How Long Can Hair Follicle Units Be Preserved at 0 and 4°C for Delayed Transplant?

BACKGROUND: Preservation of hair follicle units for the purpose of delayed transplant will help us graft thousands of hair grafts at one session, even in a clinic with fewer assistants and less equipment. OBJECTIVE: This study was undertaken to evaluate and compare the viability of hair follicle units preserved at 0 and 4 degrees C for various periods. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Cell cultures and transplant of hair follicle units into athymic mice were performed. RESULTS: Outer root sheath cells could be cultivated in 96% (0 degrees C group) and 92% (4 degrees C group) of the hair follicles after 24 hours of preservation, whereas 85% (0 degrees C group) and 79% (4 degrees C group) of the follicles implanted into the mice regrew well after the same period of preservation. Then, in both the 0 degrees C and the 4 degrees C group, these rates decreased significantly with length of preservation in cell cultures and mice transplant; however, 0 degrees C seems better than 4 degrees C for preservation of grafts (p<.05). CONCLUSION: Grafts are better preserved at 0 degrees C instead of 4 degrees C. When delayed transplant is an option, it should be completed within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours.     

海风藤酚、甲基海风藤酚、海风藤醇A和海风藤醇B对兔血小板聚集的影响

海风藤酚、甲基海风藤酚、海风藤醇Ａ和海风藤醇Ｂ均有抑制血小板激活因子（ＰＡＦ）诱导的兔血小板聚集作用，ＩＣ_（５０）分别为１７．９、９．２、１４２．０、１４．０μｍｏｌ·Ｌ~（－１）。经阿司匹林（ＡＳＡ）、磷酸肌酸／磷酸肌酸激酶（ＣＰ／ＣＰＫ）预处理的兔洗涤血小板，甲基海风藤酚和海风藤醇Ｂ仍能抑制ＰＡＦ诱导的兔血小板聚集，ＩＣ_（５０）为９．０、１６．５μｍｏｌ·Ｌ~（－１）。同时，４种成分对于二磷酸腺苷（ＡＤＰ），花生四烯酸（ＡＡ）诱导的血小板聚集抑制作用较弱，海风藤Ｂ能使ＰＡＦ诱导血小板聚集量－效曲线平行右移，ＥＣ_（５０）由１．５９ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ~（－１）升为２０．６ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ~（－１）。结果表明：４种成分能选择性拮抗ＰＡＦ对兔血小板的聚集作用。     

交链孢酚单甲醚在大鼠小鼠体内的分布

对食管癌高发区粮食中分离的互隔交链孢霉的毒素交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)在大鼠、小鼠体内的分布进行研究。给动物腹腔内注射氚标记的交链孢酚单甲醚(~3H-AME),然后在不同时间测各脏器的放射性。结果表明:在所测9个脏器中,2h肝脏含量最高,食管下段在大小鼠分别居第四和第三。但大小鼠分别在72、24h则以食管下段最高,说明AME及其代谢物在此清除较慢,即对其有较高的亲和力。     

Formoterol and salbutamol inhibit bradykinin- and histamine-induced airway microvascular leakage in guinea-pig.

1. The effects of the beta 2-adrenoceptor agonists, salbutamol and formoterol, on the increase of microvascular permeability induced by histamine or bradykinin in guinea-pig airways have been studied in vivo. Extravasation of intravenously injected Evans blue dye was used as an index of permeability. The effects of salbutamol and formoterol on the increase in pulmonary airway resistance induced by histamine or bradykinin have also been studied. 2. The increase in pulmonary airway resistance induced by histamine or bradykinin was totally inhibited by salbutamol and formoterol. The ED50 of the two mediators were 0.59 +/- 0.21 (n = 5) and 0.20 +/- 0.14 (n = 5) micrograms kg-1 respectively for salbutamol, and 0.13 +/- 0.12 (n = 6) and 0.02 +/- 0.01 (n = 6) micrograms kg-1 respectively for formoterol. 3. Salbutamol (10 and 30 micrograms kg-1) and formoterol (1 and 10 micrograms kg-1) inhibited the increase of microvascular permeability induced by histamine (30 micrograms kg-1) in the guinea-pig airways. The inhibitory effect was predominant in the trachea and the main bronchi, with a maximum inhibition of 20 to 50%. The two drugs had little or no inhibitory effect on the other structures studied, viz. nasal mucosa, larynx, proximal and distal intrapulmonary airways. 4. Salbutamol and formoterol (1 and 10 micrograms kg-1) abolished the increase in microvascular permeability induced by bradykinin (0.3 micrograms kg-1). This inhibitory effect of two beta-adrenoceptor stimulants was predominant in the trachea and the nasal mucosa where it was observed with 1 microgram kg-1 of the beta-adrenoceptor agonists.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)     

