目的探讨安抚奶嘴联合抚触对新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛的影响。方法选择在本科室住院的92例静脉穿刺新生儿,按随机原则分为两组,抚触组(A组)、安抚奶嘴联合抚触组(B组),在新生儿静脉穿刺前、中、后分别比较新生儿疼痛评分、心率和血氧饱和度情况。结果 B组新生儿静脉穿刺中、后疼痛评分明显低于A组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.001),B组新生儿静脉穿刺中、后心率明显慢于对照组,血氧饱和度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.001)。结论安抚奶嘴联合抚触能有效缓解新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛,维持生命体征趋于平稳,值得临床推广应用。 相似文献

Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the affection of targeted therapy to plasmid AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK in HCC cell line HepG2. Methods: We constructed therapeutic plasmid pGL3-hTERT-TK (containing suicide gene TK that promoted by promoter of hTERT) and was conjugated with AF-liposome (a protein that can combine with the receptor ASPGR on HCC cell surface). Then we transfected HCC cell line HepG2 and hepatic cell L02 with AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK, observed the effects of therapeutic plasmid AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK for HCC cell line growth and apoptosis in vitro by Flow cytometry and Tun- nel method. Results: Our results showed that TK gene was 1100 bp in plasmid pGL3-hTERT-TK. Plasmid pGL3-hTERT-TK can effectively transfect HCC cell HepG2 and the transfection rate was 8.91%. By recognizing and combining effects of recep- tor protein ASPGR on HCC cell surface the therapeutic plasmid AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK could easily enter into HCC cell HepG2 and induce its apeptosis. The apoptosis rate was 85.87% while only 8.65% in L02 cell. Four days after AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK transfected HepG2 was intervention by ganciclovir (GCV), a lot of apeptotic bodies were found by Tunnel analysis, while little apoptotic body was found in hepatic cell L02. Conclusion: AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK can target to HCC cell line and induce it to apoptesis, almost has no influence on hepatic cell L02. AF-pGL3-hTERT-TK has the potential therapeutic effects for HCC. 相似文献

目的:观察炙甘草汤对鸟头碱所致大鼠室性早博的预防和治疗作用。方法:成年SD大鼠50只,随机分为炙甘草汤大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组、生理盐水组、普萘洛尔组分别用相应药物及生理盐水灌胃5天后,匀速舌下静脉注射乌头碱,与生理参数分析仪相连接,观察心律失常的潜伏期及持续时间。结果:延长室性早搏的潜伏期炙甘草汤高、中剂量组与生理盐水纽比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05),普萘洛尔组与炙甘草汤高、中剂量组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。缩短室性旱搏持续时间炙甘草汤高剂量组与生理盐水组比较有极显著差异(P〈0.01),炙甘草汤中剂量组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P〈O.05),普萘洛尔组与炙甘草汤高、中剂量组比较无显著差异(P〉0.05),与生理盐水比较有极显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论:炙甘草汤对乌头碱所致大鼠室性早搏有一定的预防及治疗作用。 相似文献

目的了解慎柔养真汤治疗老年性便秘患者的临床疗效及其对脑肠肽的影响。方法选择符合纳入标准的老年性便秘患者104例,随机分为2组各52例。治疗组予慎柔养真汤煎剂口服每日1剂,对照组予麻仁丸6 g口服每日3次,疗程8周。观察2组临床疗效,并比较治疗前后血浆P物质(SP)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)的变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率91%,对照组总有效率72%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血浆SP及VIP水平均显著升高(P均<0.01);对照组仅SP明显升高(P<0.05)。2组血浆SP及VIP比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论慎柔养真汤治疗老年性便秘患者临床疗效优于麻仁丸,可能与提高血浆SP及VIP水平相关。 相似文献

MicroRNAs(miRNAs) regulate protein expression by antagonizing the translation of mRNAs and are effective regulators of normal nervous system development, function, and disease. Micro RNA-29 b(mi R-29 b) plays a broad and critical role in brain homeostasis. In this study, we tested the function of mi R-29 b in animal and cell models by inhibiting mi R-29 b expression. Mouse models of middle cerebral artery occlusion were established using the modified Zea-Longa suture method. Prior to modeling, 50 nmol/kg mi R-29 b antagomir was injected via the tail vein. Mi R-29 b expression was found to be abnormally increased in ischemic brain tissue. The inhibition of mi R-29 b expression decreased the neurological function score and reduced the cerebral infarction volume and cell apoptosis. In addition, the inhibition of mi R-29 b significantly decreased the malondialdehyde level, increased superoxide dismutase activity, and Bcl-2 expression, and inhibited Bax and Caspase3 expression. PC12 cells were treated with glutamate for 12 hours to establish in vitro cell models of ischemic stroke and then treated with the mi R-29 antagomir for 48 hours. The results revealed that mi R-29 b inhibition in PC12 cells increased Bcl-2 expression and inhibited cell apoptosis and oxidative damage. These findings suggest that the inhibition of mi R-29 b inhibits oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in ischemic stroke, producing therapeutic effects in ischemic stroke. Rock failure phenomena are accompanied by abundant energy variation, and the energy dissipation can explain the dynamic mechanical characteristics of the rock. In this study, a series of granite specimens (a total of 60) with different aspect ratios were dynamically loaded by a split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) to explain the energy dissipation and the rock-crushing degree under dynamic load. A new index, namely energy time density (wtd), is proposed to evaluate the energy dissipation considering the time factor. The relationships between strain rate, energy time density, and specific energy absorption are analyzed. A metric (Ku) is defined to describe the degree of rock fragmentation quantitatively. The correlations of fractal dimension and Ku with different impact pressures are compared. It was concluded that there is a noticeable peak point in the energy time density curve. The energy time density of the stress equilibrium point is three times that of the peak point. The energy time density declines after the peak point, then the energy consumption density tends to be stable. The linear relationship between strain rate and peak point energy time density is stronger. The new index can describe energy dissipation well under dynamic loading. In addition, the experimental results indicate that the degree of crush Ku can describe the degree of crush, and the effect of fractal dimension to quantify the fracture characteristics of the rocks is less good in this test. The crushing degree of rocks increases with the increase of strain rate. Furthermore, the prediction effect of energy time density is better than that of strain rate about Ku. 相似文献
