目的:观察自拟益肾方联合因卡膦酸二钠对恶性肿瘤骨转移所致疼痛患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者50例,随机分为对照组26例和治疗组24例。两组均给予因卡膦酸二钠治疗,治疗组另加用自拟益肾方治疗。观察两组止痛疗效、生存质量、体力状况改善情况、血清碱性磷酸酶浓度变化以及不良反应。结果:两组止痛疗效比较,治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为65.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);两组患者生存质量比较,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);两组体力状况改善情况比较,治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组有效率为69.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组血清AKP浓度优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:自拟益肾方加减联合因卡膦酸二钠对恶性肿瘤骨转移所致的疼痛有较好的缓解效果,可提高患者生存质量。 相似文献

Lead is a widely used heavy metal that can affect children’s nervous system development. ALAD gene polymorphism is associated with lead neurotoxicity. This study aimed to clarify the relationship among maternal blood lead, ALAD gene polymorphism, and neonatal neurobehavioral development through detecting maternal blood lead and ALAD gene polymorphism. 198 maternal and neonatal were selected as the research object. Graphite furnace atomic absorption method was applied to detect the maternal blood lead concentration. PCR-RFLP was used to detect ALAD genotype distribution. Neonatal NANB score was treated as effect indicator. SPSS was used for statistical analysis. The ALAD genotype was 181 cases (91.4%) for ALAD11 and 17 cases (8.6%) for ALAD12. ALAD allele frequency distribution accords with genetics Hardy-Weinberg balance (P > 0.05). Blood lead level in maternal with ALAD12 genotype was significantly higher than with ALAD11 genotype (P < 0.01). NANB score in high blood lead neonatal group was obviously lower than the low blood lead group (P < 0.05). Newborn’s NANB score from the maternal with ALAD11 genotype was lower than from the maternal with ALAD12 genotype (P < 0.01). After ruling out the confounding factors influence by multiple linear regressions, ALAD gene polymorphisms had no significant correlation with neonatal NANB score (P > 0.05). ALAD gene polymorphism is associated with the blood lead level. Low level lead exposure in utero may cause newborn early neurobehavioral maldevelopment. Maternal ALAD gene polymorphism can affect early neonatal neurobehavioral development by influencing the blood lead level. 相似文献

目的评价重组人脑利钠肽(rh BNP)治疗高龄心衰患者的疗效及安全性。方法 108例年龄≥80岁的高龄心衰患者随机分为试验组(rh BNP治疗)和对照组(硝酸甘油治疗),每组54例。观察2组患者的临床疗效、心功能及血清NT-Pro BNP的变化。测量血压、心率、肾功,并对不良事件进行记录。结果 2组24 h液体出量无显著差异,72 h后试验组的呼吸困难和临床状况的改善显著优于对照组(P=0.027);2组治疗后1周LVEF值均升高,且试验组显著高于对照组(P=0.016);2组治疗后1周血清NT-Pro BNP水平均下降,且2组下降程度有显著差异(P=0.000);试验组24 h血清NT-Pro BNP水平较基线值明显下降(P=0.000);2组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P=0.721)。结论重组人脑利钠肽能明显改善高龄心衰患者的呼吸困难程度及全身临床状况,在改善心功能及降低血清BNP方面优于硝酸甘油,其安全性与硝酸甘油类似。 相似文献

目的 探讨在进行胃癌筛查过程中,分析胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ (PGⅠ)以及胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)的诊断应用价值.方法 选择2012年5月至2014年5月胃癌患者15例,萎缩性胃炎患者20例,胃溃疡患者23例,浅表性胃炎患者25例以及健康体检人员80例.利用胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法分别测定实验人员的PG Ⅰ与PGⅡ含量,最终得出PGR.结果 PGⅠ:胃癌37.13±18.59ng/mL;萎缩性胃炎39.27±16.29ng/mL;胃溃疡180.42±61.27ng/mL;浅表性胃炎128.12±14.65ng/mL;健康体检人员120.19±16.96ng/mL;同健康对照组进行比较,胃癌组以及萎缩性胃炎组患者低于其明显(P <0.05);PGⅡ:胃癌20.67±9.59ng/mL;萎缩性胃炎患者16.35±16.89ng/mL;胃溃疡患者22.95±13.46ng/mL;浅表性胃炎8.05±4.04ng/mL;健康体检人员11.85±9.65 ng/mL;每组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).在PG Ⅰ与PGⅡ阳性检出率方面,胃癌组与萎缩性胃炎组明显高于其他组(P<0.05).结论 对体检人员的PG Ⅰ与PGⅡ进行测定,对于胃癌疾病以及萎缩性胃炎疾病的筛查以及诊断能够提供充分依据,表现出显著价值. 相似文献