体外循环浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术的临床研究

目的:探讨体外循环浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术的方法、疗效评价及其对心肌保护作用。方法:总结2004年3月～2008年12月间12例施行浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术病例,并行循环不阻断主动脉,鼻咽温维持在32～35℃,阻断上、下腔静脉,完成心内直视手术。结果:全组无围手术期死亡,心脏手术结束能顺利停机,术后血流动力学平稳,无严重心律失常,血尿发生率0%,无1例发生空气栓塞。1例心房切口缝合针眼渗血,行再次开胸止血,1例术后第32h发生急性肺梗塞,均经治疗痊愈。结论:浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术技术安全可行,是一种接近生理状态的心肌保护方法,可避免再灌注损伤,有较理想的心肌保护效果。

病变椎体切除脊柱稳定性重建治疗胸腰椎转移瘤

目的:探讨病变椎体切除脊柱稳定性重建治疗胸腰椎转移瘤可行性与临床价值。方法:1999年7月-2006年4月,采用后正中加后外侧"T"形切口行病变椎体切除、钛网 切除的肋骨或取自体髂骨填充植骨、椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗16例胸腰椎转移瘤患者,随访观察患者术后局部疼痛缓解、脊髓神经功能恢复及脊柱稳定性情况。结果:术后患者腰背痛及放射性疼痛基本缓解,均于术后早期开始肢体功能锻炼,术后2-3周离床活动。随访8个月-3年,患者神经系统压迫症状明显改善,3例C级患者2例恢复到D级,1例恢复到E级;D级5例均恢复到E级。影像学复查内固定物无松动、断钉、断棒现象,钛网无移位,椎体无塌陷。结论:经后正中加后外侧"T"形切口手术切除病变椎体并重建脊柱的三柱稳定性结构治疗胸腰椎转移瘤是可行的,可提高患者生存期内的生活质量。     

无张力性吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁

目的探讨无张力阴道吊带术(tension-free vaginal tape，TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法13例经尿动力学检查证实为压力性尿失禁在连续硬膜外麻醉下经阴道前壁行无张力阴道吊带术，低平截石位，经阴道前壁向上穿刺尿道两侧间隙，从耻骨上腹壁引出TVT吊带，调整张力，关闭切口。结果手术时间15～45min，平均35min。13例随访6～24个月，平均13个月，12例治愈，1例改善，无尿失禁复发或排尿困难。结论TVT操作简单，创伤小，手术时间短，术后恢复快，治疗压力性尿失禁疗效好。     

Ilizarov技术矫正儿童僵硬型马蹄内翻足畸形

[目的]探讨Ilizarov技术矫正僵硬性马蹄内翻足畸形的方法和效果。[方法]作者在2000年3月～2005年3月间，使用Ilizarov技术矫正9例11足重度僵硬性马蹄内翻足畸形，将连接于胫骨、跟骨、跖骨的外固定环互相连接、组合成复杂的三维外固定架，通过逐渐调整外固定架矫正畸形，从而使患足达到或接近正常足的外形和功能。[结果]按Garceau标准评定疗效，优6足，良4足，差1足。[结论]Ilizarov外固定架三维矫正马蹄内翻足畸形效果确实，尤其适用于大年龄儿童之僵硬、复发或难治性马蹄内翻足，有一定的临床应用价值。
