获得性纯红再障患者外周血T细胞亚群分析

目的　本研究通过分析获得性纯红再障患者外周血T细胞亚群 ,进一步探讨该病的细胞免疫发病机制。方法　用抗人CD3、CD4、CD8、IFN γ及IL 4单抗结合人外周血单个核细胞 ,流式细胞术分析单个核细胞中CD3 +、CD4+、CD8+细胞数Th1、Th2、Tc1、Tc2细胞数以及CD4+/CD8+、Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2比值。结果　贫血组患者 ,外周血CD3 +细胞和CD8+细胞明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD4+/CD8+比例倒置 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Tc2细胞明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Tc1/Tc2比值降低(P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后血象恢复的患者各增高的亚群细胞均有所恢复 ,接近正常。结论　在获得性纯红再障患者T细胞明显增高 ,其中主要是CD8+细胞 ,而在CD8+细胞中 ,是Tc2细胞发挥了重要作用。经治疗有效的患者 ,其增高的T细胞亚群降低 ,提示以纠正病人细胞免疫异常为主的治疗方案有益于获得性纯红再障的治疗。     

Computerized tomography based on DEI refraction information.

Conventional computerized tomography (CT) technique is based on the absorption contrast. In recent years, X-ray phase-contrast CT (PCCT) has been developing rapidly. It uses the phase information to reconstruct the object and provide high contrast and spatial resolution. Diffraction enhanced imaging (DEI) method is one of the three phase-sensitive X-ray imaging techniques. DEI method employs an analyzer crystal to extract the object's refraction information which can be used for CT. However, when DEI refraction CT is combined with the conventional CT algorithm, it should be satisfied that the refraction information of an arbitrary point in the object is invariable at every projection view. In this paper, the invariance condition of refraction information is analyzed and two feasible methods are provided for reconstruction. Using these two methods, two samples of weak absorption are reconstructed with the experimental data obtained at Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF).     

细孔钻颅穿刺术对肿瘤的临床应用(附9例报告)

应用细孔钻颅穿刺术诊断和治疗颅内肿瘤9例,7例有颅内压增高症状和神经功能缺失。9例中囊性肿瘤6例,囊液最少者15ml,最多者115ml,平均50ml,穿刺放液后症状均改善,为手术赢得了时间;3例实质性肿瘤,穿刺活检有助于星形细胞瘤的确诊。     

拇指掌指关节内侧籽骨的出现时间及其临床意义

本文对正常人和某些内分泌疾病患者的拇指掌指关节内侧籽骨的出现情况进行了X线观察和分析,证实该籽骨的出现遵循一定时序,正常在青春发动期出现。在性早熟时该籽骨出现时间显著提前;而在垂体性侏儒症时则出现延迟,对某些内分泌疾病具有诊断价值。     

Biologic effects of hyperthermia and radiation on gastric cancer cells (SGC-7901) in vitro. II. Ultrastructural changes of cells

Different characteristic damages of the SGC-7901 gastric adenocarcinoma cells were studied by electron microscopy 1, 36, 72, 96 and 120 hours after heating and radiation in vitro. The visible damages, such as the enlarged mitochondria, increase of lysosomes and perichromatin granules could be shown 1 hour after heating (43 degrees C for 30 min) but no visible damages of the cells were shown until 36 hours following radiation (500 rad). In order to study the ultrastructural changes of the gastric cancer cells in mitosis after heating and radiation, we have used the new method of ultrastructural research in selecting and observing the M cell in vitro and found loosened structure of chromosome and disappearance of microtubules 1 hour following hyperthermia. At the same time, no apparent abnormalities of the mitotic cells were observed after radiation. It is the chief cause of division delay in heat injured cells. However, the chromosomes and microtubules of the new mitotic cells could recover 36 hours after heating (43 degrees C for 30 min). After radiation, the giant cells and abnormal morphologic changes of cells gradually increase and the living cells decrease. Unexpectedly, the division of a few giant cells is observed 72 hours after heating and radiation.     

