不典型性脑膜瘤52例CT诊断分析

回顾性分析了22例少见部位的脑膜瘤，22例CT表现不典型及8例CT误诊脑膜瘤的CT表现，以确定脑膜瘤不典型表现与CT误诊的关系。结果显示脑膜瘤的CT误诊多数缘于经验不足与疏忽，少数为极不典型表现所致。若检查全面、阅片仔细．术前CT定性率可由90％提高至96．25％。     

胚鼠黑质细胞悬液移植于帕金森病模型鼠侧脑室的实验研究

将胚鼠中脑腹侧组织制成细胞悬液移植于帕金森病(PD)模型鼠侧脑室,动态观察受体鼠在移植前后的行为变化。移植后16周应用诱发荧光及免疫细胞化学等方法,对移植物在受体鼠脑内的存活及生长情况进行了研究。结果,受体鼠旋转行为明显改善,侧脑室内可见黄绿色荧光细胞及酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)免疫反应阳性细胞,有的发出突起伸向室管膜及迁于尾核区.提示:移植的胚鼠黑质细胞生长良好,似作为触液神经元发挥其作用。     

Physiologic comparison and validation of Stairobic stepping with bench stepping.

To compare the oxygen cost of submaximal exercise on the Stairobic stepping (SS) machine with bench stepping (BS), 12 healthy men and women (mean age 23 years) underwent six different five minute exercise bouts that were randomly assigned. Tests were conducted using standard open circuit calorimetry. SS at 40 and 60 st/min was equal to BS at 20 st/min and SS at 80 st/min was equal to BS at 30 st/min for VE and RER. VO2 was equal at 20 st/min (BS) and 60 st/min (SS), and 30 st/min (BS) and 80 st/min (SS). Stairobic MET (SM) displayed values over-estimated actual MET (AM) values at the two lowest SS rates and under-estimated the AM value at the highest SS rate. Forty-eight observations of the MET response of SS were conducted and analyzed (BMDP2R) in a forward stepping solution. The multiple regression equation calculated for AM was: AM = -0.567 + -0.012 (WT) + 0.063 (rate) + 0.612 (SM) with an adjusted R2 of 0.82 and a SEE of 0.90. The physiologic cost of BS was approximately equal to SS at two to three times the BS rate of stepping.

本文较详细地介绍了应用激光技术即用CO_2及Nd:YAG激光手术刀治疗各种类型痔的临床观察。我院自1988年应用CO_2及Nd,YAG(以下简称激光手术刀)的技术治疗各种痔1376例均取得满意的治疗效果,治愈率达100％,并对有关问题进行探讨。     

The role of nuclear medicine in oncology

Nuclear Medicine offers screening methods for oncology such as bone and bone marrow scintigraphy. During the last two decades, special procedures have gained widespread application. This paper is centered around the “tumor-specific” radiopharmaceuticals. In patients with thyroid cancer, I-131 still plays a significant role. Ga-67 still has its indications in lymphoma, while in other diseases Tl-201 cloride is now the agent of choice. Especially in thyroid cancer, Tl-201 has proved to be a reliable tumor imaging radiopharmaceutical. More recently, Tc-99m MIBI was introduced for tumor imaging. Tc-99m HMPAO may also be used for tumor scintigraphy, especially in brain lesions. In addition, I-123 IMP has successfully been used for imaging malignant melanoma. Another promising field of tumor diagnosis is receptor imaging. In neuroblastoma and malignant pheochromocytoma, I-131/123 mIBG is the radiopharmaceutical of choice and may be considered as a receptor imaging agent also. First clinical results with In-111 octreotide show potentials as somatostatine-receptor radiopharmaceutical in insulinoma, islet cell carcinoma, medullary and lung cancer, while I-123 estradiol needs some improvement until it may be recommended as diagnostic tool in breast cancer. Since 1978, radiolabeled poly- or monoclonal tumor antibodies and their fragments have gained widespread application. Especially the Tc-99m 225.28S melanoma antibody, I-131 or Tc-99m CEA and In-111/I-131 labeled OC-125 antibodies have proven to be of clinical significance in melanoma, colorectal and ovarian cancer.     

脑血管病患者血清IgE型免疫复合物的检测

本文用胶固素酶联免疫吸附试验检测了１６例缺血性脑血管病（ＩＣＤ）患者，１４例出血性脑血管病（ＨＣＤ）患者和２０例健康正常人的血清ＩｇＥ型循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＤ）水平。结果显示ＩＣＤ组和ＨＣＤ组ＩｇＥ－ＣＩＣ水平明显高于正常组（分别为Ｐ＜０．００１和Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＩＣＤ组与ＨＣＤ组间没有显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０２）。提示脑血管病的发生与ＩｇＥ－ＣＩＣ的形成有关。     

四种含淫羊藿中成药中淫羊藿甙的含量测定

本文采用高效液相色谱法测定了四种中成药中淫羊藿甙的含量。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填料，柱温３０℃；甲醇－０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钠水溶液（磷酸调ｐＨ＝２．７）（５７：４３）为流动相，１ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；检测波长为２６８ｎｍ，淫羊藿甙色谱峰形对称、分离度好。所测补肾强身片、龟龄集、壮骨关节丸和前列宁冲剂中淫羊藿甙的含量分别为０．１０５％，０．０９９５％，０．０５６６％，０．３１３％。     

Good regulation of acupuncture in simple obesity patients with stomach-intestine excessive heat type

In order to investigate the regulatory effect of acupuncture on obesity patients with the Stomach-Intestine Excessive Heat Type, the pre-acupunctureal and post-acupunctural obesity index and biochemical indices of 718 simple obesity patients with Stomach-Intestine Excessive Heat Type were observed. It was showed that the marked weight loss effect was achieved in the cases by acupuncture, and the biochemical indices improved. It suggests that acupuncture had a optimal regulatory effect on the function of nerve, endocrine, digestion and energy metabolism.     

高原环境下大鼠对硒制剂耐受力的实验研究

本实验将大鼠从上海空运至兰州，很快转至高海拔地区，用光镜及电镜观察了亚硒酸钠对大鼠的影响。结果发现在高原环境下大鼠对硒的耐受力减低，引起了大鼠猝死半加得高原缺氧对心肌的损伤，降低了大鼠高原适应性。本文还对其耐受机理进行了初步讨论。     

致倦库蚊有机磷抗性相关扩增酯酶B基因的多样性

本实验从佛山和成都两地的致倦库蚊群体中筛选出３个酯酶类型不同的有机磷（ＯＰ）抗性品系，ＦＳ－１、ＦＳ－２和ＣＤ－１品系。各品系的酯酶基因Ｂ扩增水平、酯酶活性和ＯＰ抗性水平三者一致。各品系酯酶Ｂ基因限制性酶切片段比较分析表明，我国的ＯＰ抗生库蚊群体中不仅有世界性分布的酯酶Ｂ１和Ｂ２，而且在佛山和成都地区各有一个新的独立扩增的酯酶Ｂ，分别命名为Ｂ６和Ｂ７。
