肾综合征出血热混合型疫区分型的研究

运用血凝抑制试验方法，对肾综合征出血热混合型疫区病人进行分型研究，发现姬鼠型与家鼠型病人之比为２．６４：１，提示家鼠感染与室内感染及轻型病人有关，而野鼠感染则发生在户外，且与重型病人有关。     

Association studies in cancerology: the example of gene L-myc polymorphism associated with the incidence of pulmonary metastases in breast cancers]

Genes, which are implicated in the pathogenesis of human tumors, may demonstrate Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP). Population studies of such RFLP are of potential interest for a genetic analysis of cancer susceptibility. The initial data of Krontiris et al has shown a significant increase of rare c-Ha-ras-1 alleles in individuals with tumors. Since then, other significant associations have been found between other genes RFLPs and various tumors. In this paper, we report that L-myc RFLP may prove useful in identifying breast cancer patients at high risk of developing lung metastases.     

The adoptee method in psychiatry

With the adoption methods it may be possible to disentangle genetic and environmental factors. If we accept the concept of schizophrenia spectrum and psychopathia spectrum, there is evidence that the role of genetic factors can be supposed. The authors make a critical survey of the papers dedicated to this issue.     

铅对恒河猴的月经和妊娠结局影响的观察

本文报道了恒河猴在接触较低剂量醋酸铅的亚慢性作用下,对月经和妊娠结局的影响。结果表明,铅可引起恒河猴的月经机能障碍、受孕率降低和流产。月经异常以周期延长和周期不规则为主,周期不规则发生率呈剂量-反应关系。     

137例胃疾患的血清及胃液乳酸脱氢酶测定分析

137例胃镜检查并经活检病理证实为浅表性胃炎、溃疡、浅表性胃炎伴不典型增生、浅表性胃炎伴肠腺化生、萎缩性胃炎,萎缩性胃炎伴肠腺化生和胃癌患者的血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)测定,与48例正常供血者血清LDH测定结果进行比较,均无显著性差异。其中部分病例进行LDH同工酶测定结果,胃癌等患者的LDH_5、LDH_4出现阳性结果。对124例上述患者抽取胃液中和后进行LDH测定,以浅表性胃炎胃液LDH平均值为对照,胃癌患者胃液LDH增高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),其他疾患未见显著性差异。