人参茎叶总皂甙对实验性小鼠生殖细胞遗传物质损伤的影响

本文采用小鼠精原细胞姐妹染色单体互换（ＳＣＥ）实验方法，研究了人参茎叶总皂甙（ＧＮＳ）对丝裂霉素Ｃ（ＭＭＣ）引起的小鼠精原细胞遗传物质损伤的影响。结果表明，ＧＮＳ不能诱发小鼠精原细胞ＳＣＥ，而且在腹腔注射ＭＭＣ的同时给予ＧＮＳ，可使ＭＭＣ诱发的小鼠精原细胞ＳＣＥ频率明显降低。为此，我们认为ＧＮＳ对小鼠生殖细胞遗传物质具有保护作用。

气相色谱用于肠通透性监测的研究

作者采用国产气相色谱及９２０２微机数据处理系统，对临床患者和实验动物肠通透性改变进行监测。该方法以甘露醇（Ｍ）和乳果糖（Ｌ）为探针，用气相色谱检测尿中糖分泌率及Ｌ／Ｍ比值。结果显示，测定标准品Ｍ和Ｌ随进样量增加而呈线性改变，与国外学者报道一致。比较不同浓度进口与国产乳果糖，证明二者在研究肠通透性方面高度相关（ｒ＝０．９９）。检测急性胰腺炎并发感染动物的尿标本，发现乳果糖大量排出，Ｌ／Ｍ值明显增加。作者认为，气相色谱为一行之有效的方法用于肠通透性监测，有助于临床上对内源性感染及脓毒症的早期诊断。     

Effect of artifacts due to flowing blood on the reproducibility of phase-contrast measurements of myocardial motion

The reproducibility of myocardial motion trajectories calculated from cine phase-contrast (PC) velocity data is reduced by artifacts due to the inconsistent motion of intracardiac blood. Spatial presaturation reduces these artifacts but requires a longer sequence TR, with a potentially negative effect on trajectory accuracy and reproducibility. We investigated the effect of spatial presaturation on trajectory reproducibility. A midventricular transaxial slice was imaged in five normal volunteers. The same slice was imaged three times each with sequences using spatial presaturation or not. Because the most serious artifacts originate in the heart chambers and propagate in the phase-encoded direction, myocardial regions that were in line with the heart chambers (in the phase-encode direction) had the highest artifact level in the scans without spatial presaturation. The reproducibility of trajectories for regions placed in these areas (the anterior wall, septum and posterior wall in the transaxial scans with phase encoding in the anterior-posterior direction) improved by a factor of two when presaturation was used (P < .001). In areas that were not in line with the heart chambers (eg, the anterior aspect of the lateral wall in the transaxial scans), the effect of presaturation was not significant. These results correlate well with the measured reduction in artifact level. The reproducibility of myocardial motion trajectories over large areas of the heart is improved to approximately 1 mm when presaturation is used. Therefore, use of presaturation is recommended for myocardial motion studies using cine PC velocity data.     

A study on various symptoms of chronic hepatitis treated with radix astragali and its regulative effect to levels of serum hormone

Sixty-seven cases of chronic hepatitis were treated with Radix Astragali. After treatment (2-month course), the clinical improvement rate in 38 cases of the Stagnation of the Liver-Qi and Deficiency of the Spleen type was 92.1%, and in 26 cases of the Deficiency of Liver Yin and Kidney Yin type was 88.5%, more effective than in the control group (P<0.05). The regulative effect to the levels of serum hormone was observed in the patients of the Stagnation of the Liver-Qi and Deficiency of the Spleen type treated with this medicine. The results showed that the levels of serum triiodothyronine, estradiol (female) and testosterone (male) were increased after treatment (1.40±1.38 ng/dl, 129.30±1.23 pg/ml and 496.24±1.47 ng/dl). Pre-treatment levels were 1.22±1.49 ng/dl, 104.60±1.45 pg/ml and 398. 17±1.55 ng/dl respectively (P<0.05); however, the level of serum prolactin (2.75±4.46 ng/ml) was lower after treatment than before treatment (3.20±3.82 ng/ml,P<0.05). No obvious changes were observed in the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone, thyroxine, triiodothyronine uptake ratio and cortisol after treatment.
