45例肾血管肌脂瘤的治疗

目的：探讨肾血管肌脂瘤的治疗方法。方法：４５例患者中２３例未作特殊治疗;６例超选择性动脉栓塞治疗、７例行肿瘤剜除术或肾部分切除术、９例行全肾切除术。结果：随访２１例,平均随访时间３．６ａ。未作特殊治疗的病例中未发现肿瘤破裂出血,２便肿瘤体积增大但我症状;超选择性动脉栓塞病例无症状复发、无破裂出血、肾功能稳定。手术患者均保持肾功能稳定,无肿瘤复发。结论：对本病采取保守性治疗原则。超选择肾动脉栓塞是简

Effect of Mifepristone and Anordrin Compound on Levels of Estrogen and Progesterone Receptor mRNAs in Human Decidua of Early Pregnancy

Objective To provide the theoretical fundation for the further clinical application of mi fepristone and anordrin compound. Materials & Methods Ribonuclease protection assay was used for the detection and quantitation of estrogen and progesterone receptor mRNAs in human decidua from the termination of early pregnancy. Three groups, each of which had 6～8 cases, were studied. Results Compared to the normal control group, estrogen and progesterone receptor mRNAs increased significantly (P＜0.05) in the mifepristone group, whereas the changes in the group administrated mifepristone compound which contains anordrin were not obvious. Conclusions The result suggests that with the similar clinical effect, mifepristone compound has less side effect on the patients, thus being more suitable for the anti-ear ly pregnancy drug.     

MUC1 粘蛋白基因表达在诊断乳腺癌隐性淋巴结转移中的临床运用

采用特异、敏感的ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ技术,检测来自２０例乳腺癌病人的１０８个ＨＥ染色阴性的腋窝淋巴结ＭＵＣ１ ｍＲＮＡ的表达,结果ＭＵＣ１１ ｍＲＮＡ在１０８个ＨＥ染色阴性淋巴结中阳性检出率为６６％。提示：这些淋巴结中存在肿瘤隐蔽淋巴结转移,这种转移可能是一个或数个肿瘤细胞的转移,以此来提高微转移诊断率,可指导术后治疗,延长患者生存期,结果表明：ＭＵＣ１１ ｍＲＮＡ的ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ分析法可用于乳癌淋巴结微转     

Transcriptome analysis of Armillaria gallica 012 m in response to auxin

Gastrodia elata is an achlorophyllous and fully mycoheterotrophic orchid which obtains carbon and other nutrients from Armillaria species in its life cycle. Many researchers suggested that plant hormones, as signing molecules, play a central role in the plant–fungi interaction. In the process of Armillaria gallica 012 m cultivation, both exogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) distinctly stimulated the growth of mycelia in solid media. The differential expression genes (DEGs) of A. gallica 012 m with IAA versus blank control (BK) and IBA versus BK were investigated. The results showed that more than 80% of DEGs of the IAA group were coincident with the DEGs of the IBA group, and more than half of upregulated DEGs and most of the downregulated DEGs of the IAA group coincided with those DEGs of the IBA group. Above research implied that A. gallica 012 m could perceive IAA and IBA, and possess similar responses and signaling pathways to IAA and IBA. The overlapping differential genes of the IAA group and IBA group were analyzed by GO term, and the results showed that several DEGs identified were related to biological processes including positive regulation of the biological process and biological process. The downregulated NmrA-like and FKBP_C genes might be benefit to the growth of mycelia. Those results can explain that exiguous IAA and IBA improved the growth of A. gallica to some extent. We speculate that IAA and IBA are signaling molecules, and regulate the expression of growth-related genes of A. gallica 012 m by the same signaling pathway.     

北京市西城区1989～1997年预防接种副反应分析

为分析发生预防接种副反应的原因,以控制和降低副反应的发生率,对１９８９～１９９７ 年北京市西城区预防接种副反应的监测资料做了分析。１９８９～１９９７ 年北京市西城区预防接种副反应发生率为３８－４９／１０ 万。其中１９９４ 年副反应发生率最低,为０－８４／１０ 万;１９９７ 年副反应发生率最高,为３１６－５７／１０ 万。副反应发生年龄以６ 岁最多,占总反应的７２－７０ ％ ;其次为＜ １ 岁,占９－３９％ 。９０－０９ ％ 的副反应发生在接种后≤１ 天。８８－１７％ 的副反应与接种≥２ 次同种疫苗有关。一般反应、加重反应、异常反应分别占总反应的２－０９％ 、７０－６１％ 、２７－３０％ 。其中１５７ 例异常反应中过敏反应占５９－２４％ ,非特异性反应占４０－７６％ 。     

生物电子阻抗测定用于评估腹部肿瘤病人手术前后的营养状况

目的：评估生物电子阻抗测定对腹部肿瘤病人手术前,后营养状况分析的有效性。方法;选择２４例腹部肿瘤病人,用ＢＩＡ分别测得术前和术后第５天的电阻和感应电阻,通过计算机ＲＪＬ系统计算出身体细胞质量,脂肪和身体总水含量值,并与白蛋白和体重的变化相比较。结果;术后５天时,ＢＣＭ的下降具有显著性差异,这与白蛋白,ＦＡＴ,ＴＢＷ和体重的下降是一致的。     

IHT检测孕妇血清CT抗体用于生殖道感染产前筛检

目的探讨沙眼衣原体(CT)抗体能否用于孕妇CT生殖道感染的产前筛检.方法以间接血凝法(IHT)检测孕妇阴道分泌物作为金标准,以IHT检测血清标本作为筛检试验,计算有关指标.结果筛检试验的灵敏度、特异度分别为62.5%、95.1%.结论 IHT检测孕妇血清中的CT抗体可以用于CT生殖道感染的产前筛检.     

Vero细胞培养过程中球转球接种工艺的可行性研究II.静态球转球过程

研究了静态球转球接种Ｖｅｒｏ 细胞培养过程中的细胞生长特性,提出了细胞球转球的机理,通过与消化接种的比较,证明在静态球转球接种的细胞培养过程中,细胞在新球与老球表面的生长和细胞的生理状态很不平衡,因而认为不适合于大规模细胞培养过程,并对消化接种在大规模操作中的可行性进行了讨论
