Twinblock矫治器矫治下颌后缩畸形

目的 观察Twinblock矫治器矫治替牙期或恒牙初期下颌后缩畸形的临床效果。方法 选择23例下颌后缩畸形患者。用Twinblock矫治器进行矫治。结果 经过14～20个月的治疗。23例患者的下颌后缩畸形得到矫治，面型得到改善。结论 Twinblock矫治器可矫正下颌后缩畸形且疗效稳定。     

护理品牌服务对提高病人的满意度探讨

随着人们对医疗服务要求的不断提高及医疗市场由技术竞争向服务竞争的转变,医院已把“以病人为中心”,为病人提供温馨的住院环境和人性化服务,作为工作重点。2004年10月,我院全面开展人性化服务,取得了显著的效果。现将其介绍如下。1人性化护理服务产生的背景我院是过去住院环境差,服务水平低。具体表现:①与病人的语言沟通方面:生、硬、冷,缺乏礼貌与规范化的语言。②技术操作方面:缺乏对病人人格和尊严的关心和关注,缺乏操作行为规范;③服务方面:缺乏主动性,对病人的需求,我们知之甚少,难以为病人提供及时、主动的服务。病人的投诉逐年增…     

Surgery for normal tension glaucoma.

The long term follow up of surgery in normal tension glaucoma is presented. One eye of 18 patients with bilateral progressive disease underwent fistulising surgery. Over follow up periods ranging from 2 to 7 years (50% > or = 5 years) the operated eye showed on average a 30% reduction in intraocular pressure (IOP). This was associated with a marked difference in the rate and number of retinal locations showing a progressive decline in retinal function, suggesting some protective function for lowering IOP in patients with normal tension glaucoma.     

56例胰腺炎超声诊断分析

本文利用超声对56例胰腺炎进行了直观的检查,并与正常对照组的45例进行了对照分析,指出了它们在外形尺寸、声象图的内部及边缘方面的区别及特征,提出了判断胰腺病变的一些见解和方法,为胰腺炎的临床诊断提供了具有普遍意义的参考价值.     

THE PHENOTYPE OF MAST CELL IN PRIMARY ADENOID LIVER TUMOR OF RAT AND ITS RELATION TO TUMOR CELL

Mast cells in adenoid liver tumors of 32 rats induced with nitrosomorpholine were observed ultrastructurally, and among them, some were studied immunocytochemically via immunogold techniques. Data indicating that mast cells which located in tumor tissues presented positive expression of rat mast cell protein (RMCP) Ⅰ, Indicating origination from the mucosa mast cells, while those in the connective tissues around tumors were largely stained negatively with either RMCP Ⅰor RMCP Ⅰ antisera, with the exception of only a few cells showing positive RMCP Ⅰ staining. Ultrastructural observation showed that mast cells in tumon contacted closely with the tumor cells. Membranes of the intracytoplasmic granules in these mast cells were fusing together. The content inside the granules were discharged and spread along the intercellular space between the tumor cells. There was not any lesion observed uitrasructrually in the tumor cells contacting with the mast cells. The significance of mucosa mast cells in adenoi     

Ketanserin降低清醒自发性高血压大鼠血压波动性的机理初探

应用计算机化清醒大鼠血流动力学测定技术，观察５－ＨＴ２受体阻滞剂Ｒｉｔａｎｓｅｒｉｎ（Ｒｉｔ）和α１受体阻滞剂哌唑嗪对清醒自发性高血压大鼠（ＳＨＲ）的血压、血压波动性（ＢＰＶ）和动脉压力感受性反射血压控制部分（ＡＢＲ－ＢＰ）的效应，旨在初步探讨兼具５－ＨＴ２受体和α１受体阻滞作用地新型抗高血压药Ｋｅｔａｎｓｅｒｉｎ降低ＢＰＶ的机制。结果表明：Ｒｉｔ对ＳＨＲ无降压作用，但侧脑室给药明显提高ＡＢＲ－Ｂ     

Treatment of 84 cases of femoral nonunion.

Eighty-four femoral nonunions were treated with Küntscher nailing, Grosse-Kempf locked nailing, plating, and Huckstep nailing, and were followed-up for a median of 34 months. Küntscher nailing and locked nailing were superior, with fewer complications, less operation time, and less blood loss. A Küntscher nail was preferred for the isthmic region when there was no shortening of the bone, and a locked nail was preferred above or below this region or when lengthening was indicated.     

自体颅骨碎片及屑修补颅骨缺损(附60例报告)

应用自体颅骨碎片及骨屑对60例在造成颅骨缺损术同时行颅骨缺损修补术。缺损面积直径最小者2cm,最大者10cm。术后随访1个月至5年,病人颅骨缺损修补处外观正常,无凹陷,触之硬,与正常颅骨处类似。6个月拍X线片示颅骨修补处类似正常颅骨形态。     

THE INFLUENCE OF MULTIPLE FACTORS ON GALL BLADDER PRESSURE AFTER AURICULAR POINT STIMULATION

The study has explored 11 correlative variables which might affect the gallblad-der pressure GBP of patients with gall stone after auricular electrical stimulation by means of multiplestepwise regression. It was found that the size of gallbladder stone (X9), cholecystolithiasis (X4),sex (X1), and the baseline of GBP (X10) could affect the GBP change range (Y1) depressingly orreinforcingly. Also the baseline of GBP (Y1) could be affected by the variables X1 (sex), X2 (age),and X6 (long diameter of the gallbladder, LDGB), etc.. The result shows that the change in GBPafter auricular electrical stimulation is comprehensively influenced by multiple factors. And it providessome useful information for predicting the curative effect of auricular therapy on gallbladder stone inclinic.
