CT-guided stereotactic injection of radionuclide in treatment of brain tumors.

140 patients with brain tumor were treated by CT-guided stereotactic injections of radionuclides, such as Aurum-198 (198 Au), Phosphorus-32 (32 P) and Yttrium-90 (90Y). Of these patients aged from 3 to 67 years (average 37), 64 were male and 76 female. Astrocytoma was found in 75 patients, craniopharyngioma in 46, metastatic carcinoma in 7, meningioma in 5, germinoma in 4 and pituitary adenoma in 3. The tumors were located in the deep part or functionally critical area of the brain. After 267 times of injection of colloidal isotopes, no major adverse effects or complications occurred. Follow-up for 6 to 48 months showed improvement in symptoms in 104 (74.3%) patients and CT scanning showed the diminished tumors.

     

1977～1990年同济医科大学新生视力状况分析

用统计学方法对14年来（1977～1990年）我校6746名新生（13492只眼）的视力状况进行分析。结果表明；新生正常视力逐年减少，视力不良率相应上升（P＜0.001）。城市学生的视力比农村学生差，男生的视力优于女生（P＜0.001）。17～19岁组的视力明显低于其他年龄组（P＜0.001）。高考分数线升高与正常视力者减少呈明显负相关；而与视力不良者增加呈正相关（P＜0.001,＜0.05）。本文认为近距离用眼持续时间过长及环境视域小等是引起视力不良的主要原因。     

三甲达标中“护理管理软件系统”的建立及应用

本文系统地分析和总结了该院在上等达标中，“护理管理软件系统”的应用概况。通过对照标准逐项设计，收集、整理资料，目前已形成了科学的护理软件系统管理模式，并纳入惯性运行，为护理部管理及决策提供了科学的第一手资料。     

4℃保存外周血造血干细胞动态观察

本文对4℃条件下不同时间保存后的外周血造血干细胞(peripheral bloodhematopoietic stem cells,PBHSC)数进行了动态观察。在本实验中以定向造血祖细胞(CFU-GM)作为观察PBHSC的指标。结果表明:随着保存时间的延长,PBHSC集落数逐渐下降;0小时与24小时保存后的干细胞数无显著差异;24小时与48、72、96、120小时保存后的干细胞数有高度显著差异;48小时与72、96、120小时保存后的干细胞数无显著差异。同时发现,红细胞的存在有利于PBHSC的4℃保存。     

脑卒中患者下丘脑─垂体─肾上腺皮质轴功能改变及临床意义

观察了１７２例脑卒中患者血清促肾上腺皮质激素（ＡＣＴＨ）、皮质醇的变化，发现ＡＣＴＨ、皮质醇水平明显高于正常对照组，脑出血组高于脑梗塞组；病情轻重与ＡＣＴＨ、皮质醇的变化明显相关。治疗前后ＡＣＴＨ、皮质醇水平明显不同，治疗后明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明治疗后可改善下丘脑－垂体－肾上腺皮质轴（Ｈ／Ｐ／Ａ）功能紊乱。     

从北京入境的中国籍旅行者死亡案例分析

目的 国际旅行者的健康和在旅行目的 地死亡原因应予以极大关注.通过对中国籍旅行者死亡原因的分析、致死危险性因素的评估,以便有针对性地对国际旅行者提供卫生保健咨询.方法 本文分析了1998年到2002年期间经北京口岸入境的在国外死亡的中国籍旅行者.对每例死亡的地理分布、死亡原因等进行统计.结果 1998年到2002年期间经北京口岸入境的在国外死亡的中国籍旅行者共64例.死亡发生在利比亚、阿拉伯联合酋长国、巴基斯坦、新加坡和巴林等36个国家和地区.心血管疾病、交通事故、工伤致死及意外伤害为主要的死亡原因.结论 根据旅行目的地国家不同、旅行目的 不同,针对心血管疾病、工伤、意外伤害及传染病等危险性提供旅行卫生保健咨询.     

The value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of infertility and habitual abortion.

Ninety cases of infertility and habitual abortion were analyzed by hysteroscopy between April 1983 and July 1990 in PUMC hospital. Abnormal changes of the uterine cavity were seen in 74.4%. The result of hysterosalpingography corresponded with that of hysteroscopy in 62.5%, and the result of B-ultrasound corresponded to that of hysteroscopy in 52.5%. The diagnosis of adhesion and polyps of the uterine cavity was made accurately by hysteroscopy, and both could be operated under hysteroscopy. After operative removal of the adhesion, an IUD should be put into the uterine cavity for 3 months. In 60 cases operations were performed during or after hysteroscopy. Of the 45 patients followed, 19 achieved pregnancy. Five patients achieved pregnancy after operative removal of the adhesion. It is concluded that hysteroscopy is more important than B-ultrasound and hysterosalpingography in the examination and treatment of infertility.     

O,O′-二烷基-O″-(5-取代-3-苯并噻吩乙腈肟)磷酸酯及硫代磷酸酯的合成

合成了18个O,O′-二烷基-O″-(5-取代-3-苯并噻吩乙腈肟)磷酸酯及硫代磷酸酯类化合物(Ⅰ_1～18)。初步杀螺试验结果表明,其中5个化合物,即Ⅰ_2,3,7,11,12有明显的杀螺增效作用。     

新疆吐鲁番农村住宅卫生学调查与评价

Turfan Basin of Xinjiang is the hottest place in China. Hygienic investigation on two kinds of house in countryside and determination of indoor air quality were conducted. The physiological reaction of local people was also evaluated. The results showed that cave dwellings were warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, but natural lighting and ventilation were poor. In the winter, indoor air pollution was more severe. The physiological responses of local people to two kinds of houses did not show any significant difference.     

P波时限、P波离散度对特发性心房颤动的预测价值初探

Objective:To assess the sensitivity and the specifity of predicting idiopathic AF with P wave dura-tion and P wave dispersion. Methods: The maximum P wave duration and P wave dispersion in 36 patients with idio-pathic AF were measured and compared with those of sex-and age-matched healthy subjects. Results:The maxi-mum P wave duration and P wave dispersion were higher in patients with idiopathic Af than in control group.