Respiratory effects of ozone in the workplace have not been extensively studied. Our aim
was to explore the relationship between daily average ozone levels and compensated acute
respiratory problems among workers in Quebec between 2003 and 2010 using a time-stratified
case-crossover design. Health data came from the Workers’ Compensation Board. Daily
concentrations of ozone were estimated using a spatiotemporal model. Conditional logistic
regressions, with and without adjustment for temperature, were used to estimate odds
ratios (ORs, per 1 ppb increase of ozone), and lag effects were assessed. Relationships
with respiratory compensations in all industrial sectors were essentially null. Positive
non-statistically significant associations were observed for outdoor sectors, and
decreased after controlling for temperature (ORs of 0.98; 1.01 and 1.05 at Lags 0, 1 and 2
respectively). Considering the predicted increase of air pollutant concentrations in the
context of climate change, closer investigation should be carried out on outdoor

Objective: To observe the dose-response relationship of the GSK-3β inhibitor TDZD-8 in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) associated kidney injury in rats. In order to identify the most effective class of GSK-3β inhibitor and its effective and reasonable safe dose in SAP associated kidney injury model in rats by comparing three kinds of frequently-used GSK-3β inhibitor TDZD-8, lithium chloride (LiCL), SB216763 in this model. Methods: Totally 96 SPF male Wistar rats were randomly(random number) divided into 8 groups (n=12): sham operation group (SO group), severe acute pancreatitis group (SAP group), TDZD-8 pretreatment groups (TD group, marked TD1, TD2, TD3 and TD4 group, respectively) at different dosage (0.25, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg), LiCL pretreatment groups (L group, 40 mg/kg), and SB216763 pretreatment group (SB group, 1 mg/kg). SAP model was induced by retrograde infusion of 5% sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatic duct. Rats in each group were sacrificed at 12 h after operation. Then the mortality, quantity of ascites, serum AMY, Cr, BUN and ALT were recorded, and the pathological changes of pancreatic tissues and kidney tissues were observed. Results: Compared with the SO group, the levels of ascites, serum AMY, Cr, BUN, ALT and pancreatic and renal pathologic score in the SAP group were all significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the TD, group, quantity of ascites, serum AMY, Cr, BUN, ALT and pancreatic tissue pathological grading were reduced in different degrees in the TD2, TD3 and TD4 groups with statistically significant difference (P<0.05); ALT values were reduce in different degrees in the TD2 and TD3 groups as compared with the SAP group (P<0.05), while ALT value in the TD4 group was similar to that in the SAP group; compared with the TD2 group, all the indexes in the TD3 group were significant better (P<0.05); Compared with TD3 group (the best group in TD group), the levels of ascites and serum ALT in the L group and SB group had no significant difference (P>0.05), but the levels of AMY, Cr, BUN, ALT, pancreatic and renal pathologic score were significantly reduced in the TD3 group than those in the L and SB groups (P<0.05); compared with the SB group, the values of Cr, BUN, pancreatic and renal pathologic score in the L group were lower (P<0.05). GSK-3β protein expression in all groups showed no obvious difference (P>0.05), while p-GSK-3β ser9 protein expression in the SAP group was lower than that in the SO group (P<0.05), and p-GSK-3β ser9 protein expression in the TD3, L and SB groups were stronger than that in the SAP group. Among them, p-GSK-3β ser9 protein expression was highest in the TD3 group, followed by the L group, finally the SB group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Among the three different GSK-3β inhibitors, TDZD-8 is the most effective GSK-3β inhibitor for SAP associated with kidney injury in rats. The GSK-3β inhibitor TDZD-8 1 mg/kg administered intravenously is safe, effective and optimal dosage for attenuating the severity of severe acute pancreatitis associated with kidney injury. © 2018 Chinese Medical Association. 目的了解抗菌药物对某院临床分离肠球菌属细菌的体外抗菌活性。方法对2013年6月—2014年7月该院临床各科室送检标本分离的188株肠球菌属细菌进行细菌鉴定及药物敏感试验。结果 188株肠球菌属细菌其中屎肠球菌119株、粪肠球菌60株、鸟肠球菌9株,主要分布在尿和血标本,分别占34.57%和19.15%。未检出对达托霉素及利奈唑胺耐药的肠球菌属细菌;屎肠球菌对万古霉素的耐药率为1.68%,对青霉素、氨苄西林、高浓度庆大霉素、红霉素、左氧氟沙星的耐药率均70%;除四环素外,粪肠球对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均低于屎肠球菌,粪肠球对青霉素、氨苄西林耐药率较低,分别为16.67%,13.33%。结论达托霉素对该院肠球菌属细菌具有良好的抗菌效果。 相似文献
