Alice in Wonderland syndrome as a presenting symptom of EBV infection

Four Chinese patients (2 boys, 2 girls), ages 4–9 years, who had episodes of perception error of body schema and objects are reported. The metamorphopsia, which had been named Alice in Wonderland syndrome, is the major presentation. All of them were proved to have acute Epstein-Barr virus infection, as documented by positive heterophil antibody test and/or positive IgM antibody to Epstein-Barr virus capsid antigen. The duration of the perception disorder ranged from 1 week to 3 months. We believe that any young child presenting with Alice in Wonderland syndrome should undergo examination for Epstein-Barr virus infection; complete recovery from the disorder can be expected.     

小切口股骨近端解剖钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折

目的 探讨股骨转子间骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法小切口微创股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折17例。结果 随访时间8个月～3年，平均1.6年，优良16例，占94%（16/17）。结论 小切口微创股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折具有切口小、出血少等优点，是一种微创手术。     

当归对衰老小鼠脑组织细胞凋亡及胸腺指数的影响

目的：研究当归的抗衰老作用及作用机制。方法：用D—半乳糖诱导小鼠制成衰老模型，同时给予不同剂量的当归水煎剂，观察当归对脑组织细胞凋亡及胸腺指数的影响。结果：当归能明显抑制小鼠脑组织细胞凋亡，提高胸腺指数。结论：当归具有抗衰老作用。

消渴病是临床常见病、多发病。根据《内经》“不治已病治未病……不治已乱治未乱”的思想，预防和治疗消渴病对保证人们的身心健康有重要意义。     

湿润烧伤膏治疗褥疮26例的临床体会

目的:进一步观察湿润烧伤膏对治疗褥疮的疗效,寻找最理想的治疗方法。方法:通过对26 例不同原因所致褥疮的治疗,探索湿润烧伤膏对治疗褥疮病人最合理的用药方法,创面的变化及其愈合时间。结果:25例病人创面愈合,死亡1例。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗褥疮方法简便,实用性强,疗效显著,值得各级医院推广。     

Fibrosis of gastric cardia after endoscopic sclerosis. Mechanism for control of experimental reflux?

Endoscopic sclerosis of the gastric cardia (ESGC) prevents experimental gastroesophageal reflux (GER) without changes in lower esophageal sphincter (LES) pressure and length. This study was performed to define the histologic appearance of the esophagus and stomach one year after ESGC. Four dogs were studied one year after ESGC with morrhuate sodium; ESGC had been performed at six sites, 1-3 cm distal to the esophagogastric junction. All animals had stable weight and eating habits at sacrifice. Light microscopy of the cardia and LES included morphometry of wall thickness (mm) and assessment of fibrosis (- to ). The esophagus had minimal changes; the gastric cardia had focal fibrosis, maximal on the greater curve, without any change difference in wall thickness. ESGC results in fibrosis of the gastric cardia, without significant changes in the esophagus. These changes prevent GER, possibly by preventing the initiation of a reflux event.     

蚓激酶生物活性检测方法的研究

本文采用组织纤溶酶原激活剂（ＴＰＡ）─纤维蛋白平板法测定蚓激酶的生物活性。该法操作简便，易于观察，重现性好。     

周围神经65KD蛋白单克隆抗体的制备

神经化学诱向生长的研究是神经科学中的一个重要方向。本文以自然系统聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳,分离提取坐骨神经损伤后的远侧端中具有诱神经生长作用的65KD蛋白。以该蛋白作为抗原免疫BALB/C小鼠,通过杂交瘤技术获得一株(VI5E)稳定分泌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株。免疫印迹法表明,该单克隆抗体特异性地与65KD区带结合。免疫组化法显示,在损伤后的坐骨神经远侧端组织中的雪旺氏细胞呈阳性反应。单克隆抗体的制备为进一步阐明该蛋白的生物学特性奠定了基础。
