Whole CanA Gene Amplification of Helicobacter pylori and Its Fingerprinting by Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism

To set up a method of amplification for the whole CagA gene of Helicobacter pylori and its fingerprinting by restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP),nested PCR was employed in combination with TD-PCR to amplify the gene and EcoRI and Hind Ⅲ were used to generate the RFLP fingerprinting.Target DNA fragments from 13 of 20 samples were successfully amplified and the relevant RFLP fingerprintings were obtained.It is concluded that the method can be used to amplify the whole CagA gene and CagA gene has apparent diversity of RFLP profile.     

感染患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子含量的变化及其对脑梗死的影响

目的：探讨感染合并脑梗死患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子（sICAM-1)的变化及临床意义。方法：采用双抗体（ELISA）法测定50例感染合并脑梗死患者血清中sICAM-1的含量，并与30例脑梗死患者和30例健康人对照。结果：感染合并脑梗死患者急性期血清sICAM-1的水平明显高于对照组。结论：感染合并脑梗死时sICAM-1的表达明显升高，sICAM-1水平的增高加重了脑梗死的发生发展。     

The popularization and application of cold storage red blood cells or whole blood at −80 °C of the Rh(D) negative patients in surgical operation

Summary The efficiency of cold storage red blood cells (CSRBC) or whole blood at −80 °C used in 27 Rh(D) negative patients during surgical operation was reported. The Rh(D) negative patients received the transfusion of CSRBC or whole blood stored at −80 °C for 180 to 360 days. The changes in the indexes, such as blood TB, DB, K⁺, Na⁺, BUN, Cr, urine protein (URPO), UOB, Hb, HCT, serum total protein, relative to hemolytic reaction and blood volume before and after transfusion were observed. The results showed that after transfusion of CSRBC or whole blood 27 cases were negative for urine protein and UOB, and the levels of BUN and Cr were normal (P>0.05). Blood TB, DB, Hb, and HCT were increased, while pH, blood K⁺ and blood Na⁺ was normal with the difference being not significant before and after operation (P>0.05). Plasma protein was decreased, but there was no significant difference before and after operation (P>0.05). It was suggested that CSRBC or whole blood at −80 °C could be safely infused to the Rh(D) negative patients without side effects during the surgical operation. 视交叉后损害的临床与图形视觉诱发电位分析

图形视觉诱发电位(P—VEP)是眼接受图形的刺激时,视路及大脑皮质枕区所产生的一系列电位变化。在视交叉后病变的诊断,病情估计及预后推测中有比较肯定的价值。 本文对17例视交叉后损害的病人进行分析。发现视交叉后病变以视皮质损害为主,表现为视物模糊,视力下降,视野改变。P—VEP检查的异常率与病变部位大小及病变性质有关。同时检查半视野刺激有助于提高阳性率。     

Studies on the effect of tetrandrine on microtubules. I. Biochemical observation and electron microscopy

Microtubules were purified by using two cycles of assembly and disassembly processes on fresh brain homogenates from 30 guinea pigs. The yield was about 60 mg. The effect of tetrandrine on tubulin was determined by spectrophotometric analysis and electron microscopy. In addition, we used the indirect immunofluorescent method including tubulin antibody to locate the presence of microtubules in 3T3 cells by fluorescence microscopy. The effects of colchicine and P204 were studied for comparison at the same time. The results showed that colchicine can effectively depolymerize microtubules, while tetrandrine showed aggregation, and in a different manner. The shape and structure of microtubules were definitely destroyed by colchicine, but were not affected by P204 which protected against the destructive effect of tetrandrine. This result indicated the safety of using a combination of P204 and tetrandrine in the treatment of silicosis.     

微波与X线联合辐射对人体血液系统的影响

本文调查了微波与X线同时接触工人49名(联合组)、单微波接触工人48名(微波组)以及两者均不接触的工人46名(对照组)。联合组和微波组工人的微波辐射剂量每日平均约300μw/cm~2,联合组工人接触的X线剂量,每年小于5rem。结果显示:联合组中性粒细胞ACP、AKP活性以及中性粒细胞核棘突出现率均较微波组和对照组明显增高(P<0.01),糖原含量则较其它两组明显下降(P<0.01)。调查表明,低强度微波与低剂量X线联合辐射比单独微波辐射对人体的潜在危害更大。因此,对雷达等发射设备周围的工作人员,除必要的微波防护外。同时需要对X线进行防护。     

头低位—6°卧床中血,尿中Cu,Zn—SOD的酶免疫法测定

报道了用辣根过氧化物酶作标记，测定人血，尿Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ－ＳＯＤ含量的高灵敏度酶联免疫反应体系。该方法在０．０５－５ｎｇ范围内检测重复性好，灵敏度比以前报道的放射免疫法和栈联免疫法灵敏度高。批内实验和批是实验的变异系数分别为１．１７－７．９４％和１．９４－１０．７３％。血和尿Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ－ＳＯＤ的平均回收率分别为１０１．０－１１３．８％和９６．０－１１６．０％。用该方法测定人血、尿Ｃｕ－Ｚｎ－ＳＯＤ含量     

Studie über eine alte Leiche von der Zeit der Streitenden Reiche aus dem Grab Nr. 1 am Guo-Jia-Gang in Stadt Jingmen der Provinz Hubei

An ancient femal corpse excavated from the robbed tomb No. 1 at Guo-Jia-Gang in Jingmen city of Hubei Province was studied. It was confirmed that the corpse was buried more than 2 300 years ago, namely at the middle stage of the Warring States period and is the earliest one of the ancient coffin corpses unearthed in China sofar. It is of the same type as the ancient corpses of Weatern Han Dynasty excavated from tomb No. 1 at Ma-Wang-Dui in Changsha City and from the tomb No. 168 at Phoenix Hill in Jinagling City respectively. The collagenous fibers of connective tissue from all parts in the corpse were well preserved, showing fine ultrastructure with clear periodical cross banding, and a lot of bacterial spores were found between them. In addition, a large number of eggs ofclonorchis sinensis andtrichuris trichiura were found in the content of the bowel. The level and the cause of good preservation were discussed and it was believed that the good preservation may resulte from the combined effect of the internal and external environmental factors around the corpse.     

吸烟在云锡矿工肺癌发病中的作用

本文以1975-1984年为时段,对云南锡业公司所属六个单位工人进行了吸烟情况的调查分析。结果表明,吸烟者的肺癌发病率是非吸烟者的3.65倍。吸烟者的SMR为29.41;非吸烟者为8.42。无论吸烟程度如何,其发病、死亡都是有井下史者高于无井下史者。吸烟与职业性因素的复合作用是:吸烟+井下>单纯井下>单纯吸烟>非吸烟无井下史者。
