在鼻内窥镜下为40例行蝶腭、筛前神经及鼻甲联合手术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎。结果:术后1月全部患者症状消失,显效100%;术后1年显效33例,占82.5%;有效6例,占15%,有效率为97.5%。提示该方法可广泛阻滞鼻腔副交感神经来源,降低鼻粘膜感觉灵敏部位敏感性以及感觉—副交感神经反射,破坏喷嚏反射弧的传入通路,使鼻粘膜对外界刺激敏感性下降,血管扩张减轻,腺体分泌减少,对常年性变应性鼻炎有明显疗效。 相似文献

目的研究中国健康成年志愿者单剂口服甲磺酸加替沙星片的药代动力学。方法按GCP指导原则设计试验方案,选择9名健康受试者分别依次单剂口服200、400、600mg三个剂量的甲磺酸加替沙星片后,应用HPLC测定血药浓度,采用3P97软件进行数据处理,求出药代动力学参数。结果受试者分别给药后,药-时曲线符合二房室模型,主要药代动力学参数Cmax分别为(2.028±0.362)mg/L、(3.749±0.446)mg/L、(4.876±0.569)mg/L;t1/2β分别为(7.489±0.806)h、(7.063±0.890)h、(7.735±0.8701)h;AUC0-t分别为(12.24±1.51)mg·h/L、(26.02±3.38)mg·h/L、(39.22±6.57)mg·h/L;原型药主要经肾排泄,48h尿药累积排泄率分别为(61.90±7.70)%、(60.90±5.70)%和(58.74±13.49)%。结论9名健康受试者分别口服给药后,药-时曲线符合二房室模型,甲磺酸加替沙星在200~600mg剂量范围内药物体内过程呈线性动力学特征而无饱和性,主要排泄途径为肾脏。 相似文献

Epidemiological studies suggest that tea may reduce cancer risk, and in
laboratory rodents, chemopreventive effects of tea or purified extracts of
tea have been demonstrated in lung, gastrointestinal tract and skin. There
is some evidence of chemoprevention by tea in the mammary gland, but the
data are not conclusive. In order to evaluate more fully the possible
influence of black tea on 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA)-induced
mammary gland tumors in the female S-D (Sprague-Dawley) rat, three large
studies were performed: experiment 1, tumorigenesis in rats fed AIN-76A
diet and given 25 mg/kg DMBA and 1.25 or 2.5% whole tea extract or water to
drink; experiment 2, tumorigenesis in rats given 15 mg/kg DMBA and the same
diet and fluids as in experiment 1; experiment 3, tumorigenesis in rats fed
control or HF (high fat, corn oil) diet and given 15 mg/kg DMBA and 2% tea
or water to drink. Tea was given throughout the experiment; DMBA was given
by gastric gavage at 8 weeks of age. There was no consistent effect of tea
on tumorigenesis in rats fed AIN-76A diet; there was, however, evidence in
experiment 3 of a reduction of tumorigenesis by tea in rats fed the HF
diet. In experiment 3, rats fed the HF diet and given water showed the
expected increase in tumor burden (number and weight) compared with rats
fed control diet. However, rats fed the HF diet and given 2% tea showed no
increase in tumor burden; their tumor burden was significantly lower than
in rats fed the HF diet and given water (P < 0.01) and was not different
from rats fed control diet and given water or tea. In addition, in
experiment 3, the number of malignant tumors per tumor- bearing rat was
increased by the HF diet in water-drinking rats (P < 0.01) but not in
tea-drinking rats. Therefore, it appears that tea partially blocked the
promotion of DMBA-induced mammary tumorigenesis by the HF diet.

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to assess the role of reactive oxygen species in the impairment of cerebral recovery that follows deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. METHODS: Twelve 1-week-old piglets were randomized to placebo (control group; n = 6) or 100 mg x kg(-1) intravenous alpha-phenyl-tert -butyl nitrone, a free radical spin trap (PBN group; n = 6). All piglets underwent cardiopulmonary bypass, cooling to 18 degrees C, 60 minutes of circulatory arrest followed by 60 minutes of reperfusion, and rewarming. Cerebral blood flow and metabolism were determined at baseline before deep hypothermic circulatory arrest and after 60 minutes of reperfusion. RESULTS: In control animals, mean global cerebral blood flow (+/- 1 standard error) before circulatory arrest was 48.4 +/- 3.6 mL x 100 g(-1) x min(-1) and fell to 25.1 +/- 3.6 mL x 100 g(-1) x min(-1) after circulatory arrest (P =.001). Global cerebral metabolism fell from 3.5 +/- 0.2 mL x 100 g(-1) x min(-1) before arrest to 2.2 +/- 0.2 mL x 100 g(-1) x min(-1) after circulatory arrest (P =.0002). In the PBN group after circulatory arrest, the mean global cerebral blood flow and metabolism of 37.2 +/- 4.9 and 3.6 +/- 0.5 mL. 100 g(-1). min(-1), respectively, were significantly higher than in the control group (P <.05). Recovery of cerebral blood flow in the PBN group was 78% of pre-arrest level compared with 52% in the control group (P =.002). Global cerebral metabolism after circulatory arrest was 100% of the pre-arrest value compared with 61% in the control group (P =.01). Regional recovery of cerebral metabolism in the cerebellum, brain stem, and basal ganglia was 131%, 130%, and 115%, respectively, of pre-arrest values in the PBN group compared with 85%, 78%, and 70% in the control group (P <.04). CONCLUSIONS: Reactive oxygen species contribute to the impairment of cerebral recovery that follows deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. The use of alpha-phenyl-tert -butyl nitrone before the arrest period attenuates the normal response to ischemia and improves recovery by affording protection from free radical-mediated damage. 相似文献

High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) with a solvent system composed of ethyl acetate-n-buta- nol-water (2 : 1 : 3, V/V/V) was used to isolate and separate two C-glycosylflavones from Patrinia villosa Juss, a traditional Chinese medicine. The separation produced 42.9 mg isovitexin and 20.1 mg isoorientin with purities of 99.3% and 98.5%, respectively as determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in one step elution from 250 mg crude extract, and identification was performed by MS, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.
