functional group dependent sensing properties of MOFs.The amino group of UiO-66-NH2 was demonstrated to play an important role in selective fluorescence turn-on sensing of lysine and arginine. 相似文献

目的:探讨64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影术(CTA)在冠心病筛查中的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月~2019年10月某院收治的70例冠心病患者临床资料,均采用64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA检查,1周内进行选择性冠脉造影(CAG)检查。以CAG诊断为金标准,记录CT影像表现,统计冠状动脉狭窄情况;以CAG检查为金标准,分析64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA对冠脉狭窄诊断的敏感性、特异性。结果:70例患者经64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA检查,以CAG检查为金标准,螺旋CTA图像表现为冠状动脉轻度狭窄44支,中度54支,重度40支,正常105支;CAG检查冠状动脉轻度狭窄39支,中度62支,重度46支,正常106支。螺旋CTA图像显示轻度冠状动脉狭窄数量多于CAG检查数量,中度、重度狭窄少于CAG检查;64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA检查敏感性为87.18%,特异性为97.06%。结论:冠心病采用64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA筛查,具有较高的敏感性、特异性,为冠心病临床筛查、诊断提供参考依据,值得临床推广应用。 相似文献
