Preparation and evaluation of lectin-conjugated PLGA nanoparticles for oral delivery of thymopentin.

The purpose of this study was to design and evaluate lectin-conjugated PLGA nanoparticles for oral delivery of thymopentin. Thymopentin loaded PLGA nanoparticles (TP5-NPs) were prepared by a double emulsion-solvent evaporation technique. Novel WGA-PLGA conjugates were synthesized by coupling the amino groups of wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) to the carbodiimide-activated carboxylic groups of PLGA, and were incorporated into nanoparticles preparation to take mucoadhesive properties. Important characteristics such as particle size, zeta potential, entrapment efficiency, storage stability, as well as in vitro drug release behavior were investigated. The retention of biorecognitive activity of WGA after covalent coupling was confirmed by haemagglutination test. In vitro experiments with pig mucin (PM) demonstrated that the conjugation of WGA enhanced the interaction about 1.8-4.2 fold compared with that of the non-conjugated nanoparticles, and still exhibited sugar specificity. The pharmacodynamical studies on oral administration of WGA-TP5-NPs were performed in FACScan flow cytometry. The values of CD4(+)/CD8(+) ratios were significantly increased compared with that of TP5-NPs (p<0.01). The enhanced uptake was related to the increasing of WGA content on nanoparticles. These results confirmed that the conjugation of WGA onto PLGA nanoparticles effectively improved the intestinal absorption of TP5 due to specific bioadhesion on GI cell membrane.

褪黑素对结肠黏膜上皮细胞氧化应激的影响

目的 探讨褪黑素对大鼠结肠黏膜上皮细胞氧化应激的影响。方法 在分离培养正常大鼠结肠黏膜上皮细胞基础上，利用FeSO4 H2O2产生*OH攻击制备结肠黏膜细胞氧化损伤模型，同时预先加入褪黑素并观察损伤减轻程度。实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、5-氨基水杨酸给药组(0.1mmol／L)，褪黑素给药组(0．01、0．1、l.0mmol／L)。培养一定时间后，取上清测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)和黏液含量。结果 模型组大鼠结肠黏膜上皮细胞：MDA、LDH和NO水平增高，CAT、GSHPX、SOD和黏液含量减少。不同剂量褪黑素呈剂量依赖性的减少LDH释放，抑制MDA和NO的形成，恢复黏液、CAT、GSHPX及SOD水平。结论 褪黑素对大鼠结肠黏膜氧化损伤具有保护作用。     

双腔右心室(附四例报告)

本文对我院1983～1985年经手术证实的4例双腔右心室病例,进行了分析讨论。本病除右心导管检查发现肺动脉与右心室有压力阶差移行曲线、右心造影时心腔内显示充盈缺损、超声心动图等检查有助于诊断外,X线心脏平片、心电图、临床症状、体征均无特异性的诊断价值。认为,由于本病多合并室缺,因此对室缺修补时,应常规探查右心室腔,以免漏诊。另外,对本病与法乐氏四联症的鉴别作了较详细的讨论。     

论“恐伤”心理的基因定势表达

本文在基因定势表达研究概况基础上，列举0MIM上部分与恐惧等心理因素定势的基因与疾病，进而探讨心理、基因定势表达与精神病的关系。     

Nd:YAG激光加BCG膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌

本文将45例经Nd:YAG激光治疗的膀胱癌患者随机分组,对33例做了卡介苗(BCG)膀胱灌注,12例做了噻替派(thiotepa)膀胱灌注,并分别随访了3～18个月,平均9.8个月,BCC组膀胱癌再发率3％(1/33),噻替派组膀胱癌再发率为25％(3/12)(P<0.01)。     

自制新荧光剂EPQS的性能测试

作者对自制新荧光剂EPQS进行了性能测试。结果:量子产率为0.21;最大激发波长和荧光波长分别为375nm和484nm,stokes位移109nm;检测生物化合物常用的缓冲溶液对荧光峰位无影响,对荧光强度影响很小;温度的影响也小(18～43℃,FRI61.5～58.1),PH的影响也不大。说明EPQS不仅荧光参数好,而且稳定性也好。适合在较广泛的环境条件下使用。     

中国食管癌高发区食管原发性腺癌组织病理学研究Ⅰ．食管原发性腺癌的临床病理学分析

中国食管癌高发区河南省近１５年（１９８０～１９９４）病理确诊的７３６４例食管癌中，其中食管原发性腺癌（ＰＥＡ）２３９例，占３．２５％。通过对２３９例ＰＥＡ手术标本（包括早期癌２０例，其余为中、晚期癌）切片系统观察，指出中国食管癌高发区ＰＥＡ主要起源于食管固有腺体的各级导管部分。ＰＥＡ的病理组织学可分６型：腺导管癌（１０９例）、腺鳞癌（５４例）、腺样囊性癌（２９例）、粘液表皮样癌（２０例）、基底细胞样癌（１５例）、胃型腺癌（１２例）。每型的组织图象及预后均各有特点，提示ＰＥＡ组织学再分型有意义。     

Breast Volume Measurement in Young Chinese Women and Clinical Applications

The authors carried out research on breast volume and body surface anatomy of 125 women. As a result, an average breast volume for Chinese women was obtained (325.36 ± 12.66 ml), and a table with several linear equations for calculating breast volume was derived. The authors applied these results to their clinical work and succeeded in making mammaplasty more precise in 178 patients.
