Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in controlling the iodine deficiency diserders(IDD) in order to provide reference data for the further prevention and control. Methods Each village of 3 towns in Congjiang County was selected in 2007, where the health education lasting for 10 months had been implemented in the school students of 3-6 grade and the villagers. The school students of 3-6 grade and 30 housewives in the villagers were investigated for their IDD control knowledge, the salt consuming conditions as well as the sales of both rough and fine salt at a salt retail site in each village before and after the health education was implemented. Results The awareness rate of the knowledge of IDD control in the students and housewives was 91.4% (581/636) and 78.3% (282/360), respectively after intervention, which significantly increased (χ2= 532.044, 326.117, both P < 0.01) compared with the rate of 28.2% (184/652) and 11.4% (41/360) before intervention. The proportion of consuming fine salt was 91.8%(146/159) and 95.6%(86/90), significantly inereased(χ2= 236.623, 135.350, both P < 0.01) compared with 6.1%(10/163) and 7.8% (7/90) found before intervention. The selling proportion of fine salt at the salt retail site in the village was 60.0%(900/1500), significantly increased(χ2= 824.176, P < 0.01) compared with 10.0%(150/1500) before intervention. Conclusions Health education and promotion is solid foundation for effectively controlling IDD, through which the students and villagers are actively and voluntarily involved in the program and hence have formed good living and hygiene habits, thus expected effect has been obtained. 相似文献

目的 用新疆市场上销售的碘盐和当地产的土盐烤制馕,探索馕作为补碘载体的可行性.方法 采用新疆当地馕坑和打馕的传统方法,取30 g碘盐和30 g土盐,分别加水后各与2 kg面粉混合,烤制两种馕即碘盐馕和土盐馕各10个.分别取两种馕的上皮部,炉壁部、混合部(上下及中间),采用食品中碘的碱灰化-砷铈催化分光光度测定法,测定两种馕及其不同部位的含碘量,并与成人及儿童每天摄碘推荐量进行比较.结果 碘盐馕含碘量为(0.654±0.076)mg/kg,远远高于土盐馕的含碘量[(0.075 ±0.022)mg/kg],二者比较差异有统计学意义(t=13.520,P<0.01).碘盐馕和土盐馕的上皮部、炉壁部、混合部含碘量分别为(0.700±0.100)、(0.064 ±0.029)mg/kg,(0.647 ±0.076)、(0.070 ±0.019)mg/kg,(0.659 ±0.073)、(0.073 ±0.030)mg/kg,两种馕相同部位比较,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.826、4.201、4.103,P均<0.01),同种馕不同部位比较,差异无统计学意义(F值分别为0.220、0.190,P均>0.05).结论 采用碘盐烤制的馕含碘量高于当地产的土盐烤制的馕,同种馕的不同部位含碘量没有明显的不同,鉴于馕作为主食,在当地具有普遍性,采用碘盐烤制的馕可作为有效补碘载体. 相似文献

目的:对已沿用10年的联合型端文测验(CRT-C2)儿童常模再标准化,进行第三次修订(本文主要报告农村儿童数据)。方法:采用原CRT图册和测试规定,按2001全国人口调查数据,在6大行政区中选定17省为取样地区分配样本。以每一岁为一年龄组,设计每组样本量为240名(男女各半)。常模年龄范围改成城市为7-16岁;农村为7-14岁。结果:样本得分隨年龄增加而显著提高,年龄组间及城市与农村儿童原始得分的差异均非常显著,年龄组内性别无显著差异。农村儿童再测信度r=0.88;分半信度r=0.91;克龙巴赫系数Rtt=0.94。测验分数与学习成绩的相关,语文r=0.35;数学r=0.40。结论:根据各年龄组的原始得分最终换算出二个智商常模表:城市(CRT-CC3)和农村(CRT-RC3)。 相似文献

目的通过分析珠海市2 840例体检者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的血清学资料,以了解Hp在珠海市感染情况及其与年龄、性别及消化道疾病等的相关性。方法使用免疫胶体金法对2010年6~12月来中山大学附属第五医院健康体检的2 840例体检者进行Hp抗体检测。结果珠海市2 840例体检者Hp感染阳性率为47.0%。男性和女性的Hp感染率分别为48.0%和45.4%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Hp在小于30岁组、30~40岁组、41~50岁组和大于50岁组的阳性率分别为43.4%、46.0%、47.1%和53.1%;<30岁组与大于50岁组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.969,P<0.05),两组之间有统计学差异。有消化道症状者Hp感染率为47.8%,无任何症状者Hp感染率为46.6%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论珠海市2 840例体检者Hp的感染率与年龄有关,与性别和有无消化道症状无关。 相似文献

目的 了解结核病患者血清中Small RNA(sRNA)表达谱的特征,为从Small RNA角度探讨结核病发生、发展的调控机制奠定基础。 方法 采用Solexa深度测序技术得到包括miRNA、siRNA、piRNA、rRNA、tRNA、snRNA、snoRNA、repeat associate sRNA、exon或intron降解片段等在内的所有Small RNA。通过与已知数据库进行比对、寻找样品与数据库之间在基因组位置上的overlap等方法,对sRNA进行注释,同时选取没有被注释上的sRNA,使用华大自主开发的软件Mireap预测novel miRNA。 结果非结核病组血清中发现109 630种、2 759 795条Small RNA,其中候选miRNA种数为84、候选miRNA总表达量为1 433;结核病组血清中发现97 614种、1 452 119条Small RNA,其中候选miRNA种数为65、候选miRNA总表达量为755。 结论 结核病人与非结核病人血清中的Small RNA表达谱存在种类与数量上的差异。 相似文献

目的 研制联合型瑞文测验湖南城区儿童常模( C R T- H N C)和农村儿童常模( C R T- H N R)。方法 运用联合型瑞文测验方法。结果 测题难度达理想值( C P= 0.3~0.7),区分度较好(rpb> 0.195, P < 0.05)鉴别指数 D > 0.20 者占 8771% 复测信度高(r= 0.9113, P > 0.05),同时效度理想(r语= 0.48, r数= 0.41, P < 0.01)。结论 此常模可作为我省卫生、教育等部门评价儿童智力状况的测量工具。 相似文献
