酒精胎骨混悬液注射移植促进骨愈合实验研究

用酒精兔胎骨混悬液为植骨材料，以兔双侧桡骨中段３ｍｍ宽骨缺损横断骨折及肱三头肌为动物模型，通过注射将骨植入实验侧骨折端及肌肉内，对侧注入等量生理盐水作自身对照。术后进行免疫学、放射学、组织学及生物力学检查，结果表明：植骨不引起明显免疫排斥反应；植骨侧新骨形成多，骨折愈合快，抗弯应力强度大；肌内诱导成骨明显。酒精胎骨混悬液注射移植是一种简而有效的植骨材料和方法。     

Effects of Ro 15-4513 and ethanol on operant behavior of male and female C57BL/6 mice.

Although the partial benzodiazepine receptor inverse agonist, Ro 15-4513, counteracts many ethanol effects, its effect on operant behavior or on ethanol-induced changes in this behavior, remains controversial. In this study, we examined the effects of Ro 15-4513, ethanol, and their interaction on behavior maintained by an FR 20 schedule of food reinforcement. Ro 15-4513 (1.0-4.0 mg/kg) and ethanol (1.5-3.0 g/kg) reduced lever-responding of both male and female mice. The disruptive effect of Ro 15-4513 was of short duration (approximately 10 min), and was greater in male than in female mice. Under equivalent dose and time parameters, ethanol disrupted behavior of both sexes to the same extent. In spite of the disruptive effects of both drugs when given alone, when given after ethanol and prior to testing, Ro 15-4513 attenuated the disruptive effects of ethanol in male mice. The present study extends previous reports by documenting: (1) that the disruptive effect of Ro 15-4513 on mice is of very short duration and occurs at lower doses than previously reported; (2) that, in spite of being disruptive itself, Ro 15-4513 can attenuate the disruptive effects of ethanol on schedule controlled behavior; and (3) that gender is an important consideration in determining the effects of this compound.     

脑卒中患者日常生活能力的评定

采用Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数对１２０例脑卒中住院患者在发病后５￣６周进行日常生活活动（ＡＤＬ）能力的证实。因脑卒中遗留的功能不全，ＡＤＬ的受损率达６６．７％，肢体的Ｂｒｕｎｎｓｔｒｏｍ功能分级与ＡＤＬ积分高度相关，相关性下肢高于上肢；多元逐步回归分析显示，躯体（偏瘫）和心理（认知障碍和抑郁因素）影响ＡＤＬ的能力。认为ＡＤＬ能力的提高，不仅依赖于肢体功能障碍的改善，提高认知功能，改善情感状况，对于脑卒中患     

医院内部审计与外部审计的协调

中国内部审计协会2003年发布的《内部审计具体准则》中明确指出，所谓“内部审计与外部审计的协调”，就是指内部审计机构与会计师事务所、国家审计机关在审计工作中的沟通与合作，现就医院内部审计与外部审计协调的必要性和可能性等进行探讨。     

支气管肺隔离症1例报道

男性,28岁,体检发现右下肺肿块1月余,无明显自觉症状.以往有肺结核病史.胸部X线平片(图1)显示右肺下叶后基底段一6 cm×4 cm×5 cm的团块影,边缘清晰,双肺上叶可见陈旧性结核灶.CT增强扫描(图2)显示右下肺肿块,中央CT值约40HU,增强后无强化,肿块内侧可见一粗大的血管断面伴随,血管与肿块关系密切.CT血管造影(CTA)MIP重建显示一较大的血管自膈下发出一直径约1cm的供血动脉,并可见引流的肺静脉影(图3).     

影响α-淀粉酶分离液澄清度的因素

本文根据凝聚和絮凝原理,研究了无机盐和高分子絮凝剂加入量对枯草杆菌BF 7658α-淀粉酶分离液澄清度的影响。实验结果表明,氯化钙可使α-淀粉酶发酵液的ζ电位降低,分离液的澄清度增加,用氯化钙和磷酸氢二钠来处理发酵液,则其分离液的澄清度较单用氯化钙为大,阴离子型高分子絮凝剂如海藻酸钠加入量对分离液澄清度也有一定影响。实验中还发现,澄清的发酵液在10℃下贮存可保持澄清透明状态。     

Proanthocyanidin: a natural crosslinking reagent for stabilizing collagen matrices

While attempting to find a suitable crosslinking reagent for biopolymers, a naturally occurring proanthocyanidin (PA) obtained from grape seeds was selected to fix biological tissues. The cytotoxicity and crosslinking rate, reflected by the in vitro and in vivo degradation of fixed matrices has been studied. The shrinkage temperature of the fixed bovine pericardium increased from 66 to 86 degrees C. A cytotoxicity assay using fibroblast cultures revealed that PA is approximately 120 times less toxic than glutaraldehyde (GA), a currently used tissue stabilizer. In vitro degradation studies showed that fixed tissue was resistant to digestion by bacterial collagenase. Crosslinks between PA and tissues can be stabilized by decreasing the dielectric constant of the solution during storage. After subcutaneous implantation for periods ranging between 3 and 6 weeks, we found no apparent degradation of the GA- or PA-fixed tissues, whereas fresh tissue controls rapidly disintegrated. Beyond 6 weeks PA crosslinks began to degrade. More fibroblasts migrated and proliferated inside the PA-fixed implants compared with GA counterparts. Tissues crosslinked with PA manifested an enhanced collagen expression and deposition and did not calcify after implantation. GA, on the other hand, even after thorough rinsing continued to be cytotoxic, inhibited collagen synthesis and encouraged dystrophic calcification. Collagen matrices crosslinked with PA are expected to be of value in the design of matrices that will encourage cell ingrowth and proliferation, which are temporary in nature, and that are intended to regenerate or replace missing tissues, which can delay the biogradation of collagen. As such they should be of significant value in the emerging field of tissue engineering.
