External Application of Chinese Drugs on Acupoint Shenque Combined with Salpingostomy for Treatment of Sterility Caused by Obstruction of the Fallopian Tube——A Clinical Report of 45 Cases

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of Chinese drugs on acupoint Shenque （CV 8） combined with salpingostomy for treatment of sterility caused by obstruction of the fallopian tube. Method： 75 cases were randomly divided into the following 2 groups. Forty-five patients in the treatment group were treated with external application of Chinese drugs on acupoint Sbenque （CV 8） combined with salpingostomy, while 30 patients in the control group were treated with salpingostomy only. Results： The results showed that in the treatment group, 26 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, and 8 cases failed, with a total effective rate of 82.22%; while in the control group, 14 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, and 9 cases failed, with a total effective rate of 70.00%. There is a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of external application of Chinese drugs on acupoint Shenque combined with salpingostomy is better than that of salpingostomy only.     

乳猪肝细胞的分离、培养及功能检测

目的 为构建生物人工肝进行肝细胞的准备。方法 采用胶原酶半原位灌流法分离单个乳猪肝细胞,并对其活力及单层和聚集培养后的白蛋白、尿素合成功能进行检测。结果 采用本方法从每头乳猪中分离到的单个肝细胞数为(3.1±1.5)×10~(10),活性超过95％。在加入激素和生长因子的培养基中单层培养时,肝细胞功能良好,可维持2周左右。而在未加入激素和生长因子的培养中肝细胞虽能存活1周,但功能于24h后即丧失。球形聚集培养可实现肝细胞的大量培养,且生物学活性较单层培养显著提高。结论 采用胶原酶半原位灌注法所得单个乳猪肝细胞基本能满足构建生物人工肝对肝细胞数量的要求。聚集培养接种密度大,细胞生物学活性高,可用于构建生物人工肝。     

降血糖药用植物资源概述

糖尿病是威胁人类健康的四大致死疾病之一.据统计目前全球有2型糖尿病患者1.3亿,我国达4 000万人,预测到2025年,全球将增至3亿人,目前尚无根治办法.近年来,医药界在降血糖药用植物研究方面做了诸多工作,现作一概述.     

99mTc标记结肠癌单克隆抗体片段CEA．Fab的研制方法

目的　探讨一种高效便捷的99mTc CEA Fab标记化合物的研制方法。方法　采用 2 亚氨噻酚盐酸盐修饰CEA Fab ,通过GH转换 ,将99mTc标记在结肠癌单克隆抗体CEA Fab上。结果　已修饰抗体的标记率为 93.5 %,99mTc胶体含量为 2 .5 %,标记化合物有良好的稳定性和免疫活性。结论　成功地建立了结肠癌单抗片断CEA Fab的99mTc标记方法 ,该技术可以应用于其他抗体片段标记领域。     

99Tcm标记人源化抗人血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅲ a单克隆抗体SZ21F(ab)2血栓栓塞显像

目的用动物血栓栓塞模型显像评估99^Tc^m标记人源化抗人血小板膜糖蛋白（GP）Ⅲa单克隆抗体（简称单抗）F（ab）2片段SZ21F（ab）2的应用价值。方法通过体外抑制二磷酸腺苷（ADP）诱导的犬血小板聚集实验，评估SZ21F（ab）2与血小板结合的亲和性和特异性。以2-亚氨基噻吩盐酸盐（IT）法修饰SZ21F（ab）2分子的亚氨基，以99^Tc^m-葡庚糖酸钠（GH）转换络合法进行标记。分别用快速薄层层析（ITLC）法和ELISA测定标记物的放化纯及生物活性。对3条肺动脉血栓和8条（包括上述3条）后肢深静脉血栓栓塞比格犬模型进行显像研究。结果SZ21F（ab）2抑制ADP诱导的犬富含血小板血浆（PRP）聚集实验的半数有效剂量（IC50）为（2．49±1．88）μg／ml。ITLC法测得标记物的放化纯为90％～95％，ELISA测定结果表明标记后抗体保留了免疫活性。注射显像剂后1h，肺动脉血栓部位和后肢深静脉血栓部位均出现放射性浓聚。注射后3h，在体显像肺动脉血栓和后肢深静脉血栓栓塞模型的放射性靶／本底（T／B）比值分别为3．03±1．18和3．51±0.62。肺动脉血栓部位和后肢深静脉血栓部位的每克组织百分注射剂量率（％ID／g）分别为0．083％ID／g和0．076％ID／g。体外检测结果表明：肺动脉血栓与正常肺组织的单位质量放射性比值平均为12．8，后肢深静脉血栓与血液的单位质量放射性比值平均为5．2，与肌肉的比值平均为127.0。结论99^Tc^m-SZ21F（ab）2与人血小板具有较高的亲和力，有潜在的血栓显像应用前景。     

