斯氏艾美耳球虫大配子发育及其超微结构

凭借光镜和电镜、切片和涂片技术相结合之手段 ,作者对斯氏艾美耳球虫 (Eimeriastiedai)大配子发育及其超微结构进行了研究。大配子发育历经早、中、晚 (成熟 ) 3期。早期虫体以大核、大核仁和数个早期形态的成囊颗粒Ⅰ (WFⅠ )的出现为特征 ;中期虫体以成囊颗粒Ⅱ (WFⅡ )之出现为特征 ,含大量脂肪体和支链淀粉颗粒并出现小管构造 ;成熟期大配子体即大配子 ,被单层膜 ,WFⅠ和WFⅡ周边排列 ,含极多的脂肪体和支链淀粉颗粒 ,有一明显核仁的大核 ,小管构造增多。

影响腹膜炎细菌培养结果的因素探讨

采用透出液在体外和细菌（表皮葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌）一起孵育的方法，以观察透析液在不同条件下对细菌生长的影响，发现在4℃条件下，透出液对细菌生长的影响不大，但在37℃条件下，透出液中大肠杆菌数则显著减少（P＜0.05）；当用细胞冻融破坏透出液中的细胞后，表皮葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌数均显著增加（P＜0.01），特别是在含5％CO2时，新鲜透析液虽支持大肠杆菌的生长，但却抑制表皮葡萄球菌的繁殖。本研究结果提示，透出液中细菌的生长受温度、CO2、透出液中吞噬细胞及透析液在体内停留的时间等因素影响，特别晃透出液中的吞噬细胞。若破坏透出液中的吞噬细胞，有助于提高透出液的细菌培养阳性率。     

角膜缘上皮移植联合穿透性角膜移植治疗陈旧性眼化学伤与热烧伤

目的:通过角膜缘上皮移植,改善化学伤与热烧伤穿透性角膜移植片的预后。方法:严重陈旧性眼化学伤与热烧伤26例28眼,12眼施行角膜缘移植联合部分穿透性角膜移植术,与16眼单纯施行部分穿透性角膜移植术作对照。结果:联合手术组,追踪5～28个月,植片透明率75％,9眼有效地阻止了植片新生血管和假性胬肉的复发,排斥反应发生率33.3％。对照组角膜植片血管新生较多,植片透明率为25％,持续性角膜上皮缺损发生率为50％,排斥反应发生率50％。结论:对严重陈旧性眼部化学伤与热烧伤,施行角膜缘移植联合部分穿透性角膜移植术,有预防术后合并症和改善植片预后的作用。眼科学报1997;13:213—216。     

Ultrastructural Study of Meningiomas

8 specimens of meningioma(4 meningotheliomatous,3 fibrousand 1 transitional)were observed with transmission electron micro-scope(TEM).The main feature of most tumor cells is that there aremany conspicuous interdigitations of cytoplasm protruding outfrom the cell surface.There are a lot of mitochondria,Golgi com-plexes and microfilaments which are closely packed or scatteredinside the interdigitations.Between the interdigitations,many des-mosomes are seen.The meningiomas have an epithelioid structure.which may explain why the tumors cells would not scatter outwhen the smear samples or histological sections are observed underlight microscope.The three types of meningiomas described inthe present work may mainly originate from epithelioid cells ofarachnoid granulations as inferred from the ultrastructure observed.We did not find any distinct differences in the ultrastructuresamong them.

本文对医院临床科室综合评价指标的选择原则，消除科室之间由于收治病种不同导致指标值的差异和确定标准值的方法进行探讨。应用ＲＳＲ法以某医院资料为例进行综合评价计算。     

Study on Application of the Silicone Oil in the Reattachment of Complicated Retinal Detachment

Sixty eyes with complicated retinal detachment were treatedby vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade (27 eyes of PMR gradeD,15 eyes of giant retinal tears with posterior flat folded-over,13 eyes ofposterior or macular hole,5 eyes of traumatic PVR).After 3-24 monthsfollow-up,the study showed retinal anatomic reattachment in 48 eyes inwhich the visual acuity of 32 eyes was 0.05 or better.The authorsconsider that vitrectomy and peeling make the silicone oil tamponadeperfect the vitreous surgery and improve the successful rate.The theoryof silicone oil tamponade,the indications,advantages and disadvantagesof silicone oil tamponade are discussed in this paper.Eye Science1993,9:146-148.     

Preservation and Observation of Anterior Ciliary Vessels in Rectus Muscles during Strabismus Surgery

Purpose :To observe the form and number of the anterior ciliary vessels (ACV) in rectus muscles. To train technician in preservation and obsevation of ACV, so preservation can be done in caes with a risk of anterior segment ischemia (ASI). Methods:Curved foreign knife, iris hook, plastic rubber band and standard operating loupes (3x. ) or microscope were used in the surgery on 34 cases of comitant strabismus and 18 cases of paralytic strabismus.Results:The ACVs per muscle in medial, lateral, superior, inferior rectus were 3. 08,3. 26,3. 50 and 3. 50 respectively in 89 muscles of 52 surgical strabismus cases. All ACVs in 16 rectus muscles and 90 out of 220 ACVs in 73 rectus muscles were too small or too short to be dissected. The success rate of ACV preservation was 91. 5% (119/130). 105 out of 130 vessels were saved using loupe magnification and 14 pit pf 130 vessels were saved under operating microscope. SD大鼠同种异体结膜移植Ⅱ类抗原表达及临床动态研究

目的了解ＳＤ大鼠同种异体结膜移植术后结膜植片的存活和局部免疫反应变化，为人类异体结膜移植提供参考资料。方法取１５只ＳＤ大鼠随机分为３组，Ａ组为阴性对照组（自体结膜移植组），将右眼结膜植片移植于左眼，将左眼结膜植片移植于右眼。Ｂ组为实验组（同种异体结膜移植组），用同组ＳＤ大鼠行异体结膜移植。Ｃ组为阳性对照组（异种结膜移植组），用兔子双眼结膜移植到ＳＤ大鼠的双眼。用免疫组织化学方法研究ＳＤ大鼠同种异体结膜移植术后结膜植片的ＭＨＣ－Ⅱ类抗原的表达，并动态观察植片的生长存活情况。结果同种异体结膜移植后的结膜植片９０％存活，其ＭＨＣ－Ⅱ的表达在术后第１周即有增高，于第４周时增高更加明显，比自体移植组显著升高，至１２周时恢复到正常水平。结论同种异体结膜移植术后由于受异体抗原刺激，虽然有发生免疫排斥反应的危险性，但大多数都可获得成功。