高脂血症患者血小板体积及有关参数的研究

本文报道242例高脂血症患者血小板(PLT)、平均血小板数(MPLT)及平均血小板体积(MPV)等参数的测定结果,其中高胆固醇并高甘油三酯患者,PLT、MPLT及巨大血小板比例(Macro-PLT)高于正常,MPV正常;而单纯高胆固醇或高甘油三酯患者,上述指标与正常人无显著性差异。提示高胆固醇并高甘油三酯患者,存在血小板生成动力学异常,其血小板的破坏增加,生成率加速、但处于一种高水平的动态平衡之中。这可能是高脂血症出现高凝状态的原因之一。同时表明此类患者使用抗血小板疗法具有一定的合理性和必要性。     

The dental caries status and dental treatment patterns of 12-year-old children in Hong Kong

A randomly selected sample of 662 12-year-old Hong Kong children, 529 of whom were Southern Chinese and 133 non-Chinese, was clinically examined for dental caries. The DMFT values were 2.76 and 1.66 for the Chinese and non-Chinese children, respectively. The D component for the Chinese children was 2.12, while for the non-Chinese children it was only 0.45. Approximately 24.0% of the Chinese children had attended the dentist because they were in pain. Only 3.8% of the Chinese children had sought orthodontic or preventive treatment, compared with 24.0% of the non-Chinese children. Although these findings indicate the caries experience to be well below the FDI/WHO global goal for the year 2000, there is a great need to increase the level of dental awareness among Chinese children.     

Concentration of fluoride and selected other elements in teas

Infusions made from 15 Chinese, 11 Ceylon/Indian and 6 herb teas (1 g/100 ml deionized water at 85 degrees C) were analyzed for F, P, Ca, Al, Mg, Mn and Zn. Chinese teas continued to release F throughout the first hour of infusion, whereas release of F from Ceylon/Indian teas was essentially completed after 5 minutes. After a 15-minute infusion, the mean F concentration in Chinese teas was 1.73 ppm, and in Ceylon/Indian teas it was 1.24 ppm. Herb teas contained a negligible amount of F (0.02-0.05 ppm). Phosphorus and Mg were the most abundant of the other elements with an average of 12.5 and 9.1 ppm, respectively. A high correlation (r = 0.81) was found between the released F and Al. The total F content in tea leaves ranged from 82 to 371 ppm. The addition of milk to tea infusions did not appreciably reduce the F concentration. The estimated daily F intake from tea infusion made with fluoridated water at 0.7 ppm is 1.05 mg.     

碘杂环化合物对离体豚鼠心乳头肌动作电位和收缩力的作用

采用细胞内微电极记录技术,同步观察了3,6-[二甲氨基]-二苯并碘因甲酸盐(IHC-64)对豚鼠心乳头肌细胞动作电位和收缩力的作用。50μmol/L IHC-64抑制心肌收缩力,而不影响快反应动作电位。增加IHC-64浓度,动作电位0相最大峰值(APA)、除极速率(dp/dt_(max))和复极50％和90％时程(APD_(50)、APD_(90))被明显抑制。IHC-64抑制慢反应动作电位,提高细胞外钙浓度可拮抗这种抑制。结果提示,IHC-64主要抑制慢Ca~(2+)内流,同时也部分抑制快Na~+内流,它可能是一种新型B类钙通道阻滞剂。
